During my interview with Clare from the last episode, something that didn't make it into the edit was the use of pre-written prayers or prayers written by someone else. Sometimes using the words of others can resunate and help us when we can't find the words ourselves.
As a bonus episode, I decided to read the Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Niebuhr. You may recognise the beginning as it is often used in 12-step programmes. And it's obvious to see why. Hope you enjoy.
The next full episode is coming this Monday.
