Lara has over 20 years of experience in behavioral mental health. She designed a tele-health program at UCSD's Department of Psychiatry, bootstrapped and scaled clinical services at 7 Cups overseeing 165 licensed providers, and today is a board member of NAMI California.
Lara is a passionate mental health advocate and an inspiring leader.
