What does it mean to truly embody a virtue, rather than simply aspire to it? In this illuminating conversation, Magical Michelle welcomes Theta Healing instructor and author Felicia Crawford to discuss her transformative new book, "The Virtues of Divinity: Awaken the SuperSoul."

Felicia reveals how ten years after her first book "Uncommon Faith," she's distilled a decade of healing wisdom into 44 essential virtues that form the backbone of personal transformation. She explains her powerful four-step process—awareness, examination, transformation, and embodiment—that takes us from recognizing virtues to actually becoming them. As she eloquently puts it, "You don't try to be happy, you are happiness."

The conversation delves into how virtues operate as a "light language" carrying spiritual power, enabling healers to manifest faster and work more effectively with universal laws. Felicia's unique "Super Soul" concept draws a compelling parallel to superhero mythology, suggesting that embracing our virtues is like Superman removing his glasses—revealing our true, powerful nature that was always there.

Most remarkably, Felicia shares how anyone can begin working consciously with virtues through her accompanying card deck, offering daily inspiration and practice opportunities. Her practical wisdom about confidence, patience, and acceptance provides immediate value whether you're a seasoned healer or simply seeking personal growth. This discussion isn't just about spiritual concepts—it's a roadmap for embodying your highest potential and discovering the superhero within.

Ready to explore your own divine virtues? Grab a signed copy of Felicia's book and card deck at therapyforthesoul.org and join the growing community of readers awakening their Super Soul.

Magical Michelle Orwick (00:19):
Welcome to Living Magically.
I'm your host, Magical Michelle.
Living Magically I'm your host,Magical Michelle, and today I
have with me one of my favoriteTheta Healing instructor friends
.
We've known each other eightyears or more.
She does Theta Healing, Reiki, works with angels.
She's this powerhouse of awoman, and just recently I found

(00:44):
out that she had a book thatwas on its 10th anniversary and
it's called Uncommon FaithTransform the Past and Be Free,
and I just finished reading itand I can't say enough wonderful
things about it.
But, more importantly, the daythis video is coming out, we are

(01:04):
premiering a brand new book.
So I'd like to introduce you toFelicia and have her tell you
about the new book.

Felicia Crawford (01:13):
Hi guys.
So I'm really happy to be here.
Michelle and I we've workedtogether a long time.
When I met Michelle, I wasdeepening my studies in Theta
Healing and she's always been agreat inspiration.
I feel like where she is at nowis where I want to go, so I
love being in a place to workwith you and be able to touch
your audience as well.

(01:33):
So yeah, uncommon Faith was 10years ago.
That was a culmination of thattime, of where I was working
with yoga and Reiki and Buddhismon my own path of healing, and
that book explores the role ofwhat I came to know as uncommon
faith, and in that book it talksabout how there is faith, which

(01:56):
sometimes we get messages andwe sort of know what we need to
do, but uncommon faith is whenyou actually do the thing.

Magical Michelle Orwick (02:04):
And that's the thing, right, we all
are are downloaded with these, these inspirations, but what do
you do with them and how do youact on them?

Felicia Crawford (02:13):
and and I love that every chapter has an apply
, the lesson section, which Ithought was really cool- yeah, I
love that because I wasmeditating and that's where the
angels have always been veryhelpful and I work with them
because I was like, how do I tiethis all together?
And that was what they hadshown me was.
You know, bringing in some ineach chapter is like

(02:36):
testimonials from people I wasworking with and then the
lessons.
So even on Spotify, you can goon Spotify and those meditations
are on live there.
So the ones at the end of eachchapter, you could go and listen
to me guide you through themtoo.

Magical Michelle Orwick (02:53):
So my favorite is getting in touch
with the heart, and she asks youto breathe in faith, breathe in
peace, breathe out faith, breathe in hope, breathe out
faith, breathe in understanding, breathe out faith, breathe in

(03:17):
courage, breathe in faith.
And and it's just so potentright now because I've been
working on creating a compassioncircle and and so it's just so
time appropriate right now, butI'd love to hear what I'm, what
I'm getting into when I get mynew book on yes, Is it the 11th?

(03:39):
Yes, on the 11th.
So is it the 11th?

Felicia Crawford (03:42):
Yes, on the 11th.
So it's funny, as you werereading that, I realized how
interconnected things are, because so much of this book and
this book is called the Virtuesof Divinity awakened the super
soul.
So this book is kind of 10years later Now.

(04:02):
My main work is in ThetaHealing, and in Theta Healing
what I always love about it isthis and I teach this is if
you're going to do a healing, doa complete healing, get to
something, know where you startand complete that.
That doesn't mean you completedeverything about it, but make
that time really valuable.

(04:24):
And so with Theta Healing, it'sso much about lessons learned,
virtues obtained, and so virtuesin the last 10 years because
that's been my main focus isworking toward my master's in
Theta Healing.
So that's where I work withpeople, my students, and I see
people just like moving throughthings so quickly, and that's

(04:45):
the understanding of virtues.
So the virtues go all the wayback to Stoicism, and I've
always loved Aristotle and he'sone of the main quotes in this
book is like we are what werepeatedly do.
Excellence, therefore, is notan act but a habit, and that has
always been one of my favoritequotes.
So the virtues of divinity arewhere I was guided to write

(05:10):
about 44 different virtues.
So anything from I've got and Iactually created a beautiful
little card deck that goes withthe book.
Oh wow, 44, 44 cards, so you cango right, there's a virtue on
happiness and it says there's noway to happiness, happiness is

(05:32):
the way.
So then I was sat and I wentinto conscious writing and I
channeled what they wanted me towrite around happiness.
I did some just likeunhappiness.
I really explored the scienceof a smile.
So it talks a lot in thereabout how these sort of

(05:53):
principles become not whatyou're trying to do but what you
embody.
So in the beginning of the bookit leads with four principles
which are to awaken means firstyou got to like know that you
want to look at happiness.
You need to start exploring it,which leads you to naturally to
the second, which isexamination.

(06:13):
So in that, start looking atand questioning things in your
life and then goes intotransformation, which means
start doing something about it.
And then the fourth principleis embodiment, which means now
you don't try to be happy, youare happiness.
And that would be in realm ofhealing, that you have healed to

(06:33):
the point that you have thevirtue of happiness.
So when people have a virtue ofhappiness, they're just happy.
I feel like you definitely havethe virtue of happiness,
michelle, right.

Magical Michelle Orwick (06:44):
I sure try.
My mother and I used to have asaying and it wasn't until Theta
Healing that I had to changethis.
But I used to say with my momwe both had this thing where we
said patience is a virtue, it'sjust not our virtue.
And when I recognize that inTheta Healing is that every time
I said that I would reaffirmreasons to learn patience.

Felicia Crawford (07:07):
Right.

Magical Michelle Orwick (07:08):
You know.
And so now I say you know, Icall upon the power of the
virtue of patience to embody it.
So when I'm feeling impatientor something, I need to embody
the virtue versus like push itaway.

Felicia Crawford (07:27):
Yeah, and I love it, even when you're saying
that you're pulling it intoyourself.
So I feel like for myself andwhat I've learned with all of
the healing and this book reallyis the culmination of me as the
, as the healer and the teacherwhat I've learned by working
with people a lot of the virtueswould come up naturally during
the week when I had a client andthey would end on this virtue

(07:49):
with this great like awareness, and I'd be like, oh my God,
that's one too, because patiencein there and the tagline on
that one is haste makes waste.
So the faster you go right andyou get hasty, you're actually
wasting time.
So the virtue really talksabout the principles of like
slowing down.
How to do that, you know, andthen how important that would be

(08:10):
, and then how important thatwould be.
And then the underlying current, which is the funny kind of
like, came through.
Is this how we are, all theselike superheroes, right?
And I had the creator showed methat how to bring in.
I said, what's a cute littleundercurrent I could put in this
?
And I had a dream about likeSuperman and I jokingly call my
husband Superman and it's athing.

(08:31):
So this whole premise of thesuper soul came through and the
super soul is the best part ofus, Like when we are in the
embodiment of patience and theembodiment of happiness, and how
it's just this natural way tobe the best you, without even
trying, without even trying.

(08:55):
So there's this underlyingcomponent of really what does it
mean when, like Superman, finally stops trying to hide
behind his glasses and he goes?
I am amazing, I am powerful, Iam courageous.

Magical Michelle Orwick (09:05):
So it's accepting your defined gifts,
right.
And embodying your owning yourvirtue, and I love this.
I'm'm gonna take off my glassesright now and embody that like
and walk around like.

Felicia Crawford (09:19):
You know that if you had underneath here that
your super soul, what would thatlook like, what would that feel
like, and what virtues do youhave that are your strongest?
And you could consciously workon them too, if you didn't even
know that courage was a virtue, and suddenly you go, that's a
virtue that you can be, and thenyou start working with it.

(09:43):
So even on the back of each ofthe cards it puts the four
principles, so you can look atthose and that's mirrored in the
book, and then you could justplay with it during the day.
That way you could go back tothe book and read a little bit,
and so I really wrote it in thisstream of consciousness so you
could open it up almost in anyplace and read a line or two,

(10:03):
and it would just really could.
That could be enough.

Magical Michelle Orwick (10:05):
This is totally going in my bathroom.
So anybody who knows me knows Ihave bathroom cards.
We call it the toilet ofepiphany and it started with a
65, 365 day meditation book fromDiana Ross, which was
meditations a book, and I wouldjust open one up randomly before

(10:27):
I got in the shower.
And then I was like this is alittle bulky for the bathroom,
it'd be better to have cards.
So I put Oracle cards in thebathroom and I was just recently
thinking what new Oracle cardscan I have before I get in the
shower.
So this is definitely going tobe my new bathroom deck.

Felicia Crawford (10:47):
I'm excited for that because they are.
It's meant to be like somethingthat you could just take a
morsel of, because I alsorealized we're all really busy
and you know we have a lot goingon and sometimes it's just
really nice to have some sort ofundercurrent of an intention,
and that's the way I live mylife and I feel like those are
what the virtues are, that todayMine was about being confident,

(11:10):
which means on the front ofthat is be yourself.
Everybody else is taken andwhen you're really confident,
it's like you just are you.
You don't have to worry aboutit, because really nobody else
could be Felicia sitting heretalking to you.
Self-authority.
Self-authority,self-actualization right, yeah,
and as a healer, you know youguys that are theta healers.

(11:31):
My students are taking theseand then downloading themselves
with the virtue.
They've read something about itand now they're bringing it
into their meditations.
Because the virtues, when youstudy them deeply, they're a
light language.
They actually carry spiritualpowers, which is why they would
make you a super soul.

(11:52):
It's why you can start workingwith the laws of the universe
differently.
It's why you can manifestquicker than anyone else.
It's why you get grand ideas, right, michelle, the more
virtues we have, the strongerhealers and we're able to do
things.
That's really what I see ThetaHealing about.

Magical Michelle Orwick (12:09):
When I was taking the first classes of
Theta Healing, I was really deepin a medieval reenactment group
called the SCA.
I still am, but I'm just sayingat that time the medieval times
, chivalry is about embodyingthe virtues.
So for me, I just went throughthis whole list of medieval
virtues and created it and stuckit on my wall at the virtues.

(12:30):
So for me, I just went throughthis whole list of medieval
virtues and created it and stuckit on my wall.
At the time I was just like, okay, this is the.
Temperance is a virtue,chastity is a virtue.

Felicia Crawford (12:41):
And I and sometimes that's the next one
creativity right.

Magical Michelle Orwick (12:47):
And.
I didn't understand them right, like when I understood the law
of humility was not about beinghumble, as acceptance right, the
virtue of acceptance right.
If you don't first acceptsomething you cannot change, it
is the law of humility, and soit was the virtue of acceptance
that I needed to like, trulyembody and learn.

(13:10):
So I am so excited about this.
So tell me, felicia, how can Iand your viewers and the people
that are watching this get ahold of this?

Felicia Crawford (13:23):
Okay, so with the cards and the book, if you
want in on Amazon, because I'mself published, there's just the
book, so you could go to Amazonand you can find it that way.
But if you want in on amazon, because I'm self-published,
there's just the book, so youcould go to amazon and you could
find it that way.
But if you want me to sign itand you want the card deck, go
to therapy for the soulorg andthere I have a banner where you
can click on and take you toordering that and then I can

(13:44):
send it to you wherever and I'lltake.

Magical Michelle Orwick (13:46):
I want the signed one, so that's where
you'd order through the website, where you can get the sign
which I say order through thewebsite because you want the
signed one.

Felicia Crawford (13:51):
That's where you'd order through the website,
where you can get the sign, which I say order through the
website because you want thecard deck, and then I can write
a little magical download thatcomes through.
That's what I've been guided,so I'll just do a download for
you and then you'll get yourbook.
So those are, like I said, ontherapyforthesoulorg and I'm
putting up.
There'll be a banner right onthe homepage that you can just
click to.
That'll take you to the productpage and it's an easy process.

(14:15):
The books will be in my hand alittle bit later in the week, so
it'll take about a week to getthem, which is no big deal.
And you know that's where wecan stay connected and you can
also check out the other things.
You can see the Theta Healingwork, because Michelle and I are
working together more and morewith that as well, and just
there's all kinds of stuff thatwill carry you to fun things.

(14:36):
I even have my YouTube videosand I do angel messages and
things on there too.
So I don't know, I'm justhaving fun with it all.

Magical Michelle Orwick (14:45):
Isn't that the point?
Isn't fun a virtue?
The point isn't that isn't funa virtue, like one of the things
I remember Vianna saying on thevery first time I was in Idaho
Falls.
She said fun is what we're hereto have, fun is what we are
here to embody and do.
It's supposed to be fun.

(15:05):
And she even says and it'sgoing to be funner.
And so I think that this newphase of your experience is
going to be funner.
That's my prediction and I'mvery excited for this
opportunity.
And so if you had one lastimparting gift of wisdom to

(15:29):
bring to us today, to theaudience today, what is the one
thing you want to share today?

Felicia Crawford (15:35):
So I'll share what was on the confidence card
and the challenge on there wasto do one thing towards
something that you wanted tohave in your life.
So today, confidently, pressyourself to step outside your
comfort zone.
Do it with confidence, likeeven just be put on your most

(15:57):
confident self.
Do your hair, do your whatever, wear your right shirt and go
out and step outside thatcomfort zone and start to move
towards what you really want.
Because, you know, even thisbook came as an idea on a napkin
and there was nobody to tell meto do it every day.
But I committed to getting upand writing every morning,

(16:19):
staying in a place of opennessand kept challenging myself to
get help and, you know, not tryto do it all myself.
So if you really want something, you're going to have to press
yourself a little bit, but do itwith confidence and, like
Michelle said, have fun with itRight Like this is.

Magical Michelle Orwick (16:36):
We're here to have joy and fun and
play, and that is definitelyVianna's style, for sure, and
she's such a good inspirationfor us, and I'm grateful she
brought us together because Idon't think without Theta
Healing we would have ever met,and so I'm very grateful to you
and to this work and theembodiment of this work, which

(17:00):
is what I think these books areabout, and so I can't wait to
get my hands on the new one, andI will make sure that we link
that, so if you didn't know howit was spelled or anything,
don't worry, we'll put it in thecomment section, um, and so you
can pick up your own copy ifyou're watching so I can't wait

(17:22):
to put little downloads of lightin them for everybody.

Felicia Crawford (17:24):
So and helping so I've got a.
I've got a goal.
I'm releasing it march 11th.
By April 11th, my goal is tosell 1,111 copies.
Let's help.

Magical Michelle Orw (17:36):
Absolutely , I'm already halfway there.

Felicia Crawford (17:39):
I'm halfway there with pre-orders, so you
guys just keep helping and we'llget it out there, because
that's the angel blessing number.

Magical Michelle Orwick (17:46):
Well, I can see you are blessed by
angels.
1111 is my number.
I'm an 11 life path number andso every time I see 1111, my
mother, when the digital clocksfirst came out, like when I was
a little girl, she would saymake a wish.
And so, every day, twice a day, with no fail, I make a wish,

(18:13):
and so my wish for you is thatyou make your goal with grace
and ease and love and joy.

Felicia Crawford (18:19):
I receive that , thank you.

Magical Michelle Orwick (18:21):
Thank you so much for sharing your
message, your time and thecommitment that you've made to
putting these works that willlive, live on beyond you and
your legacy into into the worldfor us to be inspired by, and
I'll see all of you again nexttime.
This is living magically.

(18:43):
You can catch us on Facebook, youtube and and anywhere you see
your podcasts, and we love youvery much.
Have a great day, livemagically.
