The best way to stop focusing and ruminating about narcissists in your life is to close your eyes and fall in love with the self. Ancient Persian Philosopher Rumi is an excellent example of how to break up with, let go of, divorce, and go no contact with narcissists in your life. Healing from narcissistic abuse, requires that you release resistance to the pain manipulation, gaslighting, triangulation, smear campaigns and discard have created. It implies you are living in denial of what is, and running from reality. The answer lies in climbing the ladder of the mind, from the subconscious to the higher conscious realms.
