I am so excited to start a brand new season of my podcast!! 🎊🎉🎊

I started my podcast with a mission to inspire people to live their dreams. To help those who struggle to find meaning and fulfillment in their career, like myself some time ago.

2020 was a tough year.  But I hope this challenging time has also given you an opportunity to stop and reflect. And to really think about what is important.

I’ve learned that our time is limited, and we need to spend it wisely with the people we love and on activities that bring us joy.

I’ve also learned not to take anything for granted. Because tomorrow is not promised to any of us, and life can change in an instant.

So it’s even more important that we honor our dreams, and have the courage to pursue them.

We need to give ourselves the permission to explore our curiosities and interests, and have the courage to leave what is not working, so we can give ourselves the chance we deserve to do what we love.

In my first episode of this season, I share how my life changed this year and the lessons learned.

  1. Having a positive relationship with myself is very important.
  2. Be aware of what makes me happy and make decisions that’s aligned with it.
  3. Self-Compassion, not self-criticism makes me productive.

What is the lesson you learned this year? I’d love to know! :) If you want to schedule a complimentary coaching session with me, you can reach to me here. www.celinalee.co/contact

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
