It's Spring Break, and I'm enjoying spending time with my family, but still wanted to share a little something for your listening pleasure!
To date, this episode (originally ep 63 recorded in 2022) has been the most downloaded episode of the Looking For My Fit podcast. I recently listened to it again, and had so many thoughts as I did. At the time, I had come to a huge realization about my life, and while I didn't know it then, this episode marked the beginning of a pivotal season in my life. SO MUCH (including my job) has changed since this episode, but the sentiment of this episode is the same! This episode is SO GOOD! So whether you're new to listening or have been listening for awhile, this is worth a listen ( or another listen!)
We be should all be mindful about what we attach our value to. When we're not mindful, we find ourselves in situations, relationships, or jobs that are no longer meant for us! And that often leads to frustration, resentment, or feeling unfulfilled. So what should you do when you find yourself with these feelings? For me, the answer was to be honest with myself. Tap in and listen as I share how I finally decided to own my truth!
Let's get into it! This is Looking For My Fit!
