In Episode 20 of "Live the Good Life", Host Aaron Diaz interviews the butcher for a local establishment in the Tri Cities that sells some of the world's finest cuts of meat.  When it comes to Living the Good Life, USDA prime and luxury high-grade meats are at the top of our list.  In the episode, Aaron interviews an expert when it comes to luxury meats.  We’ll be discussing his experiences in the meat industry, his knowledge about prime and Wagyu meat, and we’ll learn about his offerings at a local high-end meat emporium.  My guest is known throughout the Pacific Northwest, as Jose “The Butcher” Rodriguez, and he is responsible for preparing the amazing cuts of high-grade meat at Juanito’s Prime Meats located in Kennewick, Washington.
