Hi, I’m Lindsay Benavides - a real estate agent based in Barrie, Ontario with the Jennifer Jones Team and EXP Realty Brokerage, but also proudly Latina. My mission is rooted in a deep love for my community and a desire to empower Latino families to achieve stability and growth through homeownership.Growing up in Toronto, I saw firsthand the challenges my immigrant parents faced when buying their first home. I also saw how many families gave up on that dream due to lack of support. That’s why I became a real estate consultant—to be that guide, that resource, and that bridge for families who deserve a place to call their own.Inspired by the legacy of my grandfather and father, who dedicated their lives to uplifting the Latino community, I’ve continued that work here in Barrie.
