Hello & Welcome! Kate Champion here…
I am excited to share this powerful conversation with you!
This week, I have the pleasure of talking with David Amerland. David is a chemical engineer with a degree in quantum physics, who describes himself as a ‘misfit’.
David loves to simplify the complex. He is passionate about health, fitness, and personal development, and he's the author of Intentional: How to Live, Love, & Play Meaningfully. Of course, I just had to have him on the show!
David and I cover a lot!!!
David explains that we often struggle with internal conflicts between our true selves and societal expectations.
David reminds us that we have a right to be happy!
He stresses the significance of self-awareness, structure, and intentionality as a way we can create meaning in our lives.
No surprise, this episode is packed full of tips, strategies, and sage advice.
…David is so generous with his time, wisdom, and knowledge. As a human who's also passionate about helping people live more intentional lives, I took so much away from this episode.
For the next few weeks, we’re celebrating Community Awareness Month, and I need your help to spread the word. Here’s what I need:

#3 Please share this podcast with a friend – this is a great way to let someone know you are thinking about them. And, if they reach out to me with a screenshot, I’ll send them a FREE copy of the book too! It’s a win-win! How fun is that?
