Erica Rankin is the CEO and founder of Bro Dough, a protein-infused, better-for-you, edible cookie dough based out of Ontario, Canada. Before launching the company in 2019, Erica was interested in the field of psychology but ended up falling in love with the idea of being an entrepreneur during a trip to SE Asia in 2018. She shares her story about not telling the lack of business experience hold her back to fulfill her passion and do what she loves.
