Amendment, as well as anythingelse going on the news, a sports

And quote unquote massshootings.
Let's we, we, we will talk atthat later, but but I, I did
wanna touch on this one justbecause it, it, it is so sad and
horrific about what's going onand, you know.
Get this out there.
And again, if you haven't heard,we're diving into the, the

shooting that happened at theAnnunciation Catholic School in
Minneapolis the other day wheretwo children, ages eight and 10
lost their lives and the 17others were injured.
The shooter is a 23-year-old.
Male, transgender woman.
We'll talk a little about thatmore later.
I'm not gonna give them thesatisfaction of, of telling,
telling its name.

So I'm just gonna refer to himas he,'cause he is a he.
And then they.
He took his own life at the, atthe scene.
So we're gonna talk about itand, you know, get to the, to
the, what's going on in thiscountry.
First, you know, before we gettoo far into it, you know, my
heart goes out to thosefamilies, the kids, the

teachers, everyone at theschool.
This is definitely a cowardly.
Evil act, you know, firingthrough church windows at
innocent children during mass.
I mean, there's no words thatcan capture the pain that I know
that this community is feeling.
And as a Christian.
A father, a husband, and adefender of our second

amendment.
I'm angry and I'm really angrythat this happened.
And I know the anti-gun crowd,they're gonna jump on it, they
already have about banningassault weapons and talking, you
know, telling lies about howthis was an automatic weapon.
And, you know, one.
One, pull the trigger and, youknow, multiple rounds are fired
at the same time.
All of'em are out there sayingit.

But you know, they don't haveany idea what they're talking
about.
But here, here's the facts thatwe know.
The shooter went by a couplenames'cause he was a transgender
woman.
He was armed with a rifle, ashotgun, and a pistol according
to what they know so far.
They were all legally purchased.
He fired dozens of roundsthrough the windows of the

church targeting kids andworshipers.
The FBI is calling us an act ofdomestic terrorism and a hate
crime targeting Catholics.
Thank you cat Patel and Dan Binoto have the courage to call this
a hate crime becausehistorically hate crimes can
only happen against, you know,minorities.
But no, this is definitely ahate crime.

The sheer had a history with theschool.
He attended it years ago and hismother worked there until 2021.
He had a manifesto anddisturbing videos out on YouTube
that they've all been taken downshowing his obsession with mass
shootings, including Sandy Hookand a mix of hateful messages.
Antisemitic anti-Christian antiDonald Trump then killed Donald

Trump.
You know, like I said, theanti-gun folks, they're already
out there screaming for more guncontrol, saying, this is why we
need to ban assault weapons ortighten background checks, but
let's be real fault.
You can't, this ain't aboutguns.
Evil people do evil things andthey'll find a way to do it
where they've got that, afirearm, a knife, a homemade,
explosive.

The police said that he hadextensive criminal history and
the.
He had no ex, I'm sorry.
He had no extensive, he had nohis criminal history and the
weapons were bought legally.
So what law would've stoppedthis?
More background checks, more redflag laws?
No.
The truth is you can't legislateevil out of existence.

So what does this tragedy reallyexpose?
First, it's a heart issue, not agun issue.
His videos and writings weredisturbed obsessed with violence
and hate.
They referenced mass shooterslike Adam Lanza and even painted
slurs and messages.
It wasn't spur of the momentact, it was planned, deliberate,
and fueled by a twisted iideology and the system didn't

catch it.
Didn't catch him.
Not the guns, not the backroomchecks, but the people around
Westman.
They didn't catch the mentalhealth issues that he was having
and he was having a lot ofmental health issues.
Second it happened in a church,during a school mass, a place
where people should feel safe,where kids should be safe.
But churches, schools, malls,are all soft targets.
Why?

Because they're often gun-freezones.
In fact, in his own manifesto,the shooter talked about how
that they love schools becausethey're gun-free zones, they're
soft targets.
You know.
Individuals can walk up to itand start shooting and there's
nobody there to stop him untilthe police arrive.
And they did, but it's too late.
Two kids were gone.

Others hurt.
If there's been an armedsecurity guard, trained
teachers, concealed carry parenton site, they couldn't make,
probably could have stopped thissooner.
Most shootings where there arepeople with carry permits, they,
the damage that studies show islimited and, and reduced from
what it would've been.

So what are you saying, Jeff?
You're saying armed teachersarmed the priest.
Well, yeah, I am, I'm sayingempower good people to practice
thousand others.
The Second Amendment isn't justabout hunting or, or sport
shooting.
It's about the right to defendyour life, your family, your
community.
Look at the stats.
Places with higher rates oflegal concealed carry have lower
rights of violence.
Criminals don't follow laws andthey sure as heck don't respect

gun free zones.
But you know, here's where Iwill push back a little bit.
I am a two a solutionist, butI'm gonna, I'm not gonna lie,
we've gotta deal with thismental health issues.
And this is definitely mentalhealth.
He was a transgender person, wetwoman identified as a female.

And this is definitely a mentalhealth issue.
And our left has glorified this.
They have cheered, you know.
You know, boys competing againstgirls because they think they're
a girl.
They cheered this.
They've had drag queens readingto our children.
But they're, they're celebratinga mental illness and, and it
needs to stop.
The libs of TikTok put out a, atweet and kind of just broke it
(06:38):
down here, Minnesota Church.
Trans, the Republican Party,firebombing, gender fluid.
The Nashville shooter trans, theColorado Tesla Arsonist trans,
the Colorado Spring shooter,non-binary Aberdeen shooter,
trans Denver school shooter,trans Iowa School shooter, trans
slash gender fluid, a MC stab,stabber Trans.

Do you see the pattern?
Yeah.
These people are mentally havemental illness and they need to
be dealt with.
They need to be not celebratedand lifted up as, as signs of,
of, you know of being welcomeinto our society.
We need to help these people,and that's where things need to

start getting better.
We need better systems toidentify these people who are in
danger themselves.
But you know, not stripping lawabiding citizens from their
rights, but we also have to stopcelebrating this trans agenda
that's out there as l lgbtq plusplus dash, whatever it is, it
all needs to stop.
It needs to be identified thatyes, these people have an

illness and we need to deal withit.
So.
Let's wrap it up first, pray forthe people in Minneapolis play.
Pray for these families, theirparent, the kids, the parents,
the community, get involved, youknow, talk to your kids about,
you know, security measures atschool.
If you're a church goer, askyour pastor if you've got a plan
for active shooters.

And if you're a second adminissupporter, keep fighting for our
rights.
But do a smart train, prepareand be kind the kind of armed
citizen who makes a difference,not a handling headline.

about assault weapons.
You know, we've gotta keep itclear and pointed on what the

We've gotta help these peoplethat have this mental illness

it, and that's why the secondAmendment is so important.
