In this episode, Sara talks about the chaos of information and misinformation bombarding us at every turn and the task of distinguishing true from false. The true north of getting through this, is listening to ourselves and our inner knowing. Sara gives the example of reading a story on social media and knowing deep inside that it couldn’t be true. After scrolling to the very bottom, she read “this is for entertainment purposes only. This did not really happen.” How many of us don’t scroll to the end? It is so hard to know what’s real and what isn’t. The toll this takes is huge. We start to not know and not trust anything. So, that is the time to take a pause, connect again with your inner self, and listen to answers that come to us when we are still. You will know what you know. For the new year, 2025, don’t get caught up in it all to the point where you question yourself. Question the information, not yourself. And when you connect to yourself, you can more easily connect with others. Here’s to a Happy 2025! Sara is going into it with the the way she lives her life: With Truth, Inspiration and Hope. We wish you a New Year of truth, clarity and trust in yourself! Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
