the art of failing forward.
To discuss failing forward, wemust first understand what
failure is.
It's funny how we'reconditioned our entire lives to
fear it, but it's just a naturalpart of life.

(01:20):
It doesn't mean you're not goodenough or unworthy or unfitting
.
I mean, if we look at nature, even the strongest, tallest
trees have fallen leaves right,it's all about perspective.

(01:44):
Failure is a natural part oflife, not a mark against your
self-worth.
It's a teacher, a guide, afriend in disguise.
So how do we shift from fearingfailure to embracing it?

(02:05):
Well, it's about mindset.
A growth-mindset is the ideathat we can grow, change, and
develop through effort andexperiences.
That means seeing failure notas a dead end but as an

(02:33):
opportunity, a stepping stone tosomething better.
It is this beautiful universe, giving you a little poke or
nudge or pointing you in adifferent direction.
Imagine a world where we couldall see our mistakes as chances

(03:01):
to learn and grow.
Absolutely beautiful, wouldthat be?
So?
If you want to start failingforward, here are some easy
steps.
Step one identify the misstep.

(03:28):
Ask yourself what went offtrack.
No judgments or blame, justsheer curiosity and an abundance
of patience with yourself.
Step two reflect on the lessons.

(03:49):
Think about what this missteptaught you and find the learning
opportunities.
Instead of focusing on thenegative emotions, ask what can
I learn from this?
What will I do differently nexttime?

(04:10):
Step three, the last step Moveforward with wisdom.
Create a plan and move forwardwith the newfound information,
opportunities, and wisdom.
Take that knowledge, apply it,and watch just watch how your

(04:34):
path begins to shift.
Embracing failure isn't aboutignoring the pain or frustration
that often comes with setbacks.
It's about transforming thoseemotions into insights and

(04:56):
actions, a proactive approachthat turns failures into
stepping stones.
When you face a setback, instead of asking why me?
Try asking what is thisteaching me?

(05:16):
Stay focused on your growthpath and know that every single
experience is shaping theincredible person you are
becoming.
Okay, I want you to think of atime when you stumbled and
learned something valuable fromit.
I challenge you to embrace thatlesson and take one small step

(05:45):
toward a dream you've beenputting off, whether it's
signing up for a class, reachingout to a mentor for advice or
