Season 9 ends with a wonderful episode. My guest is Reverend Connie Habash, author of the book, Awakening From Anxiety: A Spiritual Guide to Anxiety Relief. We have been attempting to meet for an episode for quite a while. I was originally drawn to meet her due to her connection with nature. However, this episode opened me to the wealth of energy and knowledge that is Connie. Being in her presence was amazing - I am really glad "the stars aligned". In her words: "My life is a committed journey to spiritual growth, authenticity, and learning to live the qualities of love, truth, service, and peace. It is my mission to serve by supporting others in their personal and spiritual transformation." This is a strong ending episode for my season nine… I think you'll like it.
