I don't know about you, but I have been guilty of overstaying my welcome in certain situations. And the truth is, I knew that I needed to let go and move on, but I allowed the "comfort" of familiarity to keep me stifled. Today's episode is a dose of tough love for those who have found themselves in that exact same space.
Now, if you are in a serious situation that could be dangerous to leave, please seek the proper help for your safety. But if you are staying simply because the thought of starting over scares you, then you definitely need to give this a listen. Then share it with someone else who might need these words of encouragement too.

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose.
