Literacy Mic is Washtenaw Literacy's podcast where we have conversations about learning. Each season centers around a broad theme and each episode is an interview with a constituent, be they staff, board, learner, or community member about that theme. Our first season is about barriers to learning, with a special introductory episode about Washtenaw Literacy's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work.
In this episode, Literacy Mic producer David Christensen has a conversation with Grace Pang. They talk at length about how Washtenaw Literacy operationalizes diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and intersectionality.
