Mele Oshiro (02:53):

Shannon Sand (02:55):
March 7th and 8th we're having the returning to
the farm workshop.
It's a little bit more like aretreat than a workshop, I would
say, and that you and all ofyour family members are supposed
to come to it.
So you work together as afamily to begin developing that
estate and transition plan.
So in terms of succession, creating those timelines, in
terms of management, transitionplans, how that's going to work.

(03:16):
There's also an attorney.
There's all different kinds ofexperts that will be present so
you can ask lots of questionstoo, and it is two days long.
So it is a commitment.
But if you're really wanting toget started on this whole estate
and transition planning, it's areally good time to do it.
And again, bring yourself, bring your family members, so
that you guys can all start outon that same even open playing

(03:38):
field.
So it's a good opportunity.
And then we have a grainmarketing series starting March
11th.
It's all online and it's free,so if you're interested in it,
please check it out.
Jessica grosskoff, ourpanhandle regional ag economist,
