Being in the mindset of how it felt during my time as an athlete brought with negative emotions. The truth is, you can be happy with where you are currently and still feel some type of way when you relive your past memories. In this episode of the Live Your Personal Best podcast, I share my struggles with backward progress in the last few months and how I’m overcoming them. The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
