Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, conscious leaders Boy, do I have a treat
for you?
This week we are joined byAngelica Matev on this week's
podcast, and the reason I sayit's a treat is because it's
going to be a little differentcompared to some of our past
episodes.
We are going to be diving intothe world of astro psychology.

(00:20):
Now you might be askingyourself what does astro
psychology or astrology have todo with leadership?
And to all the skeptics outthere, I want to make the
argument that self awareness isnot only critical but required
for exceptional leadership.
We cannot lead otherseffectively if we cannot see our

(00:42):
own patterns.
Astro psychology as a blueprintto support us to unlock new
levels of self awareness, atleast on my personal journey,
has been absolutely instrumental.
Angelica is a certified astropsychologist, which we'll learn
what that is in just a moment.

(01:03):
Inner work mentor, holisticgrowth coach and teacher.
I've personally been workingwith her for several months now
to help navigate a couple of bigtransitions and big decisions
in my life.
I don't know if this has beentrue for you out there as well,
but I know for me in the lastsix to 12 months it has been

(01:25):
such a time of transition, transformation, recalibration
towards what is most important.
Now that we're on the otherside of the pandemic, where is
it that I'm really wanting toput my precious life force,
energy?
What are the gifts that I'mwanting to cultivate most to
unlock my leadership potential?
What are the projects that aremost suited for, or aligned to,

(01:49):
my unique persona or archetype, and how am I uniquely positioned
to serve my clients?
Who is it that I am destined toserve?
These are all questions thatAngelica and I have explored, in
addition to things likepatterns picked up in childhood,
my money mindset and my beliefsaround money, relationships and

(02:12):
the attributes that an idealpartner for me would have.
In today's episode, we're goingto be looking at the connection
between astro psychology andleadership specifically, and how
we can use astro psychology tounlock our self awareness, help
us step into our personal power, become more clear decision

(02:34):
makers as leaders as we setboundaries, find our sacred mind
, our sacred know and, veryimportantly, how we might
navigate change in transition.
By becoming more self aware andempathetic towards ourselves,
can we become even moreempathetic to those around us as
we move through big challengesand transitions?

(02:54):
The world of astrology incombination with the world of
psychology is fascinating.
It invites us into a wholeworld of understanding for
ourselves and towards others.
The level of mastery thatAngelica has around this
holistic, integrative approachto combining these two

(03:15):
disciplines is off the charts.
This conversation with Angelica, who's joining us from Spain
today, opened my mind even moreto the possibility of what
leadership in the future canlook like, how we can weave
intuition and greater levels ofconsciousness into how we show
up as leaders, how we canconnect with the larger rhythms

(03:39):
and cycles of the cosmos, andhow we run our companies and
self resource ourselves throughbig moments of change and
transition.
There is so much depth in thisepisode, and I hope that by the
end of it, you feel as empoweredand enlivened as I did.
Without further ado, let's getinto it.

(04:00):
Angelica, welcome to the show.
I am so filled with gratitudeto be having this conversation
with you today.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Thank you so much, nicole.
It's an honor and a realpleasure to be your guest, so
thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Of course, I know we're going to get into so many
interesting topics today and tojust help tee up this whole
conversation, which is going tobe all about how astro
psychology can support ourleadership practice, I want to
address up front and do a littlebit of context setting, because
I think listeners might bethinking wait a minute.

(04:41):
Astro psychology, first of all.
What is that?
But secondly, how can thatsupport me as a leader?
And so I just want to share upfront that Angelica and I have
been working together for anumber of months now, so I've
actually been a client ofAngelica's, and throughout the
episode I'm going to be sharingmoments of insight or pivots in
my own leadership practice.

(05:02):
That would not have beenpossible if I didn't have the
blueprint of my own chart toreally understand the evolution
of my leadership, the uniquegifts that are innate in me, the
strategies and the patternsthat I can either leverage or
overcome.
I have been blown away at how achart is so much more than what

(05:25):
I once used to think of when Iwould think of astrology, and
this has really set out aroadmap for me to the point
where I've actually updated mymission statement and my
understanding of my own purposebecause of working together.
So before we get into definingwhat astro psychology even is
and how you got into it, I wantto just start with an

(05:45):
appreciation for you and thework that you do, because in a
couple different sessions youreflected back to me that one of
the things that I'm here to doin this lifetime and on this
earth is to help make thespiritual practical, to be the
bridge of spirituality and thephysical or the physical or the
practical world, and as a leader, as someone who self identifies

(06:09):
as being a visionary but alsosomeone who has the skills of
organizational systems andbringing that into practice.
That was such an aha for me andI've just watched myself in the
last six months gain confidence, gain self awareness, and so
we're going to get into a lot ofthe benefits.
I just wanted to open with thatgratitude and share with the

(06:32):
audience that our work hasliterally up leveled and evolved
my own personal missionstatement and understanding of
what it is I'm here to do, whichis amazing.
So thank you.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Oh, what an emotional and beautiful way to start our
talk.
Well, nicole, nothing moreamazing than this energy of
gratitude that you're bringingand I follow because I am
grateful to you for being myclient, for all the other
amazing people that I have thechance to work with.

(07:07):
But thank you so much for thesewords, so many emotions coming
together and definitely beingthe greatest reward for my
effort, for my work, for myservices, knowing that what I do
is actually the guidance andthe help needed to amazing

(07:28):
people such as yourself and tobe part of your journey.
So I thank you for that and forthe opportunity to share today
with your audience what we do,how we got there and why this
could be really anotherabsolutely fabulous way to learn
how we can add something new toour journey of personal

(07:50):
evolution, as a way to explore,as a way to evolve.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Beautifully said.
Beautifully said, and I thinklet's start there right.
So we'll take the audience on ajourney of how we do what we do
and what astro psychology evenis.
So I would love to just inviteyour definition of this
incredible body of work, whyit's different than traditional
astrology as we might commonlythink of it, and how did you get

(08:17):
into it as well, if you're ableto weave in your personal story
a bit as well, Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
I've been interested in astrology since I don't know.
I was a teenager probably, butback then, of course, what I
obviously consume this contentrelated to astrology was only
focused on the traditional modelof astrology, which deals, of
course, with the zodiac, withthe things that we all have
heard a little bit here andthere.

(08:43):
Yet the more I learned, themore fascinated I became.
At the same time, I felt thatsomething is missing, because I
saw so much potential into thissacred system of knowledge which
wasn't well justified by thedifferent ways in which people
perceive astrology as a tool forprediction, or for fun, or for

(09:07):
curiosity.
So the first thing I realizedis that it's impossible for
people on Earth to becategorized in only 12 groups
based on the astrologicalscience.
If we are only 12 kinds of typeof people, life would be a lot
easier to decode and understand, but there was an
oversimplifying way ofinterpreting astrology.

(09:30):
So I started looking for more, for something additional that
would allow again thisabsolutely amazing gift given to
us by the universe to expandand serve a different and a much
deeper purpose.
And, after studying underdifferent mentors and on my own,
I discovered the Academy ofAstro-psychology, founded by a

(09:53):
psychotherapist and astrologer,dr Glenn Perry, who developed
this idea of teaching astrologyalong with psychology, based on
the work of many other greatastrologers, philosophers and
thinkers before him, whichactually created the integration
between traditional astrologyas we know it with Jungian

(10:16):
archetypes and concepts, withanalytical psychology, and
allowed counseling andtherapeutic approach to be added
to the already existing systemof astrology as we know it.
So discovering this was mymoment, because I realized that,
yes, there is something newhere.

(10:37):
Saying new compared topsychology is much older and
astrology itself three days over3-4,000 years.
But the so-called postmodernhumanistic astrology occurred as
an official discipline and termback in the second half of the

(10:57):
20th century with the work ofmany prominent astrologers.
Like I said, the book of DaneRudier astrology personality was
revolutionary there and thatbecame the foundation of so much
to explore.
So I took the studies, I tookthe course, I added to what I
already knew, to this newlyacquired approach to bird chart

(11:18):
analysis, and I realized thatthis is much more than just
understanding of certain eventsthat people would usually look
for when they talk to anastrologer.
So I discovered a new theory ofpersonality by studying and
working under this mentorshipand, of course, on my own, and
then I realized thatastro-psychology and bird chart

(11:40):
analysis from a psychologicalperspective, is a tool of
inestimable value for thejourney of self-discovery.
How does that work?
Without going too deep intooverwhelming details, I just
want to say that the connectionsbetween the cosmic energies,
the natural phenomenon, thecycles of time and ourselves as

(12:02):
human beings are based onuniversal laws that allow us to
see certain processes between, again, cycles of positions and
movement of the planets, which, again, the actual planets
themselves.
They don't do anything to us.
I know the argument of anasis.
They would go like oh so you'retelling me that a floating rock

(12:23):
in the space will determine myluck in life?
That is oversimplifying it, tosay the least.
It's not like that.
Those bodies we see up there arethe physical expression of
actual centers of energies that, just like we can't see the soul
and the psyche, but it'soperating all the time the same
way, there is no visible energycoming from those planets.

(12:47):
Whatever happens up there tofollowing the principle of
what's above, so below andwhat's without, so within, we
can see how the universal lawsof correspondence allow us to
decode certain personalitytraits, strength and weaknesses,
drives, beliefs and motivesthat would create the makeup of
the individual and the psyche asreflected in the bird chart,

(13:09):
and from there we can startworking towards helping the
individual discover their ownpotential for being the active
agent in their own creation as apowerful individual who can
reinvent themselves when needed, step into their personal power

(13:30):
and become the best version ofthemselves, forging their own
path in life.
And a lot of that is quitedifficult if this knowledge is
missing, simply because anapproach that uses techniques of
therapy or self-help applicableto everyone wouldn't work so
well.
What the birdchart does?
It adds the very unique andpersonalized components of being

(13:55):
the individual blueprint of youand no one else, so that makes
it so valuable and so effective.
I hope that gives an idea?

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Yeah, it definitely does, and I can't help but think
about how, as a form ofelevating our self-awareness and
using it as a blueprint, right, there are so many
self-assessments out there, likethe Enneagram, the Gene Key,
myers-briggs, right, and I'vetaken all of these over the
years because it's fascinating,I think, to some level to

(14:32):
dissect ourselves and try tounderstand ourselves so that we
can become better, moreexpressed versions, and I've
always been driven by that.
But what I find really uniqueabout astro psychology is that
it's not just a stagnantsnapshot of your personality,
traits and your gifts.
I know from working with youover time that it's dynamic.

(14:56):
There is personal will andchoice in the strategies that we
enact to really be with andheal or evolve the patterns
within the chart.
And then to your point aboutjust the rhythms and the cycles
of the cosmos that's alwayschanging, always evolving
Collectively.

(15:16):
We seem to feel it right.
I'm sure we've all had thosedays at the office or in Zoom
meetings where everyone'sfeeling the same agitation or a
little bit more angry than usualand we're all going.
Why do I feel this way?
It must be something in thestars, is something that I even
hear in the corporate world ofpeople tossing that out there,

(15:37):
this acknowledgement that thereare these greater rhythms or
energies that do impact us onsome level.
And, yeah, I know that it'sbeen a process of self-awareness
but also understanding thetransits and how I'm a part of
the whole.
I'm a part of the collectiveand I have a key or a piece of

(15:58):
the puzzle that I get to putinto this, like this great dance
or this great play that we areenacting in these lives, and so
that piece in particular, thedynamism and the ever evolving
aspect of this has been reallyspecial to me compared to other
self assessments, and so I guessI want to hear your thoughts on

(16:19):
that, but within, specificallywithin the context of why can
something like astro psychologysupport leaders?
Why is it so effective forleaders to use as a tool?

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Absolutely.
Thank you so much forexplaining this so well from the
perspective of someone whoreceived the insight and the
guidance.
That's absolutely priceless.
And to add to your point, yes, that's 100 percent true.
The biggest advantage of thissystem, astro psychology is that

(16:54):
it functions as a growth model.
It interprets the chart as agrowth model right, because
traditional astrology tends tobe more static.
So again, to make this as briefand clear as possible, if we
look at a bird chart from atraditional perspective only, we
can identify a lot and talkabout certain events, but there

(17:17):
is nothing that offers aconnection between the past, the
present and the future.
So things remain more dynamicand they're focused.
The whole analysis is focusedon the chart, whereas with the
astro psychological approach wefocus on the person.
That is client centered, personcentered approach.
And that's why it's called ahumanistic astrology, because we

(17:40):
definitely look from theperspective of what is possible
for that person, so they canmake the most of the energies
reflected in the chart and inturn, become the active agent of
their own way to create thelife they've always wanted.
And that happens only if welook at things from the

(18:02):
perspective of action, ofdynamic.
That's why, if we talk aboutfaith.
Maybe faith is what we have inthe chart, because that can
never change.
It's there, all right.
But we talk also about destiny.
That's another term we use inEnglish language, right, and in
other languages too.
So destiny is what we make ofthis faith, meaning we take the

(18:24):
energies given to us and we takethem to a certain destination.
Right, that involves alreadythe movement, that involves the
actual doing of what we canunderstand.
That's very important.
The component of understandingcomes first, before we can
accept it and before we canintegrate it.
And I just want to bring a fewexamples.

(18:47):
And, like you said, what couldbe the link between what we
talked about and actualleadership, right?
So in Burt's chart analysisfrom again this approach, it's
possible to identify what kindof thinking and behavioral
patterns this person operatesunder the influence of, and
those usually happen.

(19:08):
Of course, in traditionaltherapy, exploration of child
food is always present.
But the beauty of this approachis that we combine astrology
with psychology, with counseling, with therapy and even coaching
.
So when we put all thistogether, we have again a very
dynamic way of strategizing, literally on how to help that

(19:30):
person realize their potential, because it's with that goal in
mind, the ultimate goal of thepsyche is wholeness, so we
cannot operate only from thefragmented understanding of one
part of the personality.
We need to look at the wholething, just like this beautiful
circle which is the zodiac endof Burt's chart shows us that

(19:51):
it's all connected.
I realized over the yearsworking with clients that it's
so important to focus on selfawareness and understanding of
our authentic essence, of who weare, because people have
different ambitions and desiresand oftentimes they're very

(20:12):
capable of applying andachieving what they want based
on their goals for success.
But if they step into the bigbattle field that is the world
and to claim their place, ifthey're not prepared with proper
work prior to, chances are theymay stumble upon many different

(20:35):
blockages and barriers.
That would be only a reflectionof the unresolved inner issues.
And that goes for everythingfor relationships, for career,
for creativity.
Any process and any activity inlife we dedicate ourselves to
is much more easy to accomplishif we step into it with a full

(20:58):
understanding of who we are andwith a high level of self
awareness.
And that connects very muchwith leadership, because I'm
sure in your own work leadershipis not viewed only as leading a
team of people or a project.
It's a much bigger concept thathas many different components

(21:21):
and layers within.
So, the way I see it, in orderto be really good at leadership
which involves other people aswell, we need to master that for
ourselves first, and thatincludes understanding how we
can best lead our own self andpsyche and soul through the path

(21:44):
of life.
And that happens only whenwe're willing to objectively
explore and see different facetsof who we are.
That always starts withchildhood and certain formative
experiences.
Let me give a very quick examplehere.
I had a client who struggledwith relationships.

(22:05):
A good looking man, successfulman, but for some reason every
time he met a woman that couldbe a potential partner,
something happened and thingsdidn't end well.
So he felt that he's cursedwith bad luck in love, right and
some other issues.
But we started working togetherand turns out based on the

(22:28):
position of certain cycle pointsin the indicating energies in
the chart that an astrologercould interpret.
I was able to see that in hischildhood he was raised in a
family where only when he wasable to achieve and accomplish
something at school he wasrewarded with attention and care

(22:49):
and extra gestures ofvalidation from his parents.
So he learned that in order toreally be loved and accepted, he
has to demonstrate some kind ofsuccess, and he was really the
number one student at school, atuniversity and then later he
was even a boss, with so muchreputation and all but turns out

(23:11):
, when we talked about it, everytime he would meet with a woman
he would start talking abouthis work, accomplishments and
the things that he's planning todo next, thinking that
consciously or subconsciouslythat he's impressing her and the
reward would be for this personto feel closer to him and more

(23:33):
connected.
But eventually those womenapparently so in him, someone
obsessed with work and businessand career, and they couldn't
find a way to establish a morewarm and intimate connection.
So they ended up leaving andthat kept repeating itself as
this negative cycle which oncewe brought to conscious

(23:55):
awareness for him that this is apattern which needs to be
changed and that could besomething he takes personal
pride from and can increase hisown self-confidence, but without
applying it directly, followingthe same mechanism from his
formative years that he thought.
And now, showing how capable heis necessarily brings a reward

(24:19):
in the form of something hewants.
So that was just a littleexample of how doing like
demonstrating the right thingbut at the wrong time and
circumstances is not the beststrategy.
So he later realized that thereare a lot of other things that
he needed to start thinkingabout and using and applying

(24:40):
differently, which ultimatelyfreed up for him a huge amount
of energy and self-esteem andconfidence.
That brought later on based onhis feedback after our sessions
quite a lot of success, not onlyat work.
But he ended up married.
Yeah, I guess we did, and thatwas only possible by looking at

(25:02):
the circumstances surroundinghis childhood, which are
definitely indicated there.
But then a chart can show us somuch more.
And if we are to connect thisto leadership, I'm thinking that
the Zodiac presents us with abeautiful matrix of qualities
attributed to each archetype, which could be used as a great

(25:24):
description of what amazingleadership is.
And I'll give you a very quickexample, going through the signs
, really in a minute.
So, aries, if we start with thefirst one, gives us strength,
sense of adventure and theability to be fearless when it
comes to doing something.
More risk than tourists is ourability to make money, our

(25:49):
personal values and our abilityto create stability and safety.
The next sign, gemini, that'sthe knowledge, communication and
intellect that is needed forthis kind of position.
With cancer, we find that senseof creating a family around
something, when people areengaged and involved because

(26:09):
they feel they belong and agreat leader should be able to
do that because this is an extramotivation, creating the
emotional support.
Then the generosity of Leo, ofcourse, and the ability to take
charge is another very importantpart of the skill set.
Virgo brings the pragmatic souland very objective approach to

(26:30):
solving problems.
Libra insurance balance,connection and bridging
different ideas when it comes tonegotiations.
Scorpio brings the passion, thedepth and the personal power.
Sagittarius is the archetypalenergy that allows us to bring
the enthusiasm about something.
Enthusiasm is a Greek wordwhich means Enthus, means filled

(26:53):
with God, with divine energy, when we feel that anything is
possible.
That brings this inspiration inturn.
And of course, capricorn is thebuilder of the zodiac, creating
the matrix of success andalways going higher and higher
until the top is reached.
Aquarius uses unconventionalapproach and decisions that

(27:13):
always caring for the greatergood.
And finally, pisces is thatstrategic intuition a leader can
apply when it comes to usingnot just the rational approach
but that inner feeling abouthelping to be done right, with
spiritual alignment andcompassion, because, after all,

(27:34):
without this, we won't be thehuman beings we need to be.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
Wow, angelica, I feel so glad and excited that
listeners just got a taste ofhow deeply connected you are to
this body of work and thiswisdom, to the point that you're
so fluent in it that it justchannels through you.
And this has been my experiencein our sessions, where it feels

(28:00):
like, yes, you're reading thechart and you're working from
this incredible base of wisdomand knowledge and study over the
years.
At the same time, you have thisway of intuitively channeling,
which I so appreciate, and youcan tell when it's happening
right.
It feels like flow state isjust incredible.
So, yeah, so I think folkslistening just got a taste of

(28:22):
that, and I think it's so coolthat the Zodiac presents this,
almost this menu in a way of theexalted state or the exalted
attributes that leaders couldhave, and I imagine that it also
includes the shadows or some ofthe patterns in our collective

(28:44):
too, and so if we allcollectively have pieces of this
, I think there's a lot lessshame that I feel in that, even
in uncovering some of my ownshadows, and maybe we'll go
there next as far as how we canuse self-awareness to step into
our personal power but alsostart to work with some of the

(29:06):
shadow patterns, because I'vefound personally that this type
of work is almost like lookingin a mirror.
It's almost like looking in thisreflective, bottomless pool of
insight that if you're ready andopen to receive and ready to
really look at yourself in yourown patterns, including all the

(29:28):
way back to childhood I'm soglad that you raised this
because I often feel thatsometimes leaders who don't have
the self-awareness or aren'tusing this type of
self-awareness assessments ortools, they present sometimes as
kids running around and livingout their traumas and their

(29:49):
patterns.
And I have so much empathy forthat on one level and I also I
don't want to unconsciously dothat either I want to make the
unconscious conscious.
I want to bring the things andthe patterns within me that I've
been operating fromunconsciously.
I want to really bring those tothe surface, and so I just want

(30:09):
to personally name a couplethat when I looked into the
mirror that is, astro psychologyI saw for the first time that I
have not seen in other bodiesof work, and so a couple of them
included jumping into somethingand going all in and then

(30:31):
hesitating or second guessingmyself and I was like, oh my
gosh, I could name a hundredinstances where that has
happened.
There can be this contradictionor this hesitation, that I feel
this back and forth innertension when it comes to my
decision making, where I want tohold all of the possibilities
open but I have a hard timesaying no.

(30:52):
I also can sometimes have thistendency to be used and abused
by people who see me reallycapable, see me as a very
capable leader, and I play intothat because I get the
satisfaction of being quoteunquote good, I get the good
girl badge.

(31:13):
I did a good job, someone sawme, maybe they appreciated me
for a moment, but usuallythey're still not compensating
me to the level that I deserveor maybe they're not even giving
me credit and yet I still havethis pattern of wanting to help,
wanting to shine and reallyputting others on a pedestal.
And when I look at this list ofpatterns, I'm like, on one

(31:35):
level that could be reallydifficult to hear If someone
reflected back to me you'redoing all these things, you have
all these patterns.
But I've found that in astropsychology to look at it with
curiosity, as a blueprint, andto understand that these are
patterns that I can work withand overcome and be aware of.

(31:56):
Now I'm befriending my shadowsin A and so I want to.
Yeah, I guess I wanted to offerthat to listeners as evidence
of this body of work reallyworking for me, and even just
that list is invaluable to me.
And so, from your perspective,if someone is really wanting to

(32:18):
go beyond self-awareness andstart building the personal
power to overcome some of theirshadows or start working with
their patterns, how can astropsychology support that?
And what is the process foreven beginning to work with our
shadows really look like in yourperspective?

Speaker 2 (32:37):
Yeah, that's a really deep and vast topic because it
encompasses so much.
But of course, a huge part ofthat analysis is focused on the
so-called shadow work, which isalso referred to as inner work,
because that term shadow tendsto sound a little scary to
people.
There's nothing scary aboutthat.

(33:00):
The reason it's called shadowis just to use a term as opposed
to something being in the lightthat is visible.
Okay, and we all have this wayof presenting ourselves in
social settings and interactionswith the world.
This is when we put our bestself ahead, the so-called

(33:22):
persona right Psychologically, where we want people to see us
at our best, to see that we lookgreat, that we feel great, that
everything we do iswell-handled and under control,
because that's how we perceivethe image, which is the opposite
of being weak and vulnerable,right.
So, because we are a mixture ofso many various traits and

(33:45):
experiences, there is a lot ofdifferent parts which, with
shadow, people would choose toactually cast away into that
part of the psyche, thatreservoir which we would rather
not look at because it's not apleasant content to deal with.
So, when we want to disconnectfrom the effect of all this

(34:08):
negative feelings such as guilt, fear, shame, complexes,
insecurity, anger and all thispain and trauma accumulated that
hasn't been addressed andresolved.
It gets put somewhere where wecan't see it, but it doesn't
mean it's not there, right.
So, at moments when we feelunder pressure and when we're

(34:30):
stressed, this is the momentswhen some of those negative
energies that haven't beenintegrated can start to dictate
the tone of our actions andreactions, and that's why it's
so important to be aware ofthose, and it doesn't have to be
anything extreme, it could besomething very casual.
Like you said, it's difficult tosay no.

(34:51):
For you and your listeners, nois a power word, okay, so let's
agree on that, and there isnothing wrong with saying no the
right way.
And there are ways which Ishare with my clients as
different techniques andstrategies about how we can
decline something that is beingasked from us without coming

(35:14):
across as someone who doesn'tcare, who is selfish, etc.
Unfortunately, our socialconvention and culture has made
of no some kind of a dirty wordand people don't feel
comfortable using it.
But the moment it becomessomething that damages our own

(35:37):
time, energy and goes againstour own priorities and interests
, it's already psychologicallydangerous because we're not
doing a real service toourselves to begin with, and
it's very important tounderstand that having healthy
emotional boundaries is allowingus to have a lot more energy

(35:58):
and time to invest in properactivities, including helping
and sharing ourselves with thosewho need us more effectively.
But running around saying yes toeverything and rearranging our
schedule just so we can pleasenot disappoint and do something
that goes totally against ourwill becomes a pattern that can

(36:21):
be a really dangerous inertiaand response.
And that is one thing that canbe identified with that kind of
analysis, because the underlyingcause for that is usually a
lower sense of self-worth.
When people think that bysaying no they will lose the
chance to be accepted and theythink that they will.

(36:43):
There is a guarantee and apromise here that the other
person will embrace them astheir friend and next time they
meet it's going to be like a bigyes because they're together.
But it doesn't go that way, sowe cannot.
But there are other ways.
Actually realizing that byprioritizing and really using no
creates the kind of respectthat other people start to

(37:06):
appreciate a lot more and loveus, for it could be another way
to start being more comfortablewith this kind of boundary.
That's one way to look at thechart and identify it.
Then you mentioned somethingabout decisions my first
astrology teacher.
He used to be a martial artteacher as well and he often

(37:28):
referred to some of the Easternwisdom.
So he told me this, based onthe book of the samurai, one
Japanese ancient writing A goodsamurai, a good warrior, slash
leader, is able to make animportant decision within the

(37:48):
time span of seven breaths.
Seven breaths depends on how webreathe.
Is about 30 to 40 seconds time, not a long time, right?
Not enough time to make adecision.
Yet this piece of ancientwisdom tells us is that once we
are at the right level of innerbalance, of connection with our

(38:12):
authentic self, once we aredriven by self-confidence and
personal power and true beliefthat we are able to take charge,
to be in control, to lead andto make things happen, a 30
second decision is not hard.
Yet if we have to take thatdecision from a place where

(38:35):
there is a lot of pain and fearand other unprocessed wounds,
then this would be a long anddifficult process, because many
other things will come to jointhe party as a reminder of what
happened last time and doubt howthis person act.
Will they be mad at me and thenwe get into that rabbit hole of

(38:58):
how I do things, so I pleaseeveryone, regardless of how I
feel about it.
So self-awareness, beingconsciously into self-hood in
terms of again I want to stressthis 10 times selfish and being
self-aware are two totallydifferent things.

(39:18):
Selfish is the negativeconnotation, looking only after
what we want and what's best forus, disregarding everything
else and even abusing otherpeople's energy and resources to
get what we want, whereas aperson who is self-aware is
acting to the best of theirability, knowing that this kind

(39:42):
of awareness and this consciousleaving of someone who is truly
within their own power and isalso clear on their own strength
and weaknesses I'm not talkingabout superhuman, that's ideal
and perfect, no such thing butknowing the truth about who we

(40:04):
are, making conscious choices,or choices not based on fear,
but based on our belief that wehave what's needed and we have
all the support of the universe, who's always happy to comply.
When we project that kind ofenergy, then opportunities,

(40:25):
people, situations are broughtto us, aligned with that renewed
sense of self and beingauthentic.
That's the way.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
Yeah, beautifully said.
My goodness, there's so much inwhat you just said and I just
want to highlight a couplethings that are really deeply
resonating when it comes toleadership.
One is this connection betweenboundaries and burnout.
I so appreciate that you namedno as a power word, and I think

(40:58):
back to all of those moments ofindecisiveness where I was doing
exactly what you described.
I was spending so much mentalenergy running different
scenarios and worrying andfeeling anxious.
Is this person going to be mad?
I should do this, I have anobligation to do this, they're
paying me, so I have to do this.
I would literally feel like Ididn't have a choice.

(41:19):
Sometimes I was taking away myown power and my own ability to
actually consent to differentwork projects, which is maybe a
bold statement.
But that correlation betweenour ability to know ourselves so
deeply that we know what is analignment for us and then having
the reverence for ourselves andthe honoring and the valuation

(41:42):
of ourselves to then set theboundaries and say no I can see
how connected that actually iswith preventing burnout, which
is something we talk a lot abouton the podcast and in this
community of regenerativeleaders, because a lot of us are
recovering people pleasers whohave come from experiences of

(42:06):
burnout or toxic work culture indifferent corporate settings,
and what you're describing to mealso feels like a pathway to
confidence and really buildingtrust and safety in ourselves,
which is amazing.
So I guess I want to get intosome topics around that

(42:26):
preventing burnout piece and theself care, because I know that
we've talked a lot about this aswell, of uncovering those
patterns or those traits.
From working with you, I knowthat I need to step away
sometimes and have myintroverted time to regenerate,
to integrate.
It's not actually a fit for meas a leader to always be on, to

(42:50):
always be social, and sincediscovering that at deeper
levels through working together,I'm now able to give myself
permission to step back and Iknow that this is actually a
self care practice.
This is a form of, I think, what you often call emotional
mastery, which I absolutely love.

(43:12):
So I'd love to go there.
Next, I'd love to hear if youhave insights to share around
self care and emotional masteryOf course.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
Yes, thank you for bringing that up, because it's
so important, and I woulddefinitely add here also the
super important component ofself because, every act of self
care is an act of self love, andour ability to connect with the
world, to love and be loved byothers, is a direct byproduct,

(43:40):
result and projection of theability to love ourselves.
And if we subject ourselves tothis absolutely crazy lifestyle
where we find time and energyfor everything but our own well
being, sooner or later theburnout will sour everything

(44:02):
else, and even the things we'reable to achieve wouldn't bring
us the satisfaction andfulfillment, simply because this
kind of exhaustion takes awayour own joy and ability to
celebrate what we're able toaccomplish.
So it's interesting, though, because, honestly, if we Google
self care, it's all the same.

(44:23):
Meditate.
Take a look at yoga.
Okay, we know that cup of tea,but the solution of the problems
is not always at the bottom ofthe cup of tea, although it's
great, I realized that chartscan help us a lot as well with
that too, because astrology isvery much based on the
correspondence of between thefour so called proto elements

(44:50):
being water, air, fire and earthwhich represent so many
different connections with thenatural world, but also with
psychology.
Even the different typologythat you use connects with those
four elements.
So we have types of peoplebased on the energy signature of

(45:11):
the chart, and that is easy toidentify.
We just look in what sector ofthe chart, what sign the most
planets are being clustered ormake connections with, so that
would immediately tell me whatkind of energy is driving that
person.
And to make things very easy andsimple to understand, someone
with a lot of fire in theirchart, that means an emphasis on

(45:35):
Aries, leo or Sagittarius, ifthis person has different
planets.
They tell a person like that torelax by going to bed and they
will just stop listening to itbecause that person needs an
active way of relaxing, if youwant.
So for that person, some kindof activity that involves fun in

(45:56):
a party and movement anddancing, if you want, is what
will bring their energy levelsback, whereas someone with more
earth energy, they will needmore sensual pleasures,
something that they love to havea taste of a good piece of
dessert or a glass of wine, their favorite music, candles,
etc.
That has a lot more relaxingway and allows them to

(46:22):
disconnect from everything else.
And then, of course, we haveair, which requires intellectual
kind of stimulation.
But also a good conversationwould have a lot better effect
than just doing any other kindof meditation or therapy, and
this is how the dynamic of thechart sets the tone for the

(46:42):
conversation.
That makes it a lot morerelevant and adequate, because,
based on the client I'm talkingto, I cannot go into just any
kind of recommendation based onyou know what everyone else
talks about.
I would use a moreindividualized and personalized
approach based on the energiesthat I find in the chart, and

(47:02):
that also goes for everythingthat we do together.
Some people want things to gofaster and others need more time
.
That includes not just mepresenting the steps and the
strategies behind how we'regoing to approach an issue, but
also how they're going toprocess it and work with it.
So that's why just looking atthis energy signature is already

(47:27):
so helpful, because it removesthe barriers of something that
might not be relevant to thatperson.
And talking about all thesethings that bring us to a point
of total exhaustion, especiallypeople pleasing again, that's
such a big thing, but, in thewords of you, we don't as much
solve our problems as we outgrowthem.

(47:48):
Bringing awareness to what itmeans to please others might be
that magic ingredient whichbrings the awareness that is
actually not necessary, and whatused to be a problem up until
yesterday could disappear if wechoose to adopt a different
attitude towards the whole thing, the whole dynamic, the reasons

(48:11):
, the why, right?
So you and I, we talked a lotabout this like what is the why
that brings us to do anything inlife, right, including our
motivation to please others?
So we reverse, engineer theactions we take with the motives
of what we're hoping toaccomplish and to achieve.

(48:32):
And let me tell you, a lot ofpeople pleasing tends to be
transactional, okay, so peoplewould do certain things in the
hope that they will receivesomething in return, and that
already makes it inauthentic.
So when look at this from thatperspective, it loses its
meaning, right?
And that makes it a lot moreeasier to be shifted and to be

(48:55):
brought to a different way of amatter altogether, to stop being
a problem ultimately, right, because we talk about shifting,
et cetera.
What would be also good to talka bit about, if you think
that's of interest, to talk abit about change.

Speaker 1 (49:11):
Yeah, I would love that, I think.
Yeah, just wanting to reflect acouple things back.
One the phrase energy signature, energetic signature, really
stood out to me, and the reasonit stood out was because, in
what you're saying, I'm reallyhearing how the as we discover

(49:32):
our own energetic signature, there's a celebration of the
uniqueness that is each of us.
At the same time, if we try topresent as or portray ourselves
as a different energeticsignature than we are, we're
missing the opportunity to be inour full authenticity, to be in
our full expression.

(49:52):
So something just clicked for mein the way that you said that,
where I thought, ah,authenticity and full expression
is dependent on me knowing whatmy energetic signature even is,
but then having the confidence, the trust, the understanding of
I get to be in that uniqueenergetic signature and that

(50:15):
unique expression of my giftsand at the same time, everyone
else gets to do this, and what aworld it would be.
And so I was also reallyfeeling and I felt almost
emotional about it of thesensational diversity that we
have available to us when peopleare coming from their

(50:36):
authenticity.
And I know that this is acommon metaphor or analogy that
people use, but I just wasreally seeing the metaphor of
music and being in a chorus withone another, where each one of
us has this unique note thatwhen we're in harmony and we're
really buzzing from those gifts, like we get to be a part of the

(50:58):
universe, right Like the chorusthat is our humanity.

Speaker 2 (51:02):
I love the resonance and harmony, like you said, and
that brings something to mind.
Authenticity is actually theway to develop emotional mastery
, naturally, because if we areauthentic, there is so much that
goes away, which causes troubleand creates tension and stress.

(51:24):
So then, if we feel that we'rereally into our own power and
confidence, we stop beingdependent on to an extreme level
on other people's opinions andwe feel that freedom of being
ourselves, of course, byfollowing everything that is
required for us to be a pleasantmember of society I'm not

(51:45):
talking about extreme cases whenpeople are weird, but just to
do what we do brings that senseof inner happiness which
radiates and shows, and then westop being judgmental, we are a
lot more tolerant, we accept.
There is no jealousy, there isno blame game, there is no guilt
, and even if there is somethingthat needs to be resolved, it's

(52:07):
done in a very different way, because an emotionally
intelligent person wouldn't usealways and never all the time.
These are actually twocategories of words that
represent concepts which arevery damaging when it comes to
growth and evolution, becausethey have this idea of something
static in them.
Imagine a couple like partnersarguing and then one of them

(52:30):
starts with you always or younever.
So that means OK, I alreadylabeled you, named you, as
someone who has a zero chance tochange or evolve.
That's how I see it.
And that sends such a wrongmessage and even if the person
doesn't realize why it creates areally violent reaction of

(52:52):
anger being sent back.
Oh, so you call me that?
You think that I always or Inever.
So see how wrong it is.
And that comes from anotherhurt within that person who
sends those words out.
That's their own unsolvedproblems that are speaking here.
But the lack of emotionalintelligence creates this tone
of a conversation which leadsnowhere, only to further

(53:15):
antagonism.
So bringing that to leadershipthinking of categories always
and never should only be appliedif we add always as a
quantifier to an effort to dosomething new.
Ok, like I'm always ready tolearn.
Ok, but not to say I'm alwaysdoing this thing and nothing

(53:37):
more right, or I never apply anapproach different from the one
that I'm used to from 20 yearsago.
So that's the differencebetween the static and the
dynamic use of those categories.
But emotional mystery isextremely important, also
because we are very much drivenby our emotions and we can

(54:02):
control the mind.
Maybe we can work on somemental discipline a lot easier
than when it comes to feelingsand emotions, because they
happen to be connected to adifferent aspect than part of
our psyche and there areinstincts involved and there are
a lot more there which is muchharder to control.
So learning how to work withour emotions is that we take

(54:28):
into account when we look at theposition of the moon in the
birth chart.
So the moon is that archetypalenergy which reflects the
personal unconscious.
This is where things arehappening within the psyche that
are not directly being theresult of a mental, cerebral and
logical approach.
They are wild and instinctual, just like the moon.

(54:49):
But it's also our capacity forlove, care and nurture our
memory, our sense of belonging, our need for emotional security
and the type of relationship wehad or have with the mother,
another figure in our life, andwhat kind of mother we are in
our own parental role.

(55:10):
So there is plenty to see therejust by exploring that
archetype.
And naturally, when there is anegative aspect between the moon
in the birth chart and, let'ssay, saturn, that immediately
tells me that this person hasdifficulties with the processing
of their own feelings andemotions and their adequate
expression, because Saturnrepresents limits, things that

(55:34):
are frozen, that are stuck, thatare not done the easy ways.
So Saturn can build walls, literally, because Saturn rules
the element of stone and rock onthe material plane.
So Saturn can build that wallaround the soft core of the
emotional self and can makereally hard the job of learning

(55:54):
how to express ourselvesemotionally.
So for some people this isprotection, because they don't
want to be perceived asvulnerable.
But over time it becomes alimitation to relate to another
human being because it literallycastrates and that's another
Saturnian word, but that'smythology our own ability to

(56:16):
fully connect, identify andultimately enjoy our emotions.
So that's why that mastery isso important and a lot can be
done working with the chart and,of course, in connection with
the individual person and story, because in astrology nothing
functions in isolation.
So it's important to take intoaccount all these different

(56:37):
factors.
But again, to connect that toleadership here is absolutely
vital to understand the role ofthe ability to observe not just
ourselves but everything aroundus.
And once we do that exerciseobserving and exploring our own

(56:58):
inner world every time we needto deal with other people, and
that's the thing aboutleadership.
On the one hand, the leader mustbe someone that others look up
to, because he presentsexceptional qualities that give
this wave of trust and desire tofollow that person, because

(57:22):
they know what they're doing andthey have all these qualities
At the same time.
This person needs to also act ina way that shows others that
he's one of them, that he's notsome kind of God put on a
pedestal.
So the integration of thesequalities and the navigation of
this environment where someoneneeds to stand out and at the

(57:43):
same time, be part of that grouphe's working with, is a really
great mastery that requires hugelevel of self-awareness.
It's impossible to do that andto be effective understanding
others where they come from, understand their potential,
their genius, their weakness, what makes them tick, if we

(58:06):
didn't do that exercise forourselves first, and to do that
exercise in an effective, uniqueand personalized way.
Using the word chart as ablueprint, I refer to it as
power map, treasure map, leadingus to our own personal wealth
and treasure.
And so map, if you want, is theway to take advantage of all

(58:29):
this potential reveal there, wow, wow wow, wow.

Speaker 1 (58:35):
Yeah, I love what you said there about just the
inner-ness of all of this, thatwe can't look at anything in
isolation, and I think, as aprinciple, that's so helpful in
other areas of life too.
And I know that one takeawaythat I've had from looking at
the birth chart is also theintegration or the synthesis of

(58:56):
seemingly opposites, so thetensions or the polarities that
we might find within ourselves,if we can identify them and work
with the seemingly fragmentedparts of ourselves.
the sun and the moon, themasculine, the feminine, the
insert two opposites here, andintegrate, that we can become

(59:16):
more whole as we move throughlife in this self-aware way that
allows us to be receptive, aware, sentient, attuned to our
ever-evolving context.
And I definitely want to getback to what you had said
earlier about change as well, because I think in its full

(59:37):
circle in the conversation, right like we talked about the
birth chart, is that's asnapshot of where everything sat
and how the energies lookedwhen you were born.
But we live in a dynamicuniverse.
Leaders today are facing anincredibly rapid rate of change
and the biggest levels ofcomplexity, uncertainty.
There's so much happening, fromclimate to political unrest,

(01:00:01):
and so to be self-aware, but toalso know how to move through
change and to adapt to ourcontext, I really believe that
astroastrology, astro psychology, can help us with this to find
the unique strategies that arespecifically right for us or
that we are really designed for.

(01:00:22):
So I'd love to maybe end withthis question around how can
using astro psychology supportus to navigate change as leaders
and big transitions, becauseinevitably we'll have many big
transitions in life.

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Love that topic.
I'll do my best to present thatas briefly as possible because,
again, each of this topics, honestly, I think we can do a
separate talk about each of them.
They're so vast.
But just a very quick noteabout what you said earlier,
because you said it sobeautifully.
Jung talks about one of thebiggest challenges in life is to

(01:00:59):
learn to hold the tension ofopposites.
And you just said it because weare that mix of polarities.
Every time we decide toidentify only with one end of
the spectrum, we are leavingsomething else behind which
creates this balance.
That's why this wholeness, thisintegration, is so important
About change we all know thatchange is actually an integral

(01:01:21):
part of life and we'reconstantly in a process of
change.
In fact, the very firstexperiences humans we go through
is change.
We leave the warm, safeenvironment of the mother's womb
to get into this cold andunknown world.
Right, and that's not an easything to do.
But then everything else thathappens later to us.

(01:01:42):
For some reason, although it'scycles, road shifts, seasons in
nature, we see change all thetime.
Yet a lot of people arereluctant to accept change and
to deal with it, and one reasonfor that could be the fact that
when we're driven by the ego, which is connected to our

(01:02:03):
mechanisms of survival, the egolikes predictability.
The ego is that part ofourselves, nothing bad about it.
It's a very necessary tosurvive, a part of the psyche,
but it's just how it operates.
It wants to know when and howand what has this sense of
beginning and end and safety.
So that's why, when somethinghappens that is different from

(01:02:25):
what we already know, it'sperceived as possible threat or,
at the very least, source ofstress and tension, because we
don't know what that is.
Yet the inner self is very muchaware that these things don't
matter and in terms of somethingdangerous and to be afraid of.
On the contrary, the selfembraces the opportunity to

(01:02:47):
change, because change servesthe evolutionary purpose of our
soul path and the reason to behere.
So if everything stayed thesame, what do we have?
Stagnation, no progress, nolife.
Ultimately, everything stopsand we end up in a black hole.
We need change to keep usmoving and going.

(01:03:08):
But if we had to talk aboutchange in two big categories,
I'd say one is the change thatwe initiate and we make happen
based on our own conscious willand decisions, and the other
changes are the ones that cometo us without being necessarily
invited and we don't havecontrol over them.

(01:03:31):
And that includes the midlifecrisis changes when a lot of
people face this moment, whenthey realize that, oh, half of
the party is over and now I'mgoing through so many other
changes which are physiological, social, psychological, etc.
But also those other changes, like you said, are the bigger

(01:03:51):
scale.
With the world around us andeverything that is happening
every day in the structure ofeconomy, business, technology,
it's so hard to keep up with, right.
So, regardless of whether westart the change or the change
just happened to us, there issomething very important to
understand here, and that is thedifference between change and

(01:04:15):
transition.
People tend to get confused andthink about that this is one and
the same.
It's not so.
Change is a different realitythat we face when we have to
deal with something new, allright.
So that is the change.
The adaptation, the process oflearning how to live with that

(01:04:39):
different reality is thetransition.
Therefore, change issituational, transition is
psychological.
The way we adapt to that newsituation is the transition.
In the words of this greatwriter, william Bridges, if we
don't transition rightfully andwe don't adapt psychologically

(01:05:02):
in an adequate way to a change,it won't be just moving the
furniture, but it won't be a newhouse.
So we need to reallyconsciously adapt to a new
situation without too muchresistance, because this will
only create problems for us.
The change itself will still bethere, but how much we adapt to

(01:05:25):
it.
And this is where, looking atthe bird chart, we can find some
insight on how to facilitatethat process.
Because, let me tell you, change comes naturally for some
people than for others.
There are certain factors inthe chart.
For example, the sign oftourists is a sign that likes
things to be predictable, to besteady, slow, to stay the same,

(01:05:47):
to uphold the status quo, because a tourist is very much
about acquiring and keepingpossessions and because
astrology has that inner logicof every sign, presents
qualities that are totally atthe other end of the spectrum
compared to the preceding sign.
So, if we look at this from ahistorical and human development
perspective, aries is the signof adventure.

(01:06:10):
So there were times in humanhistory when people would go in
groups or as tribes to fightwith each other for territory,
but the minute they planned theflag, this is there.
So this comes at that momentthe energy of tourists comes
because now we have a territory,we have a land to farm, we have
a house to preserve, so we stoprunning around, we settle, and

(01:06:34):
when we settle, we want thingsto stay safe and secure.
So when I see a bird chart of aclient who has a lot of emphasis
on tourists, they usually cometo me with oh so much has
changed and it's causing me somuch stress.
And I know that here it's notthat it's impossible to adapt.
The perception of thetransition process comes in easy

(01:06:57):
.
And then the key here is tofind various other qualities and
adaptive mechanisms in thechart for that person.
By guiding them through variousexamples, I usually prompt
people to think about somethingsimilar that they did in the
past where they were successful,to focus on the positive

(01:07:19):
outcomes of that change, to useany kind of help and support and
to open their horizonperception for all the positive
outcomes with that change.
But that requires a little bitof vision, which might lack as a
natural ability if we don'twork with the energy already in

(01:07:40):
the chart.
Yeah, that's why for leadershipis extremely important to be
flexible, to be quick to adaptto transition and to embrace
change.
But what would be reallyhelpful is based on the nature
of the change, of course, toagain consult the chart and see

(01:08:00):
why this change might bedifficult to accept.
What is it triggering?
Maybe someone healed wound.
Maybe it's a reminder ofsomething that we don't like to
face about ourselves.
Maybe we refuse for way toolong to break that negative
cycle of doing the same thingover and over about a specific
aspect of life or work.
So change comes, and this isusually with the energy of Pluto

(01:08:24):
and Saturn.
They don't take no for ananswer.
So yeah, so do it.
Okay, that is like a steptowards our own growth, which
might not be pleasant, but, whenperceived as an evolutionary
experience, makes a lot moresense than just the regular
struggle.

Speaker 1 (01:08:42):
Yeah, wow said said.
I'm just blown away by thedistinction between change and
transition there and the role ofthe psyche in how we navigate
change as well.
And having awareness of thatand I'm just imagining I can
almost feel the listeners andthe excitement that I imagine

(01:09:04):
they have at this point to getin there and look at their own
charts and to investigate.
It's quite a ride.

Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
And, by the way, if I may just very quickly bring an
example, which always is when Ithink about this, is so
fascinating.
There was this case of like anexperiment of interviewing
siblings about their own change, and there was an effort between
neuro linguists and astrologerstoo.
So what happened was that thesethree siblings three children

(01:09:36):
raised in the same family wherethe father, due to his job, has
to had to move a lot every sixmonths or a year the accounts
they gave of their childhoodamazing.
So the child with a lot ofcancer in their birth chart said
that he hated his childhoodbecause he couldn't grow roots
anywhere and he had to gothrough different places just

(01:09:58):
after making friends and havingtheir own room with things that
they love and know where theyare, whereas the other sibling,
the other child with strongSagittarius, said I love my
childhood, I got to make friendsin all over the country because
it was an adventure.
We moved and it was fun.
And there was a lot more otherexamples here.
I'm just saying that same story, same family, same experiences,

(01:10:23):
yet very differently processedby two children at the time
which faced the circumstances, and they meant very different
results to them psychologically.

Speaker 1 (01:10:36):
So see how important this could be to examine that
from the perspective of thebirth chart and how, when big
change is happening in anorganization, I can imagine,
similar to the siblings, everymember of the team is going to
have a very different perceptionand a unique set of needs that
are born from their particularchart, makeup and so to I guess

(01:10:59):
it comes back to that diversityor that uniqueness a little bit.
But knowing if we have thisawareness of ourselves, we can
then communicate that with ourteammates so we can say, in the
face of change, I'm someone whoreally needs to process solo and
step away and take a breathbefore I come back to the next
step or whatever it might be.
And if we can have thatawareness of one another, I also

(01:11:23):
believe that a different levelof care becomes possible in the
culture of workplaces, and so Iactually get really excited
about that example that you justgave, where, if self awareness
can also become group awareness, now we're really learning how
to take care of each other, notjust ourselves.

Speaker 2 (01:11:42):
Yes, and from a much more authentic perspective again
, because everyone's uniquenessis taken into account.
But then we know when theapproach or the response is
different, it's not because thatperson does it to block things,
it's because their ownindividual perception of that
situation makes them maybe alittle self guarded, a little

(01:12:03):
defensive.
But understanding that bringsthe solutions automatically, and
then it doesn't have to be anykind of struggle or a bitter
atmosphere where it's impossibleto collaborate and to work
together smoothly.
Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 1 (01:12:19):
Wow, angelica.
This has just been the time hasflown, because there has just
been so much depth in everythingthat you're saying.
You're right, we could divemore into each one of these
topics, but I want to give youthe final word here.
If there's just anything elseyou want to leave listeners with
, but also if people are reallyeager to look at their birth

(01:12:41):
chart with you and dive into theworld of astro-psychology,
where can they find you and howcan they work with you?

Speaker 2 (01:12:48):
Thank you for that.
I have a website which I guessyou'll share with the listeners
in case they're interested tolearn more about my work, and
the most effective way in formatI use to work with my clients
is a three month program whichbrings together all these
different modalities.
We talked about, of course, theastrological analysis from a

(01:13:10):
psychological perspective, butalso counseling, guided inner
work and the therapeuticapproach, and so all that
together proves to be veryeffective when it comes to
understanding the currentsituation and mapping out
strategies which are tailoredindividually for that person's

(01:13:30):
needs, so they can start seeingpossibilities and ways to
resolve chronic issues andultimately introduce positive
changes in their lives.
So if people are interested, they can research psychological
astrology online and then lookat my website, of course, and
see what other people I workwith are saying.

(01:13:52):
Although even your testimonialalone here, with everything you
shared again, thank you so muchsays a lot, I hope people would
feel inspired to learn moreabout this.
I do offer a discovery call, asthat's typically done, but it's
a 30 minute free meeting wherewe can meet, connect and talk

(01:14:13):
about what the person needs andhow I can possibly help explore
options to work together.
It's totally without anyobligation to take any action.
It's just to see if we're goodfit to work together, but I'm
always happy to meet with newpeople who are interested and
are seekers of self-knowledgeand self-discovery, because I

(01:14:37):
believe my methodology is reallyeffective with that and I can't
wait to hear feedback and seehow else we can help your
audience.
Hopefully it was valuable and Iwant to thank you again for
that opportunity, because I feelso connected to you as a person
, as a client, as an amazingleader and entrepreneur, and I'm

(01:15:01):
really honored to be part ofyour journey.
So let's hope this was thefirst, but it won't be the last
opportunity for us to connectwith your audience, and thank
you again.
Stay inspired is what I'msaying.
Love yourself, love life, lovethe world and they will love you
back.
Thank you, thank you, angelica, thank you.
