Being struck by the phrase "living the real" in a book he read years ago, Matt started processing his life through these three words. It wasn't long before he realized he repeatedly fell short of living a life evoking the same emotion that phrase conveyed. Thus started Matt's search for how to live a life that represented what those words surfaced in him. What came from that was his 3-M framework: Margin, Momentum and Maintenance.Join Matt as he unlocks the power of his 3-M framework through story and reflection.

Matt shows the consequences of a life without a focus on maintenance. Do you sometimes experience life as if it is an incredible mountain to climb?
