In this week’s episode, Rachel is joined by Kelsey Stevens. Kelsey begins by taking us through her journey of discovering Kundalini yoga and how her scoliosis really brought her into the practice of yoga. This practice evolved from Hatha yoga to incorporating more breathwork until it brought her to the healing and transformational practice of Kundalini.
Kelsey shares what Kundalini is as well as how she incorporates many different aspects into her practice and teaching. Part of her classes she offers the vibration of the gong. Her gong playing is incredible, and she talks about what her journey has looked like with that.
She also works with numerology. In today’s episode, Kelsey offers a brief description of the most common numbers used in the practice of numerology as well as gives a brief reading to Rachel to demonstrate what a reading with her would look like.
