    3. Just like the story I shared at the beginning, pay attention to the universe and allow her to guide you! 
    4. Be honest with yourself and others, it takes letting your walls and barriers down to really support building raw, authentic, genuine connection that we then see ourselves from that lens. 
    5. Be okay with doing nothing as sometimes inaction is the greatest form of action we can do. 
    6. Keep trying on what your heart and soul is calling for - something that you tried on last month during a certain time on your period will land SO differently that this month just like with a river, you never step in the same spot twice as its’ always flowing and moving
