When you've made the healthy swaps, incorporated superfoods, and are generally eating better but still aren't losing weight, chances are that you don't have a caloric deficit- even if you have one on paper. While it can be difficult to imagine that all of your changes aren't enough to get the weight loss results you desire, that's often the case for women over 40. However, when you know the signs to look for, you can quickly tell if you're in a caloric deficit and adjust, where necessary, to get the results you desire.
