February is Black History Month!
One of Living Our Breast Lives' New Year's resolutions was to bring more MBC thrivers onto the podcast to not only share their stories and experiences, but to also spread much needed awareness on issues and topics we may not fully understand or be well-versed in.
Join Wren and Cait for this exceptional episode with guest speaker and fellow mTNBC thriver, Deltra James, as they discuss racial disparities within the breast cancer community, shared-personal experiences, and of course, an abundance of resources! Informed, firsthand storytelling was the only, most effective approach to trying to close these unfortunate gaps in our healthcare system.
This isn't our story to tell, but it is a story that can help all of us with our shared goal of continuing to build community, lifting each other up, and living our breast lives! This episode will leave you feeling inspired, vulnerable, aware, and most importantly, informed! You don't want to miss it!

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
