As I navigate out of my 20's this year, I am understanding more and more of how vital it is to express oneself in manners which invoke reflection–and encouragement–for others. The root of all of our operating comes from one place in our being: our thoughts.
Sometimes, what feels good is to release and express whatever is happening on the inside. Normally, I might go to a friend or family member–perhaps someone in a licensed counsel. In this moment, I tuned into myself to tune in with you. From everything I'm experiencing as a human, I keep the friendly reminder tucked somewhere deep within echoing: "it's okay."
