In this week’s episode, Rachel is joined by Jamie PK, a Licensed Counselor, Motivational Speaker, Retreat Facilitator, Life Coach, Shadow Guide, and Integration Practitioner. She was brought to do this work through many years of study, work with mother Ayahuasca and other plant medicines, as well as her deep connection to veterans.
Jamie tells her story about how she was introduced to Ayahuasca and how that allowed her to be reborn in this lifetime. This experience guided her to begin to work with two churches in the United States and continue to be of service through her gifts and volunteering work.
She explains shadow work in such an incredible way that you the listener will be able to have a true visual of what this looks like as well as what a session would look like as she unexpectedly takes Rachel through a mini-session of shadow work.
