In today’s episode, I discuss how you can free yourself from the Dominant Dogma that tells you: “Change is hard.” In this episode, I share how change has taken me by surprise, again and again, and that the decision to lean into change has been one of the best and most empowering decisions myself and my clients keep making. I discuss with you how childhood safety mechanisms, unmet expectations and neurodivergence contribute to this narrative, along with past realities where change really was difficult. In order to live your freedom now, inside transition, I also offer up my 5 tips to keep calm during transition (including “Adult” safety blankets!) and invite you to download my Ecotherapy meditation and journal prompts to support you the next time you must hold yourself through big change.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
