Possibly One of Our Triggers: Loneliness

Tahyira explores the difference between Loneliness and Solitude. She says many Black Americans have a weird connection to alone time, so are always alone never finding interpersonal relationships outside of work. Others, struggle to engage in real life social settings offline. She says its not having the correct growth tools. Our mindsets are based off what we’ve experienced and what we learn. Tahyira challenges her audience to become leaders in the mental health space. The millennials are checking the adult box now. We are on hiatus until February 2023.
