So much of personal growth gets framed around learning - new habits, tools, mindsets - but some of the most powerful shifts come from unlearning what was never ours to begin with.

In this episode, I’m diving into the difference between learning and unlearning, and how both can shape our healing in very different ways. I share a visual that’s helped me deeply: how learning is like climbing a mountain, while unlearning is like digging a well. One is about reaching, the other is about returning.

I’ll also share a recent moment from my own life where something I had been learning finally met something I had been unlearning, and the result was this affirming, full-circle clarity I didn’t even know I needed.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re trying so hard to grow, but some part of you just wants to come home to yourself... this one’s for you.
