Be mindful of non-verbal communication. Check yourself for eyerolls and things that will throw off good communication. Be mature with your emotions. Do not react defensively. Take a pause. And remember it’s probably not personal. Sara and Joe use these tips for their relationship, too. Good communication is essential for personal interactions, as well as in business, allowing for each person to feel free to express themselves and offer innovative insights and ideas.
