Welcome to season 4. I invite you to breathe and learn how to rethink trusting yourself. Each episode this season I bring a bit of calming wisdom. A big part of mental health is anxiety. Living in Black America brings anxiety coupled with a lot of messed up realities. I started asking the universe questions. I am asking you the same questions.
#namaste
Why do we feel we need permission from the World to push ourselves to be the best version of ourselves? Do you really believe in YOLO (you only get one life)?
Living with low self-esteem can harm your mental health and lead to problems such as depression and anxiety. You may also develop unhelpful habits, such as smoking and drinking too much, as a way of coping.
Am I lacking self-trust?
You avoid tuning in to your needs and desires and disconnect instead. You overestimate the perspective of others and undervalue your own thoughts and instincts. You feel guilty after making a decision and always fear that you made the wrong one. You ruminate about what could have been if you had taken another path.
Tahyira Savanna is an Aquarian and recently began publicly reading tarot cards. You can find more of her readings on her Youtube channel.
