We've been living a little outof sync with our joy this last
five or six months and for some,maybe five or six years, but

but I really think that thisreview period that has been 2025
has felt like a cosmic shockbecause we've we've just we've
had every single planet changestation.
That's never going to happen tous again In our lifetime.
Are we going to have anythingquite so intense Now?

Everything isn't where it'sgoing to be yet.
We're still going to have somereview periods.
This is going to really settleout by the middle of 2026, but
we're in it right now.
But instead of thinking of thatas the problem, think of this as

the solution.
Think of I am being activated.
I am here for a reason and someof you have known you came here
for a reason.
This is that time to rememberand, like I said, this is the
kind of things we're going to bedoing.

to really be all the way intothe age of Aquarius.
But here is the embodiment ofthe person you are and the
person you're becoming and totake the power of.

If there's shadow clearing youneed to do, this is a great week
to do it.
If you are looking to align toyour light body and your Merkaba
or do a healing on a spirituallevel, this is the week to do it

If you are looking to activateyour pineal gland or your your

DNA strands, this is the week todo it.
If you're wanting to get intocoherence and you've been
working with your heart, this isthe week to do it.
I can't express enough how themuse is alive and breathing and
ready to bring in all the coding.

But to do that, I want toinvite you to be grounded.
Connect to the heartbeat of theearth, connect to the Schumann
resonance.
Breathe.
There is nothing more powerfulthan your breath in this time
frame.
Breathe, remember that theabundance is there for you.

If you can see a tree, you cansee how many leaves, and try and
count them.
You can't.
So instead of trying to countthe leaves, try and count your
abundance, your gratitude, thethings that have already been
created for you and you can'tcount that either All the things

that are abundant in your life,all the things you've ever done
, they're all accessible to you.
And to remember how powerfulyou are and to remember that you
are showered in that abundance,to remember that you're
actually creating from theoverflow.
This is an overflow time frame.

There's nothing more gregarious, there's nothing more expansive

This is a time to open up yourvessel, to be more receiving, to
be the chalice, to open up formore light, to open up for more
love, to then share moregratitude, share more love.
And then you create thissynergy of I receive and then I

give.
I give love, I receive love.
I am open to both giving andreceiving.
It is safe and I am worthy andI'm deserving and I'm enough to
receive everything and anything.
And you're speaking and writingand visualizing and aligning to

becoming the one, and there'smany ways to do this.

But it is a frequency ofbecoming, a frequency of

anchor the light, to anchor thelove to anchor the reality of
the timeline, the quantum jump.

There's literally no bettertime than right now for quantum
leaping, miracle healings,miracle manifestations.
You just have to stay in theknowing of it, the honoring of
it, because the moment you losethe frequency, the moment you

lose that certainty, then you'reback to the old reality.
So you just recalibrate andstay coherent.
You surround yourself with thethings that are going to support

this journey and it is ajourney.
Right now, we just want tocapitalize on this week.

So you're invoking up until the9th, you're releasing.
From the 9th to the 11th.
You are creating, you'realigning, you're being.
I am that, I am, that I am thatI am, and so it is.

That's the energy here, and ifthat feels true for you, then
hold your own.
If it feels a little bit harder, then let go.
Release control, release theold reality, release the old

doubts, and you can do that.
I love a good phoenix fireritual where you're burning away
, letting go and releasingsomething.
This is a great week for that.
It's a great week to domeditations connecting to the
earth and connecting to the sky.
It's a great week to do anykind of group ritual, deep

meditation, and also with that,leo, cancer.
We're talking fire and water,so cleansing baths, spiritual
showers, spiritual spray,misters, and of course, for me,
the Cancer energy says anointing.

There's nothing that saysanointing better than Cancer in
Leo, where we're sparking thefire within us with the
anointing of essential oils.
But it's also a great day forcandle magic, crystal grids and,
because there is so much goingon, it's a great time to charge

your crystals under the fullmoon or create moon water.
Just a wonderful weekend forall of that.
Um, in one perfect word todescribe this lions gate.

Lionsgate is the word create,and if I just had to sum it all
up, I would just say what areyou creating and how do you hold
the frequency of gratitude forthat which you are becoming,
that which already is and thatwhich is still to come?

So be in the gratitude of allthat you have and all that is
still to arrive, but know itfrom a place of certainty, know
it from a place ofopenheartedness, know it from a
place of your mind's eye, yourpineal gland, your heart, your
coherence and, of course, stillconnected to the earth, so that

creates a figure eight yourmind's eye, your heart and your
root chakra.
You can literally do that as anenergetic eight.
Um and so, with all of that, Iinvite you to keep your
vibration in the spirit.
Of this is my desire, this iswho I'm becoming, this is what I

want, and if it is somethingthat is out of alignment, this
is what I release, this is whatI let go of and just continue to
recalibrate this week.
And if you need to take sometime to yourself, do that, but
really keep your vibration ashigh as you possibly can.

bringing you down, make sureyou do the cleansing, make sure
you do the cord cutting, makesure you let go so that you can
rise back up, because this isthe perfect time the Phoenix to
