In this week’s episode, Rachel is joined by Ida Hallidri. Ida had a career in marketing, and business before taking the brave step of diving feet first into her real love of psychology. Ida is native to Albania but moved to Canada after her parents wanted a better life for her and her siblings.
She shares how after experiencing some deep trauma and loss at a very young age she began the search for healing. Later her journey brought her to the healing modality of Internal Family Systems Therapy.
Ida goes into detail about the process and components of IFS. She does such a great job of giving us a clear picture of what is happening within the self that leads to addictive behaviors and how IFS breaks down what is happening internally to begin to heal these aspects that have been “exiled.”
As Ida and Rachel dig deeper into the process of IFS, Ida takes us through what a session might look like as it follows the blueprint and model this modality uses. They also touch on the connection between IFS and MDMA.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
