Boundaries can feel intimidating, especially when they involve the people we love most. But the more I’ve learned to set them, the more I’ve realized: boundaries aren’t walls, they’re bridges back to ourselves.
In this episode, I’m diving into one of the most transformative shifts for me personally: learning to set and uphold boundaries. Over the past year, I’ve had to draw more boundaries than ever, particularly in close relationships. At first, it felt uncomfortable and even painful, but over time, it became a gateway to freedom and authenticity.
I share personal stories about stepping away from unhealthy dynamics, how therapy helped me stay anchored in my truth, and what it looks like to let go of the urge to fix or carry what isn’t mine. We’ll talk about how boundaries actually create more room for connection, not less, and how they’re essential for our healing and expansion.
