Today I want to remind you (and me) that not everything is worth freaking out about or feeling as though you need to do or not do something. There is a lot of shame that gets tossed around when it comes to foods, exercise, and ways of living and it's not cool. We are all on our own path and need to learn and grow our own way and use discernment with what we are hearing. There is a lot of conflicting information, fear mongering...
Today I want to encourage you to bet on you- bet on yourself to be and do the things that YOU want to do! There will be many naysayers in your life that will try to deter you from doing what you want to do or from striving for what you want to be. I believe we need to get in our own heads, trust our gut and intuition and believe in ourselves. You CAN do this if you believe in yourself!
