Walnut Grove has their very first town celebration and Pa is up against an elderly gent who trash talks him the entire episode and challenges him to a chopping contest. Will Pa take the high road? Also, we learn what hoop balling is, talk about cheese curds and the time my young niece was given a pocket knife at the Blue Earth County Fair.
