Best friends, Heidi Pollan and Jennifer Novey, co-host the bi-monthly podcast Losing Your V- LYV. LYV is a sunny-hearted expose' on avoiding life's ruts by uplifting friends, exploring new things, and celebrating our individual journeys. In other words, it is a podcast about doing stuff you have never done before and being funny about it ... but not too funny. This show disclaims any notion that its purpose is to be educational. Instead it exclaims that it is for the purpose of entertaining others. The experiences, opinions, and unusual behavior of the hosts are their own.
