"Good afternoon, Lisa from Think about it and lookup. Hope you're having a wonderful day. Just wanted to quick share this post. I don't think it'll be very long investing being ahead of the curve, not behind the eight ball. So it's just the concept of investing and I think it's a really important concept and it can be applied in different areas of life. It could in marriage."

"So I'm just gonna jump right in here with this and say, yeah, at the end of the day, we're responsible for our own lives. Sorry, I'm watching the black phone. You sure you heard a child go call someone a dumb fart knocker? I'm a child. That was funny. Anyway, are we all. We all are responsible for our life at the end of the day?"

"And it's just a, another way to, to impact someone in a positive. It's a win win because you don't want it. So you get rid of it and they love it and so they're blessed. So it's a win win. So that's just an aside. But yeah, don't use what you don't have. Now I want to just touch base on another, just turn the conversation a touch to finances."

"The only thing was, I wasn't really wanting something percussive, but I did ask for it. I put it on my wish list. And then as I was researching for the researching, I ran across harps. I'm like a harp. Wow. Now, these weren't huge. My harp is not that big from the floor. It sits on the floor, and it's about three plus feet tall, so it's not a very large harp."

"The benefit is that when you play or sing, you know what you're singing, you know what you're playing. And so there's no question about what you're singing or playing. It's. It's. You're very, very familiar with it. And therefore you can be very relaxed and enjoy singing it or playing it. And that relaxation and that joy comes across to. To people listening. They, they, you know, when you're....

"And so there are definitely benefits to, to stuff, okay. But there are also disadvantages and what sort of crystallized as a picture in my mind to help understand this is painting. And I was thinking really more of like Oriental painting. Now sometimes it's lots of, it's like a lot of landscapes. So it's very involved, but many times it's very spare. And also contemporary art can be that way ...

"They have multiple, multiple wives, multiple husbands, multiple. Maybe not even husbands, maybe multiple fathers. I understand that. But to the best of your ability, my exhortation is honor God in your own life and be a person in the family that is, that aims to be a peacemaker, that aims to be peaceful and loving and caring. And I will say firsthand from my own experience that I wasn't alway...

"And of course you have to be realistic because there are real enemies, there are people that, that are disingenuous and will kill you if they have, are given the chance. It's a sad commentary, but it's a fact. There are people that, you know, would take you out if, if given the opportunity. So, so you have to be realistic. But it's just such a different approach to actually work toward peace....

"Would I say that my life is godly or worldly? And the question says, please elaborate. I would say that if I had to look, you know, just looking at my life, I would say that my life is more godly than worldly. And let me explain, I don't really go anywhere and I don't really associate with anyone on a regular basis in regards to social status or going out or having lunch, etc. Etc."

"Well, what I'd like to say about that is my life godly. I consider myself a Christian. And yes, my life is godly because I attempt to. It's a plane going over here. So just a second. To put myself in God's hands. And what I mean by that is to listen. I get up every morning and God spends time with me. I don't know if you get that, but God spends time with me."

"So every day I strive to die a little bit more in my flesh so that I can become more righteous in Him. So, of course, we are born in a sin nature, and we have an inherent sin nature. So every day we fall short. I fall short every day. Every thought that I think is not godly, every deed that I do is not godly, every feeling that I experience, every emotion that I experience is not godly. Ev...

"Do you want Christ? And one man, amazingly enough, in the water dying, said, no, I don't want Christ. If you can imagine it. I just talked to a, a Vietnam vet at the grocery store yesterday and he said, I did ask him, are you a Christian? He said, yes. He said, oh, in Vietnam, there were no. Everyone was a Christian."

"Hi, Lisa. Good prompt. So I will say that I am more godly than worldly. And yes, I. I am a Christian, but I'm not saying this to say that I'm some sort of super Christian, super saint or anything like that, but I believe that you have to be. Well, for me, I have to be more godly than worldly. Because if I just lived by what I saw in this world, forget it. I couldn't do it."

"And I'd like to know people's responses as well, because I do know, and I know people in my lifetime that would say, oh, well, I'm, I'm very godly. I do this, I do this and I do this. And again, that's a fair, that's a fair opinion. That's a fair statement. I, but I also read in the Bible that we are the fruit of our spirit."

"And then he feels really remorseful and really anxious that we no longer like him. And so then we have to like, encourage him that, no, we like you, but you can't do that. And so we have to work with him on that. And it just reminds me how we are, you know, when no one likes scourging or rebuking, it's not fun at all. But there are times when we need it."

"That is a very good question to reflect on. And I will tell you straight to the point that it is very much possible to live without fear. When you have lost everything, everything in your life. I mean you have nothing to lose anymore. You are at the lowest phase of your life. Imagine being at the bott any deep lake. You have lost people, you have lost faith, you have lost even yourself, yo...

"She was in perfect health and she fell down the stairs and hit her head and she died. And he's in shock. And mourning. So Lord, just thank you for him, help him and be with him and the whole family through this very tragic time. In Jesus name, amen. So it's just something how you're going along and something like that happens. So. But he is going to church and he does have a Bible and he's re...

"Now admittedly, you know, I went through tremendous loss myself in the last couple of years, you know, with divorce and financial issues and you know, being in my 40s and living at home to try to rebuild full transparency. So. And it's been difficult to deal with at times, I'll admit. But I think with suffering does offer a chance to grow and to learn and if nothing else, find out who yo...

"But I get why some people, and I've even heard some people say that who aren't necessarily believers, that, you know, the Bible and going to churches, just hearing messages does help them out as well. You know, they see it as it's, you know, stories to kind of help them get their mind right and kind of refocus on how to be a better human being."

"I think it's just another book. Yeah, it. Just another book. Because I mean, you. Without. Without it, I think you. You are able to find. To find God in your life. You will be able to find God in your life and be happy. Because that's the whole point. The whole point is find God and be happy. And I think it is so important to know that there are another bunch of books in the human history."
