Although, it's supposed to be the "most wonderful time of the year," today's episode dives into the many hardships one may be facing during the holiday season;- grieving the loss of a loved one and/or your pre-cancer life- suffering from strained family relationships- increased or heightened anxiety and depression- juggling being immunocompromised in a world of many viruses- balancing holiday cheer and holiday fear as a thriver- the paranoia of treatment and/or scans falling on the days leading up to Christmas - the financial burden that comes with the many unrealistic high expectations of the "picture perfect" Christmas - and the list goes on and on!
