When rules are ordered for the good, they can help us to grow in virtue. If this talent is not tamed, it’s easy to just blindly follow the rules. Virtuously, the balance will be: “Are these rules serving an intended purpose, or is modification needed?”
People with the Consistency talent are more interested in group needs than individual wants. They increase uniformity by bringing rules and policies that promote cultural predictability. They love repeating things in the exact same way.
