Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back to another episode of the Live Life
Unapologetically podcast, andthis week we're flipping the
script on everything you've beentold about business growth.
Let me ask you something howare you supposed to expand your
business if your energy, yourspace, your schedule and your
offer suite are packed to thebrim?
You can't, because nothingexpands without room.

(00:23):
So here's what we're going totalk about today, and that's the
most powerful business strategytype that no one is talking
about and that's letting go tomake space.
Not the kind of let go thatfeels like giving up, the kind
that feels like freedom, likeoxygen, like finally making room
for what you're actually meantto build.

(00:45):
Because I'm going to be honestwith you, so many women are
trying to manifest more successin a space that is energetically
jammed with stuff that nolonger serves them Old systems,
half-built ideas, clientobligations you didn't even want
in the first place, and thatone damn course that promised
ease just gave you another67-page workbook of more shit to

(01:09):
do.
You see, you don't need moreinput, you need more space.
That's where this week'sbusiness strategy comes in.
It is not a trend, it is not afive-step marketing blueprint.
It is an energetic alignmentthrough release and, yes, it's a
real, tangible businessstrategy type, because

(01:32):
manifestation starts with whatyou're willing to let go of, not
what you're trying to cram in.
So grab your favorite drink, cozy up and let's get started.
Anybody who knows me in myday-to-day life will tell you
that decluttering is my favoritego-to strategy.

(01:53):
But I want to break this down, because when you hear the word
decluttering, you probablyimmediately think of deep spring
cleaning, throwing out clothes.
You know the countertops, thebaseboards, all that stuff and
that's cute, I love that stuff.
But that's not what I'm talkingabout today when it comes to
your business.
That's not what I'm talkingabout when I'm saying let's

(02:14):
clear, what's blocking yourcreative energy?
What is blocking your flow?
What is keeping your businessstuck in a loop of exhaustion,
stagnation, misalignment, ormaybe you just have a lack of
clarity altogether on yourmessaging and where you're
trying to go.
I'm going to give this to youstraight that old offer that
you're still promoting out ofobligation is not expanding you.

(02:36):
It is anchoring you and keepingyou stuck.
The jam-packed content calendarthat leaves no space for
inspiration is burning you out.
And that dusty old lead magnetthat you made three years ago
and have not updated yes, thatis weighing down your business,
because when you start abusiness, you don't start the

(02:56):
business and stay exactly thesame from day one.
You expand and you evolvebecause you are evolving as you
are manifesting Because I say itall the time manifestation is
self-growth, it isself-discovery, and even within
your business, those thingsstill apply.
We get so stuck on the five-stepbusiness strategy.

(03:16):
This is how you create content.
This is the kind of content youneed.
Those things have their place, but they're not what manifest
your success.
You see, if none of the thingsyou started doing are working
anymore, that's okay, let it go.
You know it's not working.
I know it's not working.
So why are you still holding onto it?
Why?

(03:37):
I'm gonna tell you why Even ifit worked in the past, if it
doesn't feel good now, even ifyou're still making money on it,
and it doesn't feel good, it'snot working because that's not
why you started your business.
Of course you started yourbusiness to make money.
I know that.
That's why we all startbusinesses, because we're like
I'm tired of being capped atthis pay rate.
I'm not getting raises.
But that's not the only reason.
And, deep down, if we're reallyhonest with ourselves, we start

(04:01):
businesses for freedom, becausewe don't wanna be on the clock
nine to five.
We start businesses so we canenjoy life.
I enjoyed my life this weekendand I didn't have anything
batched or scheduled to post onsocial media.
I went to an amazing springretreat with Lapis Visions.
I'm gonna tag them in thispodcast just so you can check
them out and stay up to date onthe things that they're offering

(04:23):
.
Oh, about letting go I didn'teven know it was a let go thing
and I'm going to tell you thetruth because you guys know I am
a planner.
I had this whole.
Everything I'm doing in mybusiness this week has already
been planned.
I planned it last week.
That's part of my routine as Imap out what I'm going to do for
the following week, and lettinggo was all a part of it.
Following week, and letting gowas all a part of it.

(04:49):
It just was so aligned that welet go and we let in and we set
intentions at this retreat.
As a matter of fact, I wasright in the middle of a podcast
series and I let it go.
I didn't even finish it.
So what, it's not alignedMoving on.
Maybe I'll revisit it later, butI'm not going to do that.
Right now.
I'm moving on.
That's okay.
It's okay to pivot.
You can do it.
Stop holding on.

(05:09):
Because here's the thing Ifwe're being truly honest as
women, we're taught that if welet go, that means we're a
failure.
It means we're quitting.
It's seen as some kind ofweakness.
I didn't fail because I didn'tfinish the mindset series that I
was doing on the podcast.
That wasn't a failure.
It wasn't me quitting and it'snot a weakness.

(05:30):
I can pick that back up and doit whenever I feel aligned to it
.
Again, the reality means thatwhen we let go, we clear the
path for alignment.
When we let go, we bring inthat magnetism.
We allow and receive theoverflow.
When we let go because youdon't manifest more by doing
more.
You manifest more by makingroom for more in your business

(05:54):
that you're growing, that wantsto be aligned to you so that you
can feel good in this life.
Business is not supposed tofeel like the job you left.
It's okay to evolve.
So I want you to think aboutwhat's holding you back or
blocking your growth right now.
Let's name it today.
Name it today.
Maybe you're trying to expandto a six-figure business, but

(06:18):
your Google Drive looks like agraveyard of half-finished
freebies.
Maybe you have 27 browser tabsopen, five Instagram post drafts
and a full week of to-dos thatdon't even light you up.
That is not strategy.
That is energetic noise.
Here's a couple of examples.
These are examples just to getyour brain going and moving,

(06:38):
because yours may not be one ofthese four examples.
These are just examples, but Iwant you to think about what I'm
saying here, of things that wemight need to let go of to
expand.
What is that for you?
Not even might need to let goof the things you do need to let
go of so you can expand.
So is it outdated offers?
Just because you launched itonce doesn't mean it has to stay

(07:01):
.
If it is not aligned anymore, you can archive it and let the
energy move.
Move on to something new.
Could it be you have businesssystems you hate?
You can stop using the platformthat you resent logging into.
You can stop organizing yourfiles in a way that makes you
anxious.
Your system should feel likesupport and not sabotage, and

(07:23):
this is a real big one becauseit's energy drainer.
We've talked about creationenergy versus obligation energy.
The creation is where you flowand you have those new ideas and
it's just pouring out andyou're serving your clients or
however you're doing yourbusiness.
The obligation is the businesstasks in the background.
Yes, we post on social media.
Yes, I create a podcast.
Yes, I do blogs.

(07:44):
Yes, I do these things.
What do you do in your business?
A lot of business owners dothese things as well.
So let's talk about the podcast.
For me, the creation is theoutline like what do I want to
do this week?
I tell y'all.
I type it out all the time.
I truly am a writer and so Iwrite it out, so I stay on track
and I don't go in a milliondifferent directions because you
guys know I will do that.
So I write it out, I record it,I'm here with you now.

(08:08):
This feels so good.
I love this part.
This is my creation part.
The obligation is going to comewhen I stop recording and I
have to go edit, but I have asystem for that.
I did it at first and it mademe really not like my podcast at
first, but now I have a systemand it's great.
So the women that I work with,my clients, we create systems

(08:31):
for your business that work foryou, so it doesn't make you
anxious and so you can spendmore time in creation.
I'll never forget when I was ineducation I was so organized.
I got an award for being moreorganized than humanly necessary
, like I'm the organizationfucking queen, and I stand by

(08:51):
that.
It's funny, even when I was atthe retreat this weekend one of
the people who hosted I know her, I'm good friends with her and
she's like you are the logisticsqueen, absolutely so.
People would come to me when Iworked in education and even in
business and they'd say justtell me how you do it.
I would always tell them I willshow you exactly my system, my

(09:11):
process and how I do it, step bystep by step, to give you a
starting point.
But then you need to take itand make it work and feel good
for you.
I can help you navigate makingit feel good for you because I'm
so good at it I'm good athearing feedback and make it
work and feel good for you.
I can help you navigate makingit feel good for you because I'm
so good at it.
I'm good at hearing feedbackand making it work for you.
But everybody's system is goingto be slightly different and it

(09:31):
should be so.
If you have business systemsthat you set up because, oh my
gosh, I don't even use Asana.
I hear people talk about Asanaand Notion.
I don't use any of that stuff.
If you're like, oh, I shoulduse Notion because it's the new
popular thing, but you don'tfucking like it, don't use it.
Use a system that feels good toyou so that you don't hate your
business systems and you don'tshow up in anxiety, and then

(09:53):
you're spending more time onobligation than you are creation
.
The third example I'm going togive you here is obligations
masquerading as opportunities, because if you say yes to things
out of guilt, out of habit orout of fear of missing out,
you're choking your businesswith half yeses.
Alignment only exists in fullbody yeses and everything else

(10:15):
is an energy leak.
It is a leak and it is fillingthe space which will then block
the stuff from coming in thatyou really want to come in.
When I think about blocks, whenI think about things filling up
in a way that hurt you ratherthan help you, I want you to
think about if you had hell.

(10:36):
We're all women here, right?
Okay?
So we're going to talk womenthings, your panty drawer.
Think about your panty drawerand it's full, full full of bras
and underwear that you reallydon't like.
They don't quite fit, but youdon't want to get rid of them
because you spent money on them.
That might be a waste, but younever have room to put more into

(10:56):
the drawer because the draweris full.
So the really cute panties andbras that you want, you can't go
get them because there's noroom for them in the damn drawer
.
That's the opportunity.
You know you'll feel better inthem.
You know you're going to likethem better.
You know that bra is going tosupport you better so you don't
have a backache.
But you're going to walk aroundwith a backache because your
drawer is full, because you'retoo scared to get rid of

(11:17):
something because you paid moneyfor it once upon a time.
And that kind of takes me rightinto four, which is identifying
clutter, because maybe you'veoutgrown certain things.
You know your panty drawer.
It grows and evolves and that'sokay, right.
So let's identify some clutter, like maybe you've outgrown the
way you show up online.
Maybe the niche you boxedyourself into just isn't for you

(11:42):
anymore.
If you've been around and youhave been with me from A1, day
one, you know I started byhelping teachers with their
mindset.
Then it evolved to womenmanifesting amazing fucking
lives, and now I help women growtheir businesses through
manifestation and organization.
It all is within mindset inthat niche.
But I have grown and evolved.
My business has grown andevolved and I'm just following

(12:05):
the universe because truly it'sabout creating the life that I
love and doing the things that Ilove and being happy while also
serving, helping and empoweringwomen.
So have you boxed yourself intoa niche that you really want to
evolve?
Is the version of your businessthat once seemed safe?
Maybe you need to let it go andlet it grow so that you can
make space for what's comingnext.

(12:27):
So what kind of energeticclutter or business clutter do
you have going on?
That's kind of like your pantydrawer that you need to get rid
of and it's okay.
It served you once and you canhonor that.
You can honor that niche servedyou once, or you can honor that
the offer once did serve you inyour business goals, but you

(12:50):
know it just doesn't make youfeel good anymore.
It's okay to toss it, it's okayto let it go, but what is it in
your business?
Like I said, these are justfour examples Outdated offers,
business systems.
You hate obligationsmasquerading as opportunities
and clutter, but what else maybe in your space that you're
holding onto that's blockinggrowth?

(13:12):
Then I want you to understandthat manifesting requires space,
because that's really what mostpeople miss is that
manifestation isn't about doingAbso-fucking-lutely.
We take aligned action.
We don't just sit around anddream and wish we're creating,
like when you're creating you'renot just dreaming.

(13:32):
This weekend at the retreat, wedid different things and part of
the lapis vision experience iscreation through art, and so we
thought about what we wanted tocreate, like I did.
It's like jelly printing.
That was really fun and I hadto think like, what color did I
want to use?
What botanical did I want touse?
But I didn't just think aboutit and sit at the table and

(13:54):
think it was going to manifest.
Like I thought about it and Iknew what I wanted it to be and
I knew the desire.
And then I grabbed the fuckingpaint and I grabbed the
botanical and I took the action.
But so many times, becausewe're programmed to hustle,
hustle, hustle, do, do, do that.
We take manifestation and wejust switch back to hustle and

(14:17):
grind instead of the allowing.
Manifestation isn't just doingmore, it is also about allowing.
It is about calling in, notchasing down.
If your calendar is maxed out,if your brain is overloaded, if
your systems are bursting at theseams, there's zero room for

(14:40):
the universe to move.
Like you're no longerco-creating.
You're like, yeah universe, like you're my partner, but not
really.
Go, sit in the fucking cornerand I'm going to do it all.
There's no room for thatco-creation.
And then you limit yourselfbecause we can only move in what
we know right, like if I don'tknow, that's all I can move in.

(15:01):
So I know XYZ makes money, butI'm co-creating with the
universe.
And the universe is like here'sa kick-ass opportunity that's
actually aligned, that youdidn't even think of, bam, there
you go.
But if we're putting theuniverse in the fucking corner,
how is it helping us?
It can't move because you'rereally trying to build a dream
inside a box that can't stretch.
When you do that.
Here's the thing Not only do wehave to be aware of our dreams,

(15:23):
we have to be aware of theenvironment in which we're
placing those dreams, because wedon't want to create a box that
can't stretch.
Environment is important and allof this.
What I'm telling you today, isgoing to go right to your
environment when we're talkingabout letting go, to let in,
because it is a very hard thingto do to let go.
So when I teach letting go, I'mnot just saying like let go of

(15:46):
mindsets, like let's make thistangible.
We're going to let go in ourenvironment so that we can
tangibly connect letting go withthe abstract of mindsets and
other things that we need to letgo of so that we can let in.
If you've read my book and ifyou haven't, you need to get it.
It's called Action BeforeAffirmations, because it's not
just about your mindset but it'sgetting your environment

(16:09):
aligned and it's making thatconnection because we change our
beliefs more when we haveexperience.
So if we can enter anexperience of letting go through
our physical environment, thenwe can apply that to our mindset
.
So this book really goes intodetail about creating a
sanctuary and how you create asanctuary.
And I'm telling you that thisapplies to your business too,

(16:32):
because your business deservesto feel like a sanctuary, not a
warehouse, not a storage unitand not a fucking battlefield.
So to start this, I am going togive you some practical,
energetic business strategy thatyou can implement right now.
But this doesn't meanoverhauling your whole life,
just like in the book.
I don't tell you to overhaulyour whole life, and I think

(16:54):
that's the problem of why westart shit so many times.
We never finish or we never getto the finish line.
We just fucking quit becauseit's too much, too soon and we
try to do too much too soon.
Let's just be honest.
We fucking quit.
But when we gradually move intostuff, we implement it and we
keep going and we make it andour desires come in.
So here is a weekly routine thatyou can use to get started

(17:17):
right now once again, withouthaving to overhaul.
So this weekly routine that youcan use to get started right
now, once again, without havingto overhaul.
So this weekly routine that Ihave that I'm going to share
with you today, it's just to getthe momentum going, just so you
can clear out the clutter, thedisorganization, so you can let
go, to let in in your business, because that's really where we
are here today.
We are letting more in.

(17:38):
We just had the spring solstice.
Spring is here.
It's time to wake up the newcreation.
But we need space for it, andthis is how you're going to get
that space in your business, because your space can help you
manifest success or it can blockit.
And this week is just tinyshifts, little tiny shifts that
we can clear.

(17:59):
That may be weighing you downwithout turning this into a damn
cleaning project.
That's not what we're doing.
I just want you to first setthe vibe.
What do you want more of?
Is it clarity?
Is it clients?
Is it cash?
Say it out loud, declare it andput the universe on notice.

(18:19):
That's all you're going to doon the first day, because I
don't know when you're listeningto this.
So and I dropped my podcast onWednesday.
So day one is just setting yourvibe.
Day two is you're going to tidyone space.
Hear me when I say tidy, notdeep, clean, tidy, just one a
drawer, your desktop, a folderin your email?

(18:41):
Choose ease, that is enough.
So for me, I am the post-itnote queen and every week I tidy
up my post-it notes because Ihave lines of them in front of
me, of inspiration, ideas, allkinds of stuff, and I tidy that
at the end of every week Justtidy.
So go through your post-itnotes that you have all over the

(19:02):
place.
Which ones are still relevant, toss the other ones, do what you
need to do with them so you canget rid of the paper Right,
tidy.
Day three, day two we're talkingabout your workspace.
Okay, your workspace where youdo your work.
But on day three we're going totalk about your resting space.
Yes, rest, and so you have yourbusiness space and that feels

(19:23):
good.
But you need a resting spacethat feels good as well,
somewhere where you can switchoff, because if you have nowhere
to switch off to, then you'regoing to be in hustle mindset
mode and we don't want thatright.
We didn't build a business toconstantly be hustling.
So, refresh one of your restingspaces in your house where you

(19:43):
can disconnect.
Because, let's be real, most ofus who start our business do
this shit from home.
So where can you separate thatand tidy it up and make it feel
good?
A rest space Before you'regoing to release whatever feels
off.
So if it's a system, if it's aplatform, if it's a belief, if
it makes you feel tense or justdoesn't feel good, just

(20:05):
something is just not, it's justlike you know, it's like gives
you the ick yuck.
I don't want to do that.
It's not aligned.
Somebody had asked me aboutFacebook and, like, I think some
of my Instagram stuffautomatically repost to Facebook
.
But, to be honest, facebookjust does not feel aligned to me
anymore.
I don't go on there.
It's a platform, release it, sowhat?
You don't have to be on everyplatform If you don't feel

(20:26):
aligned, if it makes you feelgross or just isn't your thing,
the energy you put towards it'snot really going to give you the
return anyway.
Day number four you're shiftinginto abundance.
So light a candle, put flowersin your workspace, change the
phone wallpaper that you have oryour screensaver, whatever you
need to do to elevate yourfrequency.
But these things are just easy, things that feel good.

(20:50):
You're letting go to let inright.
So you tidied your space, youlet go, you reset your resting
spot, you released a platform, like you let go of some stuff.
So now shift into pulling somestuff in by elevating your
frequency to the new feeling anddesire you have, whether that's
a certain smell, like I said, flowers and freshness in the
workspace that you have.

(21:11):
You know, like I said, maybeit's a screensaver so that every
time you turn on your computeryou see your fucking vision
board.
What can you do to shift intoabundance Throughout all of this
?
That's five days worth of stuffIf you start this on a damn
Thursday.
You still better take a break onSaturday and Sunday, like no

(21:31):
business on the weekends.
Please Just be, notice how yourspace feels, notice how you're
feeling.
Enjoy your fucking life onSaturdays and Sundays because
you didn't start a business togo from working five days a week
to working seven days a week.
Give yourself the time andspace.
I'm at a place where I workMonday through Thursday.

(21:51):
Friday, that's mine.
Saturday is mine, sunday ismine For other things.
I'm at a place where I workMonday through Thursday.
Friday, that's mine.
Saturday is mine, sunday ismine For other things.
I'm more than just my business.
You are more than just yourbusiness.
You're multifaceted, so leaveroom for all parts of yourself,
because that also allows more.
That is a release.
You have to let go of hustle,to let in ease, and that means

(22:13):
turning work off and enjoyingother parts of your life.
Going back to this retreat guys,I had such a good time.
I did not batch or schedulecontent.
I even told y'all I probablywouldn't be posting because I
knew where I was going, wasn'tgoing to great cell service and
also who cares.
I didn't want to be posting.
I wanted to enjoy the momentthat I was in and I so enjoyed

(22:37):
it.
But had I been worried aboutposting or batching or anything
else, I just wouldn't have doneit.
And it was important to me.
I built a business so I coulddo stuff like that, so I could
just go off on a three-dayretreat because I wanted to,
without having to prepareextensively prior to or play
catch up when I came home.
That it's just ease and flowsin my life when I say you don't

(23:01):
have to do stuff all the timelike let go to, let in.
Had I stayed in hustle culture,I never would have booked the
retreat and I would have missedout on an amazing experience.
Business doesn't have to beeverything.
So anytime I am working withclients and we are building the
lifestyle, and that is why inthe Manifest she CEO coaching,

(23:21):
we build the lifestyle first andthen the business follows.
Because when you align with theuniverse and with your desires
and on the frequency of what youwant, your business will flow
into your lifestyle and yourbusiness will be successful.
Your lifestyle and yourbusiness will be successful
while you're living the lifethat you want to live.
You don't need another strategyon top of your already

(23:44):
overwhelmed life.
You just need to release what'skeeping you from the next level
.
So if you've been searching fora sign, this is it.
Let go clear the space, blesswhat was and then open the damn
door to something new, becauseyour business is not stuck right
now.
My love and I want you to hearthat your business is not stuck,

(24:05):
it's just full.
So make space so more stuff canflow in.
Don't forget to grab your copyof Action Before Affirmations to
really deep dive into creatingspace and learning how to let go
to let in.
And don't forget we are gettingtowards the end of the month, so
you are going to want to getyour subscription to the
Manifest she magazine now, because a new issue is dropped

(24:29):
on the first of every month.
So if you get it now, you'regoing to get the welcome issue
and then on April 1st you aregoing to be getting the next
issue and this really gives youmindset business magic in a
monthly magazine.
All of these things are goingto be in the show notes.
I love you.
Keep living unapologeticallyand, once again, be encouraged

(24:50):
that it's not that you're doingsomething wrong and it is not
that you're stuck or that youdon't know what to do.
It's not that babe, you justgotta let go and release to let
more in.
I will chat with you next week.

Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
