Well, welcome to the Live toShoot podcast.
My name is Jeff Doddle and I'vebeen a licensed firearm dealer
for the last 18 years.
And this podcast we talk aboutall things related to Second
Amendment, as well as anythingelse going in the World sports
story or anything else that Imight find interesting.

I am coming from the free stateof Texas, and we are where the
wind smells like freedom and gunoil.

As I said.
You know, we talk about theSecond Amendment here as well as
any sports stories.
And so I thought I could justlead off with what my sports
weekend looks like.
Right now I am sitting herewatching the Ryder Cup.
The morning did not start offwell.
For the US we are down three toone.
But Scotty and JJ Spa just wonthe first hole of their four

ball tournament and.
DJT President Trump is now onthe tee box with the group of
Bryson and Ben Griffin.
So it's exciting stuff.
So I'll be watching the RyderCup all weekend.
Hopefully we will get in US winthis evening.
My Indiana Fever.
Yes, I watched the WNBA are inthe playoffs and they're going
to try and take a two, one leadover the ACEs.

Then my horn frogs.
Are playing a SU tonight.
And then Sunday night is thepackers and cowboys.
So it's a busy sports weekendfor me.
And another thing I want to justshout out my son, and if you are

And it has been a week.
So let's hit the legalbattlefield first.
Where the good guys are, aredrawn some blood.
A big win is brewing out inCalifornia.
Yeah, California.
Of all places.
On the 22nd, the CaliforniaRifle and Pistol Association.
And the Second AmendmentFoundation teamed up with a with
five fed up south Bay residentsto sue Santa Clara County

Sheriff Robert Johnson over hisonerous concealed carry permit
rules.
We're talking$976 applicationfees,$400 for mandatory
training, a$500 psych eval thatfeels like a loyalty test and
gets his, gets this demandingyou cough it up, your political
donation history, renewalanother 850 every two years,

that's nearly two grand just toexercise your God-given, right.
These clowns in Santa Clara arecharging more than Alameda, San
Mateo, even LA County, andslapping on psychic exams nobody
else requires.
It's a blatant brewing valviolation.
Remember that 2020 Supreme CourtSmackDown that.
Killed good cause BS for CCW.

The plaintiffs are calling itfinancial warfare on the Second
Amendment, plus the FirstAmendment gut punch with those
donation disclosures.
Sheriff's Office says they'reconfident in their setup, but
we'll see how that holds up infederal court.
This is why we need groups likeCRPA and FAF in the trenches
suing these T tyrants and.
Speaking courts.

The second circuit just kept NewYork sensitive places gun ban in
place, including no carry inTimes Square and the subway.
Yeah, because nothing else sayssafe, like disarming folks where
the real threats slur, it'stemporary hold, but it stings
more on that if, if it escalatesto, to scotus.
Over in Ohio, the state SupremeCourt heard arguments since on

September 22nd about restoringgun rights to folks with old
domestic violent, convictionscould be a game changer for
redemption and second amendmentrestoration.
So stay tuned.
Now let's talk about real secondAmendment action in action.
A story that reminds us of whywe train, why we carry, and why
the grabbers are dead wrong.

Outta the archives, buttimeless.
Remember Kyle Rittenhouse, thekid's case got dragged back into
the spotlight this week withfolks reminding the one,
reminding the world it was pureself-defense.
Legal possession of the rifle,charged, dropped, protecting a
business during riots chaseddown and forced to fire only
after being attacked.
Video witnesses, all of that,backed him up and get this.

Same day he walked free, A blackman got acquitted for the exact
same, using a gun to defend hislife.
It's not ancient history.
It's the blueprint in a worldwhere threats don't wait for
permanent or poles that AR 15saved lives.
No good guy with a gunfairytale.
This was raw, necessary defense.
