What happens when a scam steals more than money—it shakes your faith? In this powerful episode, Ed Holliday shares how one phone call cost him $200,000 in crypto and what it taught him about fear, forgiveness, and resilience.

Ed breaks down the anatomy of modern scams—how con artists build trust, weaponize urgency, and exploit human psychology—and offers practical steps to protect yourself and those you love. He also opens up about how faith, hymns, and community helped him heal and forgive the people who deceived him. This is more than a cautionary tale—it’s a story about grace under pressure and turning loss into purpose.

(00:53):
friend.
He is a world traveler.
Uh missionary seen a lot ofthings in the mission field, but
also uh when he's not travelingthe world, he also serves as a
local dentist where he has hisown practice there uh in the
Tupelo area.
And so he's a man of many hats,uh, husband, father, uh
faithful, loyal church member, and we are delighted.

(01:15):
And Arthur, and author, we can'tforget about that because
there's gonna be a lot to a lotto say as it relates to the
author work that Ed is uhinvolved in.
And so we can't wait to talk alittle bit about that with Ed.

(02:15):
uh, or Rick Canada, excuse me,so many incredible, incredible
people who make this workpossible.
Um, and we just want to saythank you.
Um it's because of you thatwe're able to do what we do.
And today what we're doing iswe're talking to Ed Holiday
about his life, his story, hisfaith, uh, the work of
reconciliation that he hasembarked on for and been

(02:36):
embarking on for years, but alsohis latest book, CryptoCon.
And we will get to that uh veryshortly.
But Ed, if you don't mind, tellour listeners, man, how you came
to faith in Jesus and and howdid your faith lead you into
this work of reconciliation?

SPEAKER_01 (02:51):
Um my faith in Jesus is uh I did grow up in a
Christian home, had a wonderfulmom and dad, and they both
passed away now, but theybrought us up in, I think, an
incredible environment inRipley, Mississippi, uh up in
the north, a small town, andgrew up so many people that uh
were a part of my life throughSunday school classes.

(03:13):
You know, I can remember even uhthree years old, uh, you know,
walking to church in a littletown called Cleveland,
Cleveland, which is way on upthere, uh not far from
Tennessee.
My dad was principal there, andthen in 1965, I was born in
1960.
We moved to Ripley in 1964.
My dad and mom are educators, and so uh we grew up in Ripley

(03:38):
and and I had uh three brothersand a sister, five of us with my
mom and dad, and and we welearned a lot through uh small
town and having garden and uh uhworked worked in a forest of
fields as far as uh uh I sayfields, uh I guess forest, but
uh cutting pump wood andfirewood and all that kind of

(04:01):
good stuff like that, andraising gardens, and picking
cucumbers, and and uh going toschool and playing sports and
just you know growing up in asmall town and and then uh but
you asked me when uh I I wasabout seven years old and we had
an evangelist come through anduh a lot of people may remember
uh Angel Martini.

(04:23):
Angel Martinez was his name fromOklahoma.
Wow and uh Texas area, and he'sreally from Mexico, and uh so he
he uh came up as a Mexicanmissionary and preaching in in
the United States and yeah, andI uh gave my heart and life to
Jesus at seven years old and andin uh church at First Baptist
Church in Ripley, Mississippi.

(04:45):
Wow.
And from there I went through Iknow the children's programs and
youth choir, youth choir trips,uh, and and those are things
that when I met my wife, she wasyounger than me, but uh when we
started dating, we realized eventhough we didn't know each
other, just because of mybackground and going through the
church and church programs andyouth choir and trips and

(05:07):
things, uh we had so much incommon with that and loving the
Lord.
And and so that uh uh Leslie andI met and and got married in uh
1991 now.
So uh and we've had four, havefour wonderful children, they're
all adult children now, and andin and out through the seasons

(05:29):
and life, and um I I feel likeyou know God has really had his
hand in and and there's timeswhen he's had to really guide
me, and and I've walked downtrails that probably I shouldn't
have walked down, but but Godhas always been faithful and and
uh his word is true, and and andthen that we're um of our

(05:51):
children now and just trying toraise them in a way, and and I
find myself, my wife and I haveempty nesters now, everybody's
out of the house.
And so I have been able to putsome things together, like said
writing books.
I've always wanted to writesome, but I've been write I've
always wanted to write novels.
I started three years ago aboutwriting some novels, and uh that

(06:11):
they're at hatchybooks.com andnamed after the Hatchie River up
and flows out of uh TippaCounty, and and and I've the
Tallahatchie starts also.
So one flows north and one flowssouth.
Now, how many books have youwritten that?
Well, as far as novels, uhwritten three number four is
going to publishers, a sevenbook series.

(06:32):
Uh that's why it's called theHatchie series, and it's uh uh
uh inner you know interweaves.
Uh what I like to do is what uhChuck Colson said, we don't need
more Christian writers, we needmore writers who are Christians.
And that's what I'm looking at.
I'm not trying to writeChristian literature, I want to
write good literature thatanybody can read, and interweave

(06:54):
in my my uh faith story indifferent places gets weaved
into the stories, but I want tobe it's more action adventures
what I write.
So uh that and then uh and youmentioned uh I got a new book
out called CryptoCond, and andthat's a book I did not want to
write.
It's a book that uh yeah, webrought it up.

(07:17):
Uh it's you know, the Lord if Hewas there with me all the time.
But man, when you get scammed, Imean I got scammed bad, and and
and the title of the book isCryptoCon, My 200k Nightmare.
So I lost$200,000 in uh worth ofcryptocurrencies, and they'd be

(07:39):
a lot more than that now.
That's just they've gone upsince then.
But you know, that's where Ican't dwell on the past, and it
really hurt because I spentyears putting things together
and learning about the differentaspects of the different
cryptocurrencies I had, and andand uh I will say you go back to

(07:59):
the Bible, and my wife pointed, you know, in Proverbs that pride
goeth before fall, and I knew Ihad some uh current uh current
cryptocurrencies that moved upand uh I didn't want to sell
them off and have to pay thegovernment half of the money, so
I just thought I'll sit on them, and then um and I I sat on them

(08:21):
and and and somebody took themout from under me, and and
there's no way to get it backfor those who don't know about
cryptocurrencies.
They've got apps out therecalled uh like a tornado app
where they split it up in athousand different ways, so law
enforcement cannot track itdown.
Um, you know, and it's uh Ifiled a report, police report
from the local and Tupelopolice, they were very good, uh

(08:43):
filed FBI and others and hadn'theard a thing from them, but
yeah, you know, I but I dideverything I was supposed to,
but it's devastating, and andthat's what I'm why I wrote the
book.
Uh Brian, just to let you know,uh uh I had to get somebody in
to clean up my computers, andyou know, they just infiltrated
all my computers, goteverything, and and and but they

(09:06):
said, Ed, I know you're a goodwriter, and you really ought to
write a book about this, becausehe said, as a computer security
expert, I see people gettingscammed all the time.
It's happening all over, andeverybody's full of guilt and
shame that uh they don't wantanybody to know about it.
And I feel that way too.
I didn't want anybody and Ithought, man, that's the last
thing I'm gonna do is telleverybody I I got snookered for

(09:29):
$200,000, but it happened.
And I realize it's happened to alot of other people in different
ways, different amounts.
And so I the book is really togo through the excruciating
details.
It's I don't like reliving it.
I tell people it's sort of likewhen you drive by, you know,
when you see a wreck and itlooks bad, you know, you can't

(09:49):
just you want to look and seewhat's going on, but you're so
glad you're not in the wreck.
Well, that's what my book is.
You know, it's uh most peoplethat you don't want it to happen
to you, and uh you don't want itto happen to you, but I write
out the story, how I got pulledinto it.
It doesn't matter if you knowit's it could be cryptocurrency

(10:10):
or your bank account or youknow, any assets that you got,
scammers are out there.
Now I know um uh this is time ofseason uh we have Halloween
coming up and everybody dressingup, and you know, the the worst
monster out there is the realmonster, and those are the
scammers.
Those are the scammers, they'rethe real monsters, they're not

(10:31):
make-believe.
And uh so in my book, uh I do uhtalk about what happened, but I
also give you 10 steps tosafeguard your future, things
you know anybody can do, startputting to work.
And I also, you know, I'm adentist also, and and I I work
with uh, you know, patients thatare nervous and things, and over

(10:51):
the years, you you know, andepinephrine, when when you our
natural body, the way Goddesigned our body, we have a
fight or flight mechanism.
You have fear, it kicks in.
Scammers use that, they put youin a state of fear because your
brain reacts to that.
And I write about that in a bookand go over you know what

(11:13):
happens in your brain uh and andwhy scammers succeed because
they are social engineering you.
They put fear in you, and thenyour brain uh shuts down with
rational thinking, doesn't comeshut completely down, but the
rational part of your brain issort of set to the side because

(11:35):
the fight or flight, yourbrain's going, I gotta survive.
And and they they manipulatethat.
They know how, they're skilled.
And so uh anybody can fall forit at the right time, right
place, and that's why my book'simportant.
And uh I'm I hope it does help alot of people.

SPEAKER_00 (11:53):
And uh there's very little doubt that it will.
Um I I know, I know it will helpa lot of people, and and and to
your point, this is somethingthat's happening increasingly um
and alarmingly uh happening on aregular basis.
It's uh it's it's so it's soregular.

(12:14):
And I mentioned you and I washaving a conversation before our
pod, and you know, I was justsaying that I I just after days
of having you um online with usfor our devotional uh prayer
breakfast or host or leading ourdevotion for our prayer
breakfast just a couple of weeksago, um I got word about another
um another dear friend who hadexperienced a similar um similar

(12:38):
um scamming experience.
For for those of for those ofthose of us that may be
listening online that may besaying that can't happen to me,
you know.
Um what makes it so youmentioned you mentioned the the
the fear element that that scanthat scammers tap into.

(13:00):
Um if you could could you justunpeel the unpeel the onion a
little bit more and just talkabout what makes it so easy to
connect with us in ways that wedon't suspect people will be
connecting with us and to and toand to cause us to drop our
guards in ways that we don'texpect to drop our guards.

SPEAKER_01 (13:18):
Well, I'm glad you asked that, Brian.
It's a very good question.
Uh and I know a lot of peoplehere go to church, Christians
go, and and and they're the mostvulnerable.
And and that happens so manytimes if uh uh people know the
scammers know that somebody wewe want to think the best of
people.
We want to look for the best inthem, and we are trusting, and

(13:39):
churches are trusting, andthere's you know, like you said,
churches can be scammed anddifferent parts uh are members,
and and so you have to be aware.
But the thing that um I you knowI go in detail in the book what
happened, but uh there's onecryptocurrency I had that was
worth$38,000, and it was aninvestment I you know I'd and

(14:00):
I've been doing this for a whilesince 2018.
So, you know, I wasn't like anewbie, I should have known
better in ways.
But they uh they got into mymail account and they knew
exactly what I had.
You know, I didn't trust them.
I mean I spent an hour saying,yeah, I don't believe you who
you're saying y'all.
And but they knew they knew whatI had.

(14:23):
I had 1,999 chain link tokens.
That's the name of a crypto, andand um they knew exactly what I
had to make me think they wereyou know uh part of the the team
that was managing my account onCoinbase.
And and I I know better, I knewall the scammers.
I still, you know, sitting theresaying I can't believe I fell

(14:46):
for it.
And yet it was um that's uh buttheir brain when when when they
put fear in your mind, theysaid, and this is what they were
saying, somebody from uh out of,you know, uh I forgot what they
said, Frankfurt or somewhere outof the country said somebody's
moving your chain link tokens.

(15:07):
And if it's not you, we need toget yours, you know, we need to
make sure you're safe and movethose to a, you know, so we're
not gonna move them out ofCoinbase, we just want to move
them from your Coinbase exchangeaccount to the Coinbase wallet,
just and they said, We're fromCoinbase asset management, you
know, our asset protection, youknow, and and I knew Coinbase

(15:28):
wasn't supposed to call you, butum but you know, it's just it
just seemed so real.
And when they said, you know, somebody's trying to get my
$38,000, yeah.
I knew what it's worth, and thatI mean I go back and say
probably go before a fall, I wasso you know, worried about that

(15:49):
$38,000 worth that I I I justthought it in my mind that's
where your irrational thinkingstops or is shut down because
you're in a fear mode, and thenit almost is like you are
trusting them because they'retelling you, you know, I'm not
sure about all this, and butthey're telling me what's going

(16:11):
on.
So I I trust, I put my trust inthem because I fear the person
who's trying to steal my money, and yet they're the one stealing
it.
But you somehow your brain andthey know how to manipulate the
brain.
That's social engineering.
And and so we've done a lot ofyou know studying on this, and
that's why I wanted to putthings in a book to get people

(16:32):
to realize, you know, ifsomebody says you gotta do it
now, it's urgent, they'reputting fear in you, you know,
those are all red flags.
And if somebody right now, ifsomebody calls you on the phone,
I don't care as a president ofthe United States, or you don't
do anything on the phone anymoreunless you initiate the call.
I mean, that's the it's a shamethat you know anybody in the

(16:53):
world on so many of these, it'sharder to catch a lot of them
because they're outside thecountry.
You know, even if the FBI caughtthem, they can't do anything
with them.
So um uh that and you know, though those are the reasons
scammers aren't they're nothaving to pay a price.
They're getting by with it.
They are just you know laughingall the way to the bank.
And I don't know what can bedone on that, but it's the the

(17:16):
best thing right now isprotection, you know, protecting
yourself.

SPEAKER_00 (17:20):
Um, I mean, you you mentioned a couple of things
that are super important and forand for me, this is you know,
this is such a a weighty issue, and this is an issue that the
church has to lean into.
Like you said, a lot, a lot oftimes, you know, there are a lot
of people that are sufferingsilently because they've been
scammed, but then the shameoverrides um their um their need

(17:44):
to maybe come forward so thatthey can get the help that they
need.
Um so I'm glad we're having thisconversation because so much, so
many people are sitting sittingin silence because shame has uh
has has kept them from gettingthe help that they need.

SPEAKER_01 (17:57):
And that's I mean, there's a lot of shame, a lot of
guilt.
Me just talking to you.
It's taken a while.
You know, that happened onValentine's Day of this year,
2025.
Yeah.
Uh and it's but it, you know, Igot the book out so that I I
could explain it.
And uh I try not to beemotional, but you can tell my
voice, I'm still a littleemotional.

(18:18):
But I put I have to put it atthe feet of Jesus.
Amen.
I will say that right after Igot scammed.
And one thing that I mean, mywhole body was shaking.
I had never experienced anythinglike this before.
I mean, I went down a darkvalley and I had to realize, you
know, I'm not in the hospital, Idon't have broken bones,
children are okay, you know, andI had to put that into

(18:40):
perspective.
I hate what happened to me,yeah, but I had to hang on to
God.
And and one of the things thatcalmed me down at night, I I
just hummed hymns, old hymnsthat I just some of them I
hadn't heard about, uh, youknow, I hadn't thought about in
years, but just came back to me.
Talking about, you know, as ayoung child being in church and
singing some of those old hymns.

(19:00):
And and that's one of the thingsthat calmed me down.
I knew I needed to lay it at thefeet of Jesus, but man, that is
hard to do.
And to pray for, I did pray forthis team and this cavement.

SPEAKER_00 (19:13):
Pray for your enemies.
Bless those that curse you.
Bless those that curse you.

SPEAKER_01 (19:22):
That I've worked for years and put together.
But but I did, and God is, youknow, I I I has put that behind
me.
Like some people said, Ed,you're healthy, you're, you
know, you can go back out andyou can work hard and get get it
back together.
And, you know, there's um uh andI put a story in there, there's

(19:44):
somebody that, you know, hisfriend is not healthy, and then
cancer, late-stage cancer.
You know, and she, you know, basically I tell the story about
that.
She had a big check, and itdidn't mean a thing to her
because she has no health.
And, you know, and um, so thatyou know, those are things we
have to see how God works on usin life, and uh, and I I love

(20:07):
the fact that a lot of it, youknow, uh uh comes from, you
know, Mission, Mississippi andthe friends I've made in
Mission, Mississippi.
I was able to share with whathappened because I had a heart,
I'd prayed with them, and Ineeded some help and prayer and
just the walk somebody to hearmy story, and and I'm so glad of
people in Mission Mississippiwere there for me.

SPEAKER_00 (20:29):
And uh and you know, Mission Mississippi is in many
ways like it's like seeds beingsown over time that that that
you know you don't you don'tknow how they're gonna sprout
forward and you're not you don'tknow when you're gonna need
them.
But you've been sowing seedsover time, and then this moment
happens, this crisis comes, andall of a sudden all those seeds

(20:51):
you've sown, they come tofruition in this moment to to
wrap their arms around you, soto speak.

SPEAKER_01 (20:56):
Really, really have.
I will tell you, if it's allright, Brian, I'll tell you if
anybody wants to find out moreabout my book, it's just
cryptocondbook.com.

SPEAKER_00 (21:07):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (21:08):
Cryptocondbook.com or uh my Hatchie Book's got a
link to it.

SPEAKER_00 (21:12):
And we'll be sure, we'll be sure to put those, uh
put that in the show notes aswell.
And Crypto Crypto,CryptoCond.com.
Well, CryptoCond Book.

SPEAKER_01 (21:21):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_00 (21:21):
Cryptocondbook.com.
Yeah, we'll be sure to put thosein the uh put those details in
the show notes for sure, Ed.
Here's another thing that thatreally stood out to me, man.
Um, and you you know my pastbackground, and I was um I spent
you know 20 plus years with theCorps of Engineers and and IT uh
service and IT management andand eventually uh eventually

(21:43):
made my way into cyber, cybersecurity management.
And and one of the one of thethings that you mentioned that I
think is an important piece isthat a lot of times the work,
the the work that culminates inin the con, the final con, that
work starts earlier than youexpect.

(22:07):
And so, and so you know, youmentioned this idea of man,
okay, they know all these thingsabout what's going on, you know,
with how many how many coins Igot in this place and that
place, and man, that'sinteresting.
So they they're they they'reestablishing credibility, right,
by saying, hey, you got X amountof coins in this box and that
box.
But the reality is that the theexploit started before the phone

(22:31):
call.
You know, the exploit started inthe phishing of the emails to
get that information.
And there are there are times inwhich we'll click a link that
we're not familiar with, andthat link will take take us down
a road that maybe we don't knowwe're going down, and so we'll
end up exposing our emailaccounts or someone will have
access because of weak passwordsto our email accounts, and

(22:52):
they'll get the phishing around.
Now they they might not make thethey might not announce
themselves.
They might just fish around sothey they can try to get some
details, and then once they getthe details they feel like they
need, then comes the phone callwith the with all of the
information that sounds credibleand sounds like, man, who else
would know this and how wouldthey know this, you know.

(23:13):
So to your earlier point, youknow, the the the biggest step
that we can take in any of thisis the reality that we can no
longer uh take a phone call as acredible, credible transaction.
You know, and like you said, unless you are unless you have
dialed that number and verifiedthe number that you dialed,

(23:35):
there there is no uh there is notrusting of a phone call with
anyone who is trying to attemptsome transaction with you
online.

SPEAKER_01 (23:43):
And Brian, the same thing, you know, you uh the
emails are the worst thingsbecause they they'll have an
email from your bank orwhatever, and you can't not
trust those hyperlinks becausethey'll look exactly like what's
real.
You better go to the website andcall the bank yourself on your
number.
Don't trust anything that youget but from an email.

SPEAKER_00 (24:03):
Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (24:03):
They they move, they make them look exactly like uh,
you know, Amazon Prime or Disneyor Google or anything you got an
account with, they'll make itlook just like it.

SPEAKER_00 (24:15):
Absolutely, absolutely.
Man, Ed, thank you for sharingyour story and and thank you,
thank you for writing, writingabout this.
And so if you if you if you wantto hear more about this
particular book um and and themany and the many others that Ed
has written, I I would encourageyou to go out to Hatchie Books,
um, but also cryptoconbookum.com and and get you a copy of

(24:35):
this book.
I think I think it'll be anincredible tool, not just for
you, but I think it'll be anincredible tool for the people
in your life.
Um there are so many people thatthat are building building
inheritances to pass down totheir children.
And um and I think Ed's story isa is an opportunity um for for
for us to be vigilant and tryingto protect and protect those

(24:56):
inheritances.

SPEAKER_01 (24:59):
I'll say this when I put it in the book.
I think if if I'd spent a if I'dpaid$100,000 for that book, I'd
still be$100,000 richer than Iam.
Yeah, it's very valuableinformation.

SPEAKER_00 (25:11):
Oh my goodness, man.
Oh my goodness, yes.

SPEAKER_01 (25:14):
So I'll end with that.
Thank you, Brian, for letting mecome on.

SPEAKER_00 (25:18):
Absolutely, man.
Let me before before we turn youloose, man, you are an
incredible, incredible, incredible uh leader in the
movement of Mission Mississippiacross the state.
Um we mentioned that you are theco-chair uh along along with uh
with a good friend uh there inTillman, Tillman up there in

(25:38):
Tupelo.
Yeah, Tillman Calvert up therein Tupelo.
And so um, so we're great, we'regrateful for the work you guys
are doing.
Talk to us a little bit, man, before we turn you loose, about
the lessons that you havelearned and the joys that you
have experienced from this roleof leading out in the Mission
Mississippi Tupelo movement.

SPEAKER_01 (25:58):
Well, number one, Brian, is it gives me access,
you know, to pray with people, you know, I I go to church and
and and I love the people I goto church with and grew up and
grown up in churches, but beingable to mission Mississippi it's
exposed me to other churcheswhere we meet for prayer
breakfast at different localchurches and over the years and

(26:20):
meeting many of the pastors, praying with the pastors,
building a relationship with uhmembers of the other church that
uh, you know, may not look likeme.
And especially in uh, you know,my black friends now that uh I
have because of MissionMississippi.
And you know, we're not supposedto agree on everything, but we

(26:41):
can come to the cross and layeverything down and we can love
each other and know our heartsthat we want what's best for
everybody in Mississippi.
Everybody, no matter what coloryou are, and trying to find
those ways.
God makes us all different withdifferent brains, different
ideas, different minds,different seasons, different

(27:01):
families, so that we can enrichthe body of Christ and we can be
a blessing to the world.
And so that's where MissionMississippi and I see uh my role
is just you know really helpingto keep the it going because
it's a part of the body ofChrist, and that's important.
It's important for everyChristian to know.

(27:23):
If you're a believer, you needto be plugged in, and it's good
everybody needs a local church, but you need to plug into more
than that because that's whatheaven's gonna be like.
You know, we're not gonna begoing to one little church down
on the corner.
So uh yes, yes, we need to loveeach other more, and that's what
Mission Mississippi has taughtme.

(27:43):
Love people more, and uh, wedon't know when our last day on
earth is gonna be.
So love beat people every day.

SPEAKER_00 (27:52):
Yeah, amen, amen.
You know, and I um you know I'malways reminded of Jesus in the
in the Sermon on the Mount andhis command to us to love our
enemies, and he says, He says,What credit do you have to love
those that love, love those wholove you?
And and that always prompts meto think about the the what

(28:13):
Christian love looks like.
And what I like to tell peopleis that Christian love, you
know, really doesn't take shapeuntil you find yourself having
to love past tension.
Um, but so much of the way we'reconditioned in society, we're
conditioned only to love up totension.
And even Christians adopt thatposture where it's like we love
up to agreement.

SPEAKER_01 (28:34):
That's human nature.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
In our weakness, Jesus makes usstrong.

SPEAKER_00 (28:39):
And that's why absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (28:40):
And that's why I can say, Father, I forgive the
scammer.
I don't know who he is, but Iforgive him.
My goodness.
And and let him hope I pray forhis salvation.
And uh and it's probably a wholeteam.
I don't think it's one person,it's more than one person.

SPEAKER_00 (28:56):
But uh But you hit the you hit the nail on the
head, and it's it's the powerthat God gives us.
That's so when Jesus calls us tosomething higher, he doesn't
call us to something higherwithout equipping us with the
with the with the gift to to topursue it.
And and that's and so Jesus isby his spirit saying, No, you
have something in you that'sgreater than just simply loving

(29:18):
up to the point of tension orloving up to the point of
disagreement, or even in yourcase, my goodness, loving up to
the point of grave offense.
You know, there's something inyou that has been placed in you
by by God, the very spirit ofGod, that allows us to love even
beyond that.
And so I and so I'm appreciativeof you sharing your story, not
just because of your experienceswith uh Mission Mississippi that

(29:40):
has taught you that, but alsojust at a at a very, very, very
deep and personal um andgrievous, grievous level, you've
you've had you've learned how tolove through tension.
And so, man, I'm I'm grateful,man.
I'm grateful for your example tous.
I'm grateful for the fact thatyou um that instead of just kind
of keeping us.

(30:00):
Story to yourself, you broughtthat story uh to the light
because I think, I think even inthe midst of the dark moments,
um it's gonna it's gonna shine alot of light in a lot of homes
and a lot of families, and I'mgrateful that you've allowed
allowed the Lord to use you inthis way, brother.

SPEAKER_01 (30:13):
