visual arts, I found myself irresistibly drawn to another powerful

diverse and multifaceted as its geography, a rich tapestry woven
from threads of blues, gospel, country, and even a touch
of rock and roll. It's a soundtrack to the state's story,
a sonic reflection of its history, its people, and its soul.

My expiration began in the heart of Music Shoals, a
small town with a disproportionately large impact on the world
of music. This unassuming town on the Tennessee River nestled
in the northwest corner of Alabama, boasts of record studio
history that's nothing short of legendary fame. Recording studios and

music Shoal's Sound Studio have hosted some of the biggest
names in music history. Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, the Rolling Stones,
and countless others, all drawn to the magic of the muscle.
