I’ve spent a lot of time diving into the self-help world - books, podcasts, courses, all of it. And while there’s a lot of wisdom out there, I’ve also seen how easy it is to get overwhelmed or start chasing “fixes” that pull us further from our own truth.
In this episode, I’m sharing the biggest DOs and DON’Ts I’ve picked up along the way, and why your own intuition will always be more valuable than any checklist or advice. We’ll talk about how to take what resonates and leave the rest, and how to use self-help tools without letting them become another way to box yourself in.
For example: DO practice self-care, but DON’T let anyone else define what that looks like for you.
This is a reminder that you are your own best guide. The goal isn’t perfection or performing personal growth - it’s living from the inside out.
