Happy 4th!! I hope you all have a wonderful and fun day with friends and family!! In this episode, I talk about the importance of monologues and how they fit into the VO world. I recently talk a class about this called, "Exploring Character Depth" and it was a really great one!! Don't let the idea of monologues intimidate you. With enough practice, they will help you to improve your acting skills and auditioning skills.
I also give a fast update on MAVO2025 because it's only about 4 months away now and it's getting pretty exciting! The schedule is a work in progress - as it always is at this point in the planning process. But my goal is to have it done and released by the end of July or very beginning of August so you guys can start planning out your weekend of sessions!!! But you've gotta have a ticket to be there, so stop procrastinating and just go buy it! You know you don't want to miss it! It's our 10 year anniversary event!! What could be more epic than that!!!? GO!!! DO IT NOW!!!!!
