In this solo episode of Linda's Life Lessons, Linda chats about getting started on the road to finding your own true self. What matters to you? What are your boundaries? How do you think and feel about things?
The most important thing to remember is your voice matters, your feelings matter, even the dark ones, and what you think matters. You are important!
There are suggestions for things not to do such as getting caught in the comparison trap or trying to fit in but Linda also suggests volunteering as a way to get context and perspective. Being who you are outside of the expectations of the your friends and family can be liberating and allow you to ponder who you are and what you want. Getting started is often the hardest part.
There will be more on this in the future, but if you would like one on one time with Linda to help with being your own true self, you can sign up for coaching here!
