(00:00):
I see it just come at me and
jump into my body and
all of a sudden my visual
field is all black,
and the energy that's in
my body is beyond anything
I have experienced to this day.
It was like 1,000,000W.
Dreams can give you a preview
of what's been developing in

(00:20):
the energy world.
I had a dream of a car accident.
My son and my best friend
didn't make it. They died on the
spot.
So that was another dream that
kind of forewarned me about
something really dramatic happening.
I knew it was not an accident.
I knew it would happen on an
energetic level long before it
happened on a physical level.

(00:42):
The universe at large that your
external world is
definitely always giving you
messages everywhere, from parking
tickets, to winning the lottery, to
whatever it is.
Welcome to Lottery, Dreams
and Fortune!
So I am so excited to welcome Happy
Ali here to the program today.

(01:04):
He is actually an intuitive.
He is very much
into so many things that are
fascinating prophetic dreams.
He is an author as well of the
new book, The Intuition Bible
How and Why to Tap into
Your Inner Wisdom.
Happy. Ali, how are you doing today?
Hi, Timothy.
Thank you so much for having me on

(01:25):
the show. I'm doing really well,
Thank you.
Yeah, Thanks so much for taking the
time. So you
have had prophetic dreams
throughout your life.
What have you dreamt
that has come true?
Gosh, that's a really big
long list of questions.
I mean, it's a simple question, but

(01:46):
the answer is so many.
Because right now,
at this point in my life, with the
amount of nurturing that I've done
with the bad dreams,
I seem to be having one,
you know, every other day.
It's
sometimes it's really big
events are really big and life
changing, and sometimes it's just a

(02:07):
tiny preview of the day.
But there are some moments in
my life that have completely changed
the trajectory of my life.
And I think a lot of times when
people ask me that question, that's
what they're referring to.
They're like, What happened?
What changed your life that
you got to see in advance?
And it's an interesting question
because, of course,

(02:28):
we have free will and things can
change and you can make different
decisions. But sometimes when you
get a foresight into
something that is so incredible
and you see that it's possible, you
kind of want to keep going with the
flow.
And I will start with the birth
of my son Sky
in 2009.

(02:49):
He was born in 2009.
But prior to that, I had prophetic
dreams, but I hadn't really
figured out the art of prophecy.
That's not a very funny prophecy,
but it is prophecy.
I hadn't figured it out.
I didn't know how accurate
it can be. But when I went
to sleep and
in my dream, I was told that I was
going to have a son. Now I'm gay.

(03:10):
I was in my
late 20s and
I was not rich.
It was not something that you can
just have.
And I remember arguing with the
voice that was telling me that
I was going to have a baby saying,
There's no way I'm going to have a
baby. It's not happening.
I'm gay. And then all of a sudden
they showed one of my best friends
who was lesbian

(03:31):
is as well was because she
did passed away and she
was lesbian and she had a wife
and she was nine months pregnant.
And they said, Here it is.
So I thought, wow, she's having my
baby.
And I remember immediately she was
going into labor and I said,
Hey, you're going to labor, so let's
take you to the hospital.
And her wife came around from behind

(03:51):
her and said, Happy, I got this.
And there was no hospital involved.
She sat her down, kind of reached
into her belly, handed me
this boy, and they said, Here is
your son. His name is Cyrus.
Now, I didn't we didn't name him
Cyrus. We named him Sky.
And I remember waking up with
this incredible feeling of
having become a father before

(04:12):
I ever imagined becoming
a father.
And if any of you
are parents that are listening or
watching, you know that love is just
unparalleled.
And if you get a peek of it
in advance, it's very intoxicating.
So I woke up in and
waited till morning and called my
best friend and said, Hey, we had a
baby and it's a boy.

(04:34):
And she said,
Well, we are thinking about having a
baby, but because of
some other drama with our
daughter who was to their daughter,
who was two at the time, who was my
goddaughter, we don't really want to
know the donor.
So we're not doing this.
I said, Well, I was just letting you
know we had a son.
And six months later, they came
to me and they

(04:56):
took me out to dinner and they said,
Hey, we want to have a baby and we
want to ask you to be the donor.
I said, I will not be the donor.
I will be dad.
And I have conditions.
I said, you know, we have to do
it at home, turkey baster style,
because sex is out of the question.
I would want to be the father of
my God daughter because it wouldn't
be fair for the kids both

(05:16):
not to have a father.
And she was already like my little
girl anyway.
And we wouldn't try more than three
times because I really didn't want
to tempt fate.
And I thought, you
know, if it's meant to happen, it's
going to happen. And I mean, the
odds are already against us.
So let's just say
about a year or so later,
after three tries, she got pregnant

(05:38):
and I got to meet
my son at home
because she had a home birth.
And the exact same process
that happened in the dream happened
where her wife handed me the baby
and I got to cut down valko cord.
And it was very detailed
how accurate it was.
The details were just incredible.

(05:58):
And I remember the sonogram when we
found out the gender.
Everyone was so excited to find out.
And I was just like, I don't know,
it's a boy. So So that
changed my life completely because I
gained a son and a daughter
over the course of a year and a half
from that dream, or maybe
two years from that dream.
And it completely changed
my life and we became this happy

(06:19):
family that was so incredible.
And we were just happy,
I would say, you know, having a baby
with your best friend and and
her wife, who I love so much as one
of my best friends still.
It was just such a lovely
example of how love can come
together in a different way.
Until 2014,
when I had a dream

(06:41):
and in this dream it was my
father and a different best friend
were laying in these two tiny little
caskets that were in wood
kind of caskets.
And I remember burying
them and waking up and
it was so real.
And I called my friend Tricia,
who was the mother, the birth mother
of my children, and
said, Hey, two people are going to

(07:02):
die. And she said, You and your
dreams happy.
And I remember mentioning it again
over text and again
and again. And she was like you and
your dreams happy.
And I thought we had a baby because
of my dreams. Like, what are you
talking about?
I remember the morning of April
17th, 2014,
I had a dream of a car accident,
and there was a woman in the front

(07:23):
and a guy in the back.
And they were just apologizing for
the accident and having to
take by.
And my best
friend and daughter and son were in
Sacramento. They were away
for Easter and they
were driving back that day.
And I didn't even think about
the fact that they were going to be
driving and it was going to be an

(07:43):
accident anyway.
At 2:00 there was a car accident and
my son and my best friend
didn't make it. They died on the
spot and my daughter
was in critical care.
So that was another dream that
kind of forewarned me about
something really dramatic happening.
And a lot of people say like, I wish

(08:03):
you never dream about me.
I hope that I never get
these abilities that you have.
But to be honest with you, it was
probably one of the most comforting
things that happened
to me because
I knew it was not an accident.
I knew it happened on an energetic
level long before it happened on
a physical level.
And that's comforting when you

(08:24):
have a freak accident, take away the
life of your best friend and your
child.
And it didn't stop
there by that time because
I tell everyone my dreams.
I was officially the prophetic
dreamer in the friends and family
group because,
you know, you tell people about the
birth, they say, well, you guys made
that happen.

(08:45):
You tell people about the death.
In advance.
You know, I could have never known
that.
And then my son just started
showing up that night in
my dreams and started guiding me
through the grieving process
and immediately
told me that my daughter is going to
be fine. Told me he was fine,

(09:05):
then soon started telling me
I was going to have another kid,
which now was literally
impossible because
my baby maker was dead
and there was no other route.
I was in school.
I literally had just gotten into
UCLA to get my psych
degree because I decided
to follow my dreams because I had my

(09:26):
son. And now
he dies. And the next day I get
into my dream school, which took
me a lot of work to get into.
And I remember this really
specific dream where I was in the
water holding this baby.
And then there was this another kid
outside with straight hair, which I
assumed was my dead son.
And it was just such a vivid
dream that when I woke up, I

(09:48):
knew that there was no going back
and I had to pursue this.
Mind you, I was making, I
don't know, 20, $30,000 a year at
the moment. And to have a surrogate
and a donor and all that stuff in
the United States, it cost around
250,000 and
it ended up costing me $100,000.
And because I made the decision
to do it and I am a master

(10:09):
manifester, I
knew the money would come, but
once again, I didn't want to
force anything to happen.
I'm very
trusting in the universe's
timing, in the universe's
judgment, when it comes to what I
should be living.
So I kind of go with the flow

(10:30):
and something so
huge like having a
child, which ended up being twins.
By myself as a single
guy who was in school was
just ridiculous.
The idea was ridiculous.
Who the heck does that?
But my son literally guided me
through the whole process and

(10:51):
really just held my hand through the
grief process.
And it all just came together.
Even the house that I live in right
now. I know that it
was meant for me.
Every aspect of this house
was as if I designed it myself
to live the life that I have now.
And even my son's
little number. He was born at 11:43

(11:11):
a.m.
and a 43 became his moniker like
1143 43.
The address is 1343
and it was just delivered
to me. Everything was just handed to
me and it's just
amazing. Life is amazing, but it
never stop there.
I mean, I just met one of my best
new best friends, you know?
I'm 46.

(11:32):
You don't make best friends at 46
the same way you did when you were
younger.
But I met somebody in my dream
about a month and a half ago and
recognized him when I saw him,
when I interacted with this person
in about a day and I thought,
I already met you and I wouldn't
have dreamt about you if it was
insignificant.
And our connection just like,

(11:52):
just amplified.
So these dreams do have a
way of.
Changing my expectations.
And it kind of gave me a a
preview of what was in store
and the friendship
to kind of prep me for it.
And every little
detail was,
you know, realized it came true.

(12:14):
And I'm so glad I'm so grateful for
that because it cut through a lot of
red tape and drama that normally
would have occurred.
That is incredible.
That is incredible.
And you mentioned that
you feel that
there are no accidents.
So if you dream
about something before it happens in

(12:35):
real life, how is
that possible
from I mean, what's your opinion?
How is that even possible?
Is that here is my fate?
Is that fate?
Is that just meant to happen
or are you tapping into it or what?
So this this is a really
complicated question, but I
will give you kind of a variation

(12:55):
of a few variations of the answer,
because ultimately we do come
in this world to create our reality,
to live the life that we
sculpt as humans, as conscious
beings.
But I do believe that
as we create our reality from
early on, from early on in our
lives, we create

(13:17):
this kind of energetic world
that starts to take form
in other dimensions
long before we see it in advance.
And because everything
happens mostly on an energetic
level before we see it on a physical
level.
Dreams can give you a preview
of what's been developing.

(13:38):
In the energy world.
So now that's just
one type of dream.
Dreams have a lot of different
reasons for being.
There's a lot of different purpose
to having dreams.
So I'm not saying all dreams are
prophetic, but all dreams
have insight, no matter if
it's the ones that are just flushing
out your conscious ideas

(13:58):
that are going through your head and
your subconscious is processing
them. Every little thing that you
dream has some sort of
insight and some of it
just tells you, Hey, you've been
having a rough week, Hey,
you are afraid.
Your emotions show up in your dreams
a lot. So for somebody
who just wants to make use of their
regular dreams, be aware of how

(14:19):
you feel in your dreams because
they're a great indicator of how
you feel during your waking hours
and what you're going to be
manifesting because what you end up
manifesting in the future, even
though it's not very clear right now
because it's in the early stages
of creation, your
emotions tell you what you're
leading towards.
So it's really important to be aware

(14:41):
of what you're feeling.
And it's important to see if if
you're being chased by Tiger,
if you end up solving that issue
before you wake up or not, or if you
just wake up because you're so
afraid, everything has insight,
but
we have the ability to tap into.
Creation in
its, let's say, 60, 70, 80%

(15:03):
growth stage.
And when you do that, you get a
preview of the future.
Now, I have come to believe,
despite what one
of the greatest teachers, Esther
Hicks Abraham, makes, I don't know
if you're familiar with her work.
She is the one
when it comes to Law of Attraction.
She coined the term in the modern
days.

(15:24):
She channels and all this stuff.
And I specifically ask when I dream
something and it's
already at that mark where I know
it's going to happen,
Is it going to happen?
For sure.
And she said, No, you are the
creator of your own reality, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah. And it was
the first time I've ever disagreed
with Hicks because
at that time when I had that dream,

(15:45):
I had just dreamt
that my poor
father died in so many of my dreams
because he's an avatar.
I had a dream that my dad was
diagnosed with stage four cancer
and there was no cure
and he was not going to get
chemo. And he was he decided to just
lay down and live
out the final

(16:06):
days of his life, laying down
just as I just had an epiphany.
And I'll tell you what it was.
And he put a pillow down and he laid
down. And then I called my dad
because my dad lives in Iran and I
live in Los Angeles.
And I said, Dad, how
are you doing? What's going on?
And he said, I'm fine.
I said, How is everyone on your side
of the family? Said, they're fine.
And I said, Well, I had a death

(16:26):
dream.
He's like, don't worry about it now.
My dad is someone who would just
make me feel okay.
And sometimes if he's not doing
well, he won't tell me because I'm
so far. But he knows if I have a
death dream, you've got to, you
know, be honest about it.
So a week later, I have another
dream that my dad's in a hospital
room and his
best friend's with him and

(16:47):
he is dying.
And I said, Dad, are you okay?
And his best friend's like, Don't
worry, I'm taking care of him.
I'm with him every step of the way.
And then I saw his body die,
literally go into rigor mortis.
And then I remember the funeral,
call my dad up, my dad,
like, what are you not telling me?
This is really dead on?
I watch your body die.

(17:10):
And he said, well,
my little brother, his little
brother just got
diagnosed with cancer.
We don't know what
stage it's at.
I said, Dad, it's stage four.
It's the worst. He's got two months
to live from the first dream.
And you know, my dad
is a believer. Everyone I know is a
believer. So they said he said,

(17:30):
okay. I said, this is the first time
that I have dreamt.
With such detail, like a diagnosis
and all that stuff.
And sure enough, I called my uncle,
which I hadn't talked to in about a
year. I have one final
face time with him and then
he gets submit.
He gets admitted to the hospital
and he had to be in ICU by himself

(17:52):
for the remaining time of his life.
And he died six weeks later.
And the dream was so
comforting because I remember
the best friend being with him and
his wife and just his wife had
just died a year prior.
So it kind of felt like his
wife was the best friend in the
dream. And she was with him the
whole time. And he wasn't alone.

(18:13):
Now, I could be making that part up,
but since everything else was so
drawn and accurate, I'm just going
to go with that.
And I told my dad, I said
that you better get to his city
right away and say your goodbyes.
And he's like, Well, once
you know, something happens, we
still don't know.
I said, Dad, I told you by that time
you got like three weeks.

(18:33):
So we got him a shuttle
and got him to that city right away.
And I said, Go in the hospital, Tell
him if he needs to go. Like, I
guided him through the process.
And, of course, my dad was one of
the last people or the last person
who visited him and he died.
And it was just
interesting because.
I don't think that I could have
changed that reality.

(18:54):
I don't think anyone could have
changed that reality.
So when Mr. Hicks said.
You can't, you know,
rely completely on dreams.
You can change anything because
at this, at last, at the last
minute, then I didn't
I couldn't agree because that
was out of my hand. That was not my
creation. That was his creation.

(19:15):
He was supposed
to go and I got an advance preview.
Now, there were things I was able to
do because I saw the dream.
I get my dad over there and
talk to him and feel comforted
that he's not alone, even though
he's alone.
But I really don't feel that
that was something
that I could have controlled.
So I do think there is a point of no

(19:36):
return when the energy
is strong enough
and the momentum is so strong
that there is no going back.
And ironically, Esther Hicks also
says that she says sometimes it's
already too far
in motion and you just have to jump
out the plane and hope you land.
So there's a little bit of
contradiction there.

(19:56):
But for me,
I'm pretty much that
set set in the way
that I'm thinking about this.
But I do think that a lot of dreams
that we have do give you a preview
of what you should and can change,
just not the ones that feel so real
that they feel like a memory.
Now, the next question everybody
asks me, How can you tell the

(20:17):
difference between a prophetic dream
and one that is just
another dream?
And whether it's a visitation
dream from the dead or whether it's
a prophetic dream, It's like a
memory, and it has
the lasting power and the details
of a real memory.
And it fades because everything
fades, memory fades,

(20:38):
our greatest memories fade.
But the details are so vivid
that when you wake up, no matter
what else you've been dreaming, that
thing will stand out and make sure
that it gets your attention and
you're remembering every tiny
little detail of it.
And I came up with
that on my own.
But I went to see John Edwards

(20:58):
with a friend. I don't know if you
know who he is. He's like a very
famous medium.
Medium? Yes.
Medium. Yes. I talked to dead people
and.
I remember being there.
And mind you, when my son died
a few months later, he came to
me in a dream. I said, Dad, I am
no longer a kid.
If you want to think of me as a
human, think of me as someone in

(21:20):
their prime. So someone in their
30s.
So from that point on, he showed up
as someone in their 30s, like a
young man. But I would have the same
relationship with him.
So prior to seeing John Edwards,
like two years ago, I remember
having this vivid dream.
I spent an entire day with my
grandson, dead son,
because he died when he was four.
And we saw

(21:41):
John Edwards. And the two things he
said, because he spoke to me was
like, whose kid died?
And I said, me in a car accident?
Yes. He said, he just wants to tell
you that he is always going
to be a grown up when he shows up.
And I said, I know.
And that and then somebody else.
How do you tell the difference
between a visitation Dreams and his
answers is exactly the same thing.
He said, The dreams that

(22:02):
are really important are the ones
you remember, and they are.
They don't fade the same way, and
they seem very vivid.
So we
didn't ask. But here.
No, that's that's fascinating.
And just a real quick follow
up. Was that John Edwards, he used
to have a very popular television
show. Is that from the telephone?
Was that where was that?

(22:23):
He did have a television show, but
no, this was an actual live
event. He does live events where
like the Hilton or where they
do seminars and things like that.
And it's just the audience goes
there. He picks a row
and he picks the person like
he says.
And that side of that row,
somebody's dad died

(22:44):
in a fire.
And you tend to not get
up if you're in another room.
So he has to be dead
on or nothing.
And everything he does, he's like,
please do not get up at the other
end of the aisle like it or
the other end of the row.
If I say somebody died.
And this he literally looked at
somebody was like, okay,

(23:06):
someone over there, they died.
They lost their legs, blah, blah,
blah. You know, it was like so dead
on. And they're perfect for me, you
know, And he does a
lot of reassurance and
confirmations, but I get those on my
own. So I was like, There is nothing
more.
I want to ask your advice for
how to have prophetic dreams.
But before I get to that,
you know, I myself have had

(23:28):
many dreams about things before
they've happened and it
happens to some people.
How long in your experience
from having the dream to something
happening in real life, does it
usually take?
Well, my personal experience
has been anywhere ranging from
two and a half months to the same
day, for instance.

(23:48):
So you had a dream
about winning the lottery.
Is that true?
I did. The dreams.
I did, yeah.
That's one that I've been and
spoken about publicly quite a bit.
And what was the time difference
between that from the dream to
when you won the lottery?
That was about three months,
right around three months.

(24:09):
So it kind of somewhat
fits my timeline
because, you know, it's all very
I mean, technically, you could dream
about it a year before if it's
already set in motion, there's no
going back.
But it's really complicated
because I say in my book
that intuition and inner
wisdom is not quantifiable.

(24:30):
The logical mind wants to make sense
of everything and make it really
just fit into our version
of life.
But it's not quantifiable
for everybody. It's different for
me. My window is this,
and it helps that I have a very
accurate window because then I know
when it's coming.
But sometimes I do get
messed up because I'll

(24:52):
have a dream. For example, I had a
dream that I got a phone call
and I saw my grandmother dead
or she was laying, you know, looking
like she was dead.
So that was
last November.
And I freak out
in the morning and
well, in the dream, somebody said,
Hey, don't start predicting death

(25:12):
dreams right now.
Just chill for a minute.
So I woke up, I go to my mom's house
and I'm like, Mom, like, prepare
yourself. Like I had a death dream
about grandma. And then she said,
You didn't hear. I said, What
happened? She said, She is really
sick and we are admitting
her to the hospital and she did not
want to go to the hospital.
We're taking her right now.
She's like, You're not reading the

(25:32):
group chat.
I was like, What? The group chat
that has like 300 text per day?
No, I'm not reading it.
Even though I had multiple
dreams and this one was the first
time I saw the person.
I saw that I got the message.
I was so in denial
about my grandmother dying.
That.
I was really hoping that

(25:53):
the dream was just an
indicator of hearing that news
that day.
You know, I was hoping it was a same
day of that because it does happen.
But then I have like four other
dreams. And grandma herself, she's
the one I get the gifts from.
She was the one I got the gift from.
And the whole family
on her side has dreams.
So she was the one

(26:14):
who told me. She said, Grandpa
showed up in a dream, he's dead.
And he's packing my bags and
preparing my house.
And he said, Come on, back up, let's
go.
And she said, I'm dying,
you know? And I thought, well,
hopefully not Grandma.
She because she always had dreams,
but she wasn't.
As you know,

(26:35):
she she talked about her dreams,
even though they were not prophetic
sometimes. So you kind of hope
that that wasn't the case.
But I had so many other dreams that
followed. And seven and a half weeks
later, after that dream, my grandma
died. And I'm so mad at myself
because I couldn't get my back to
Iran to see her because even though
I knew she was going to die.

(26:55):
But afterwards,
as a comforting thought, I realized
that I got her death message through
the phone, just like
I did in real life.
So in my mind I said, okay,
that was already set in motion.
And when I they face time for
her body, she was laying
in that same position in that same
way. And, you know, she's one of

(27:16):
those people that I've grieved
the least in my life.
As with her, I
love her the most.
Aggrieved her the least because I
feel so connected to her.
And she's the one who taught me all
this stuff. And she's the reason why
I know so much that I do.
So I just know she's right here
and probably right here, right now.

(27:37):
So it's one of those things where
it's so funny. Somebody I love so
much have gotten to the point where
I'm not like a mess.
She's guided me through so much.
It's amazing that the dreams have
so many perks because you have
prophecy, you have visitations,
you have just ramblings.
There's so many different versions.
I love dreams so much.
Everyone says, Why do you want to

(27:58):
sleep so much?
I just want to get information
because life is so unpredictable
when you're awake. But when I go to
sleep, when I get some info, it's
helpful. But of course, when I wrote
the Intuition Bible, I couldn't just
talk about dreams because there's so
many levels and layers of intuition
and dreams just happened to be one
of them.
That is fascinating.
And that's a beautiful story about

(28:18):
your grandmother. We are here with
Happy Allie.
He is the author of The Intuition
Bible How and Why to Tap
Into Your Inner Wisdom.
And we will put a link to that in
the show notes.
If you're listening to this and in
the description of this YouTube
video, if you're watching on
YouTube.
But happy, you mentioned that this
is a gift from your

(28:39):
grandmother. It came from your
family. Like this is genetic,
is I'm not speaking for you, but
that's what I heard
you say.
So if that is coming
that way, can people
learn this outside of that?
If if they don't have people
in their life that already
are doing this?

(29:00):
And how can someone
increase their ability to have
prophetic dreams or increase their
intuition?
First of all, the reason that is
genetic in this case or
feels genetic in
this case is because
she fostered
the concept.
She didn't dismiss the concept

(29:20):
where you are
a living human as we all are.
We know there is a big debate about
nature versus nurture.
Some things you're born genetically
predisposed to and to some things
you are just exposed to.
And it's always a 5050 answer.
So we can have
someone who was born with the gift

(29:42):
of prophecy but
has no idea that what it
what they're capable of doing and
they just never have a single
prophetic dream or even know how to
analyze it.
But I do believe that what
was special about my family is that
we talked about our dreams.
We gave it airtime.
We made it something that was
important, and we didn't dismiss

(30:02):
it. I think that's what's important
about our family.
And that's how she handed it down
to me, because my half sister,
who is from my dad's side, also has
prophetic dreams.
And I know a lot of people who are
prophetic dreams is when you give
it airtime, when you give something
time and space
and consider it important,

(30:22):
your subconscious mind brings it to
the forefront.
Now we're all genetically
born with the ability to dream.
There's not a single human being
that does not dream.
And I don't think how I dream is
any different than anybody else's.
I think how I've nurtured my dreams
is different because
I'm a prophetic dreamer.

(30:43):
But I wasn't considered a prophetic
dreamer in the early 20
tens or prior to that.
It was only when I saw confirmation
and I paid more attention and I
wrote it down more, and
I really started to hone the
skill just like anything else.
Now I want to get into the
subconscious really quick because
this will apply to everything

(31:04):
intuition related.
The subconscious mind is your
gatekeeper.
It's what allows you to experience
life the way that you experience
it. Now, your listeners might
be familiar with the Law of
Attraction.
How when you think something, you
attract that into your life
and the subconscious mind is the
same. There's something called the

(31:25):
reticular activating system in our
brains called the wrasse.
And what it is, it is our physical,
biological version of law of
Attraction.
It filters out
all the data that's in your
life and whittles
it down to what
is important and relevant in your
life.

(31:45):
So at each moment
we're getting millions of bits of
data be coming
at us. It's thrown at us from all
our senses and
we can only process around 100
and something.
So your subconscious has to
figure out what's important and
delete around 2 million.
It's .9999 6%

(32:08):
of the data that's coming in
and getting stored in your body and
memory.
99.999%
has to be deleted for
you to get something
to come to your conscious awareness
that does not throw off
your equilibrium and
it does not make you feel unstable

(32:28):
in life.
And so whatever
you're getting has to be in
alignment with your beliefs.
That's why your
belief system is really important.
And what you think is important is
really imperative
when you want to have a different
experience in your life.
If you are convinced that
there is no such thing as intuition.

(32:49):
Guess what? Your subconscious mind
will prove to you that intuition
maybe is for some, but not for you.
It will prove to you what
you need to believe, because
living in this body is hard enough
as it is.
So if you want to enhance your
intuitive abilities or your
anything, any of the levels

(33:10):
of intuition, whether it's just a
hunch all the way to prophetic
dreaming or even channeling, when
you receive like conscious thought
from a higher frequency,
you have to prioritize it and you
have to believe in it.
So in my book, I really go
into detail about you need to
discover the language of
your own subconscious mind.

(33:31):
You need to figure out your
superpower, your path of least
resistance and start from there and
let that expand.
And for some people, it's one
thing. For some people it's another.
Now, I have a gut check that
I do that I teach my children.
What you do is you think of
something that's true.
You scan your body, your upper body
right around here.
And scan it.

(33:52):
How do you.
Mentally scan your body to see
what you feel in this region?
And you think of something that you
know to be absolutely true and
you see what part of your body
lights up and then you think of
something that's absolutely false
and see what part of your body
lights up.
And then you keep testing it over
and over and over and over until
you're familiar with those sights

(34:13):
and sensations.
Then you can ask a question some
along the lines of, is this
a good move for me to make?
Is this aligned with my purpose?
And you'll see what part of your
body lights up and usually
it's pretty dead on
where it matches.
But but here's the thing.

(34:34):
Not everybody has the ability to
feel that way because
there's so many different forms.
Not everybody has
that ability. I have twin boys.
They're seven and a half.
And one is emotional.
Very intuitive.
And just a walking
bag of feelings.
And he can't see somebody else.

(34:56):
Otherwise he'll start crying.
The other one is mental.
Very much in the mind.
A perfectionist.
Everything has to be perfect.
He's the master at
manifesting like he
has shown me.
Time and time again how
we can manifest things that
I do not want them to have.
And from sources that

(35:17):
are unpredictable, he's incredible.
He is incredible.
And I'm always in all of his
manifestation powers.
And he's been doing that since he
was a little kid.
But we do the same exercise.
We do the gut check and he gets
nothing in its tummy.
He gets absolutely nothing that
his name is Dario, but Cyrus.
The other one, on the other hand,
always has a reliable
tummy informational,

(35:39):
you know, output.
But Dario has other talents.
So that's why when I wrote
the book, for example, I made sure
I covered a lot of different areas
where you or anyone
could have a path of
least resistance.
So that will allow them
to tap into their intuition.
The good thing is the universe is

(36:00):
always talking to you,
whether it's your guardian angels,
whether it's God,
whatever it is, somebody is always
taking care of you and talking to
you and guiding you, telling you
where you're messing up, where there
are patterns that you need to fix.
There's always a voice helping
you, a guide helping you.
But the system was designed

(36:20):
in a way that if you are totally
clueless, there
will always be another way.
There will always be another way
to get the message to you, to the
point where if you really
can't get it, you will make
a friend who just happens to
give you the best advice and
that will be like the most external

(36:41):
version of it to where there
will always be a messenger.
Now, wouldn't it be great if the
messenger was through you?
So you don't need to have that
friend and
you know the universe at large that
your external world is
definitely always giving you
messages everywhere, from parking
tickets to winning the lottery to
whatever it is, every little

(37:02):
thing. Because there are no
coincidences. There's always a
message giving you a heads up
as to how you're doing on this
particular topic.
So the more you become aware
and the more you notice a world
as an extension of your body and
you living in your personal
universe, the more you realize it
goes far beyond your inner feelings
and dreams. It extends out to the

(37:23):
physical world.
I know it's an oxymoron, intuition
and outer world, but
we're so galaxy is just you.
So I hope that answered
that question kind of.
I don't even remember the question
that is.
No, it is so interesting.
And if you were to
tell someone.

(37:44):
Everyone is very
interested and what's the quickest
way to do this and that.
But what is the quickest way?
Is there even a quick way to
substantially increase your ability
to tap into intuition or to manifest
something into your life?
What is the quickest way to get
answers from the universe?
The most effective way is pay
attention and clear head.

(38:05):
Because first of all,
whether it's
dreaming or just intuitive
gut feelings, you need to be
clear headed.
You need to have as clean of
a body as possible.
Now, I'm not saying don't eat meat
because I know a lot of people say
be vegetarian.
If you want to be a vegetarian, be a
vegetarian. Just help you
not have to process a lot of food,

(38:27):
a lot of, you know, heavy foods.
But if you're drinking every
night or your,
you know, eating things that are
making you heavy or
just things that are not letting you
sleep, well, that
is the first thing. So your physical
aspect needs to be in the best
state. You need to make sure that
you're sleeping well, that you are
eating well enough not

(38:48):
to have distractions,
you know? So that's the first
aspect. Second thing is
to make sure that you put the
request forth saying,
Hey, I want to
be more intuitive.
I want to access my drinks,
whatever it is, be specific and
don't be so
broad, Be specific.
Say I just want more intuition, I

(39:08):
want more insight.
And then you have to back it up with
a why you don't back
it up with a why.
There is no,
you know, momentum being built
because there's a lot of factors
that are put into place.
Now. I do this thing where I go
to the grocery store and try to
spend like $100 and,
you know, try to see without
calculating if I can get it

(39:30):
as close to $100 as possible
and see if my intuition will guide
me. But let me tell you something.
Most of the times it fails.
The few times that it's really good
is when I only have $100 to spend.
If I only have $100 to spend my
why is high.
So when I'm walking through the
aisles, I instinctively
know which one to grab and which one

(39:50):
to put away. I remember one
time I had 100 and something.
I don't remember the number.
It's in the book.
I was at the checkout
and I immediately felt like I need
to take one item out and put it to
the side.
And I did, and it was within
a few cents from the number.
Now that the desire
just happy because I just feel like

(40:11):
it intuition kicks in more
when there's a need for it
and we have a need for it in
our lives. We do have a need, but
you have to feel like you need it.
You have to summon it.
You can't just open a door and say,
Come in anything.
I want everything to come in.
You have to have a need and a
desire. If you're a manifester, you
know the things that you need,

(40:32):
you always manifest.
If you're in a good place, the
amount of money that you need
usually comes.
It's the wants that people have
the hardest time manifesting.
They want to go on this luxury trip,
but you know, their bills
are usually paid.
Most people, if you're living in
alignment.
And so the need
needs to be there.

(40:52):
And for me, I need to be
a value to the world I need
to be Now.
There's so much riding on my
intuition that I needed to be
better because I want to be a better
teacher.
So the more you put
emphasis on needing it without
putting too much resistance on it.
Now you can't say I need this
because then I will be worthy

(41:13):
because that's a worthy issue.
You know, you've got to be worthy
before you.
But I want to say I would love.
Wouldn't it be nice?
I would love to have extra guidance
in my life.
And I believe that
I have the resources within
me to receive extra resources
in my life. I am open
to whatever type of communication

(41:35):
that comes my way as long as
it's on my level
or greater and it's for the greater
good.
So you kind of have to set the
intention for it.
Now you can say I
there is too much opposing
information in this world right now.
The news and all this stuff and all
this social media content.
I would love to have an

(41:56):
inner guidance that will tell me how
to decipher this information
and I care enough
to give it time.
Now, if you want to grow muscles
at the gym, you're going to go
put in the time.
A lot of people, they want intuition
or they want prophetic dreams, but
they just want to say a mantra and

(42:16):
be done with it.
Yes, you will have to
give yourself time to sleep
a little bit earlier so you can
drift off a little bit better and
have a longer quality
sleep. And the enemy
of dreams.
I got to tell you, this is
the alarm clock.
The alarm clock is the greatest way

(42:36):
to forget your dreams.
You can have the best dream.
Have the alarm clock wake
you up because it's not a gradual
exit from the dreamscape.
You will forget a lot of stuff.
So I always say to your enemy is the
alarm clock if you're trying to
dream.
And what about writing dreams down?
Because, you know, I've
had that's something I do.

(42:57):
If if there's a dream that I
think means something.
And the real like in this reality,
I write it down.
And that's oftentimes how
I'll remember. What do you think
about that?
I think it's the most important
thing because first of all, I say
write every dream down.
So I kind of give the instructions
in my book. But and I say write the
dreams down and
categorize them by emotions or how

(43:18):
you felt.
So this one made me feel like this.
This one made me feel like this.
This one felt very urgent,
this one. So you kind of categorize
that based on the feelings
and you just write it.
So I encourage people to give
themselves a good year.
I'm just writing everything down,
writing how they felt.
So it's double journals.

(43:39):
The journal is one is waking
up, whether it's the middle of the
night or in the morning, and you
write everything down.
And then another journal is your
real journal.
What has happened in your life?
If you play a little bit of
detective, you know,
start like trying to correlate stuff
you will find that allow.
When I had that dream,
that made me feel very clear.

(44:01):
Two months later, this thing
happened.
Then you start correlating them
because another thing that happens
is the symbology of the
dreams are very inaccurate
and different. So, you know, there's
all dreams, dream books
that say if you have a
snake in your dream or if you dream
of a snake, it means this, it means
money or whatever.
So the symbols for

(44:23):
some dream interpreters are
very universal.
But I don't believe that because I
believe our subconscious works in a
very personalized
way. And why?
What will mean one thing to you will
mean something else to me.
I have a death avatar.
It's my old bosses as there
actually two of them old bosses from
the 90s.

(44:43):
And when I see them, I just know
someone's going to die.
It doesn't matter what the dream is
like. I don't know what's going on.
You know, I had a dream like
three months ago.
I saw my death avatar.
There was a bunch of dogs.
I'm like, okay, I know her.
She's here.
Someone's going to die.
It's either going to be a dog or
someone with a bunch of dogs.
And sure enough, one of my really
good friends who had like three dogs

(45:04):
died on a two month mark.
And I feel
like such a dumb person because I
did not call him.
We were supposed to meet, but I was
like, Gosh, he had dogs.
Like, what was I thinking?
But it was a girl in the dream.
So I just and the people that
were dealing with his dogs were
girls after.
So I got, you know, sometimes
the dreams help and sometimes

(45:24):
they're just like, someone's going
to die or gone to a funeral or
something, you know, someone's
having a baby.
You know, my niece, my cousin's wife
had a baby.
And before she got pregnant, like
getting pregnant, she's like, No,
I'm not. I said, We'll see whether
or not she got pregnant.
Wow.
And what is this death avatar
that you see? Like what actually is
the avatar? What are you seen

(45:46):
as?
Literally my boss
from my back.
So she's in any dream
and somebody dies or her husband.
Her husband was the one who was in
the back seat of the car and the
first accident dream.
And then he just kept showing up.
And when she died, when
the actual woman died for real.
The one whose death. Avatar.

(46:06):
Lady Flora.
When Flora died, I wasn't
sure if from that moment
on, if I saw her, if it was
a visitation or if it was going to
be another death prediction,
because I thought, okay, now my
subconscious has maybe concluded
this chapter. So I had to make sure
to keep writing down and being aware
of stuff. But it turns out her

(46:28):
avatar continues earlier.
I'm going to jump back a little bit.
Earlier in the conversation,
you mentioned the lottery,
and I had a dream about that before
it happened in real life.
And I've interviewed quite a few
people that have some of them
have had dreams about it before it's
happened. One person dreamt of their
grandmother showing him

(46:48):
the lottery numbers
that he was going to win and to
check the ticket.
Other people have had all kinds
of experiences similar, and some
people actually believe that they've
manifested it.
And in media, there's a story
recently where someone wrote down
numbers and put it under his pillow.
He didn't win on those numbers, but
he was and he doesn't even say

(47:09):
that he was actively trying to
manifest. So I can't say that.
But I have interviewed people that
believe that they have manifested
lottery jackpots.
What's your opinion on that sort of
thing manifest in luck or
prizes money in your life?
Well, I obviously
everyone manifests it in their lives
or that they do it intentionally or

(47:29):
not. So whether
you had help manifesting
from your higher self or whether you
did it very intentionally, your
manifesting it, there is nothing in
our lives that we experience that
is not a direct reflection of what's
going on within us.
But sometimes you can manifest
things consciously or working
really hard on it, and sometimes
it's your soul's trajectory.

(47:51):
Your soul was intending
for you to have a different
life that maybe not having money.
Would not allow you to have.
So it would give you
the opportunity to have money from
this point on so you can pursue
something else in your life and
you're not doing the 9 to
5 like everybody else's.
It's a really complicated question.

(48:12):
But if someone is trying
to manifest.
The lottery.
That's a different question.
You have to look at the different
facets of.
Having money. Like, what is money
mean to you?
Does it mean freedom?
Does that mean that you
are going to have more time?
Does that mean feeling worthy?

(48:34):
Does that mean feeling like
you are better than everyone else?
It doesn't matter what it is.
There are certain fast.
There are certain things that come
with money, as you know.
And when you
manifest something, you kind
of have to be in alignment with all
the repercussions of all of that
as well. So you have
to have the desires

(48:54):
and alignment be
a match to all of it.
When you want to manifest anything,
otherwise you will get the money,
but it will take up more of your
time. So it's good to be clear
about why you want to manifest the
lottery or what you
want it to do for you in your life.
Because somebody could manifest a
lottery in their life changes

(49:15):
very little. Like they don't
tell a single soul that
it doesn't. I don't even I mean, I
would love to interview on my show,
find out how life has changed
for you. It's not like
I'm going to win the lottery and my
life is going to be perfect from
this point on because now you have a
whole new onslaught of troubles
or different things that pop up.
But it's really when one manifests

(49:36):
money, you have to really think
about what you want.
And why is it important
to have that level of
what that amount of money in your
bank account?
Because I feel like I've won the
lottery in my life
and I feel like I've won the life
lottery.
And the life lottery
means I have everything that I need

(49:57):
when I need it.
And I have free time when I need
it. I have self-worth that
everything that I would assume
someone wants from the lottery.
I feel like I have it.
And I
was just doing a mantra like I do
these little things.
I was like, If I win the lottery,
can you win? Can I win it after
my book is released?

(50:17):
Not before. So every little
of that dollars that go into my
pocket feel just a little bit more
exciting or the success just
feels a tad bit more exciting
than it is just adding to
the ocean of the money that I have.
So it was funny because I found
myself not wanting to win the
lottery because I'm not even playing
it right now, by the way.
But sometimes I do play it.

(50:40):
I don't know. We're under this
impression that we're supposed to
come and live the most comfortable
life possible while we're
here.
And a lot of people don't realize
that that's not what we came here
for. We came here to transform
and become more than we were.
And that requires
experiences that sometimes

(51:02):
push our boundaries
and rediscovering
our self-worth.
Knowing who we are.
And sometimes it's not
having something that lets
you gain more
self-worth or acquire
more self-worth and meaning
in your life than just having things

(51:23):
handed to you. Now, you know, I
know for sure, you know, by winning
the lottery, it didn't come with
your self-worth and all that
stuff. Like you're not all of a
sudden.
You know, there's a lot of stuff
that's still there.
You know, I'm sure of it.
I don't know you. I literally have
had one conversation with you and
this is it, that a lot of the issues

(51:44):
kind of stayed the same.
But now, you know, your money,
you know, you have don't have to
worry about money.
But we're here to transform rich
here to grow. And I think
winning money and having a fortune
is slightly overrated, in my
opinion.
But if you want it, there is no
reason why you can't have it.
You just have to like.
Economy truly from within.

(52:04):
If you're deliberately manifesting
anything, just remember mantras,
manifestation
boxes, or whatever the heck, they're
not enough.
Something within you has to shift
when something within you shifts.
The outside world has to
change itself to match

(52:24):
and reflect what's happening on
you, on your insides.
I guess if you
want something on the outside to
change, something has to happen
inside. There is no going about
it because if you
like, this happens a lot.
People try to manifest money
in the manifest money and
they immediately get a bill that is

(52:45):
equivalent to the money they just
manifested or they
manifest something and then it
disappears right away.
It's only because they did all
the steps it requires to manifest
something that there was no internal
shift.
So even though the external world
shifted long enough for them to
experience that thing that high,
it has to revert back to their old

(53:05):
self. It has to, because
the world is always reflecting
what's within.
And that is so fascinating.
And that's what spiritual teachers
and many people do.
So it sounds very wise that the
outside reflects what is on the
inside that we
are here with Happy Allie.
He's the author of The Intuition
Bible How and Why to Tap Into Your

(53:27):
Inner Wisdom.
We will put
links to this book in the shownotes
or description of this video,
but happy.
Where can people find
more about you and find out more
about your book?
Well, my Instagram
is Happy Insights official,

(53:47):
so Happy Insights Dot Net
is basically my website, which you
can find everything and
it's everywhere. From Amazon, Barnes
Noble, Walmart Target.
You can find my book anywhere
but just put in Happy Alley or Happy
insights and I will pop up.
Yeah, but my Instagram is fun
because I talk about
so many different things on how

(54:08):
to improve your life.
I talk about manifestation and I
talk about intuition.
I talk about the self, how
I really wanted to create
a platform where I
don't just talk about spiritual
stuff and I talk about scientific
things too, all related to having
a better life because
I had a near-death experience when I

(54:28):
was 17, which.
Gave birth to this
spiritual version of me to the level
that it is now.
This is in 1995, and
I pretty much
could teach spiritual anything
by the time, you know, I
was 20 something.
But I chose to go back to school
to get my psych degree because I

(54:49):
believe that balance
is key in this world.
Too many people rely on
a one sided version of truth
to be able to navigate
life, and I feel that
you always need to at least
dip into the opposing
force or idea and find
your balance in the middle.

(55:09):
Because whenever you're too
lopsided, you will fall over
and there are as many
realities as there are perspectives.
But the more you know
the opposing ideas, the better you
can find this dance in the middle.
So that's why I always like to blend
well. I say spirituality with a
sprinkle of science because it is a
sprinkle, but

(55:31):
it's there. So.
Yes, you can find the area.
Link three happy insects everywhere.
Amazing too.
And what is the podcast?
My podcast is called Happy Insights
Podcast and
it's basically stuff, everything
from reincarnation to soulmates

(55:51):
to dreams to
aliens, whatever it is.
And I you know, I have
I talk about everything.
And I have fun guests on the show,
but I'm going to do less guests
because the guest shows tend to be
so long as you know.
Well, this guest show is absolutely
fascinating and I love the

(56:12):
sound of that podcast.
So with your you mentioned the
near-death experience.
What was that?
So it was a self-inflicted
near-death experience.
I was supposed to die.
I was hoping I was going to die.
And the thing is, I did not try
to kill myself because life was so
horrible.
I just didn't see the point because
everyone I knew was older than me

(56:34):
and they seemed to all have the
same troubles.
Money, troubles, love of troubles,
self-confidence, troubles.
It was always the same thing, same
topics. And everyone seemed to have
the same issues, regardless of where
they were in their lives and what
they had.
And so being the 17
year old that I was, I was very
curious like, can we just skip

(56:55):
fast forward and go to the next
stage of life, which to me is death.
And so I was just curious.
I was really curious.
I was kind of don I was living on my
own in Los Angeles.
My family was in Iran.
And I was just like, all right,
let's finish us off.
So after a few attempts,
one night I decided to
cook about 100 sleeping pills in

(57:15):
my spaghetti and eat it,
hoping that that was going to do the
trick.
I don't even know if it was going
to, so I ate.
Most of that food was the most gross
spaghetti I ever had.
Bitter spaghetti.
God, I need to get more creative or
trying to do that again.
Anyway, so I ate most of my
spaghetti. I lay down to go to sleep
and I think I

(57:36):
was just about
falling asleep when I heard the
phone rang.
And it was my mom.
It was nighttime in my time zone and
it was afternoon in her time zone
and she had an afternoon nap or
something that she had a dream
that I wasn't eating well
and that she was worried.
So she called me, said I had a bad
dream.

(57:56):
You're not eating well.
Make sure you eat well.
We are a prophetic dreamer.
So, yeah, that
one was a really helpful one because
what happened was I looked at the
plate of spaghetti saw.
It's the little bit of spaghetti in
the corner of the plate and thought,
Gosh, I promised my mom I got
to eat this. So I
decided to take that last little

(58:17):
bite. And guess why it was so gross
that I keep my gag reflex in.
And I threw
up everywhere and passed
out.
Now, I wouldn't really call this a
near-death experience if it wasn't
for the experience because my body
did not actually my stomach
got pumped at that moment.
And I went into

(58:39):
a state of unconsciousness
and.
So technically, my
body did not go through a
near death.
You know, some people die and then
they have to revive them.
But my mind and my consciousness
did, because when I went to sleep,
I didn't think I was ever going to
wake up.
It didn't dawn on me that I just
puked out all the poison.

(59:00):
So I had the same
tapping into higher consciousness
experience that a lot of people do.
And I downloaded.
Lot of information When I woke
up in the morning, first of all, I
felt amazing.
I had never felt so alive
and incredible, but I just knew
stuff that I did
not know the night before.

(59:22):
I
First of all, I knew that we were
all energy. There was no death.
I knew that we have
way more power over our lives than
we could ever imagine.
I knew the eternity of exist
of, you know, this world,
the eternal aspect of
our existence.
And I knew that
we had the power

(59:44):
to be happy because I went to
sleep with the question or with
the intention of I don't want to do
this because everyone seems to be
miserable.
And if it's going to be just that
for the rest of my life, I don't
want to do it. And it gave me
exactly the answer
that I was seeking, which
was how to be happy.
And if the answer was
the only way to be happy is to

(01:00:05):
change your perspective on any
topic, and you can do it at any
time or change your focus,
which was, you know, for me,
huge at that moment because no one
had talked about that.
It was the 90s with not like we had
an internet and now
it sounds so plain.
But at that moment I figured
out the secret to happiness, which
was being a master

(01:00:27):
of perspective, being
someone who deliberately chooses
how to view their life and their
situation and always
finding something light
in the darkness.
And that was huge.
But at the same time, I also had so
many other experiences.
I was seeing
energy. I was seeing things happen
like two seconds early.

(01:00:47):
I would see a door open, someone
walk in, but I'd look at a door.
It was still closed and then two
seconds later someone walks in.
So I was having these
moments that were not
explainable.
You could not explain them with a
logical mind and that put
a crack into my reality.
Just just destroyed
what I knew before, but with

(01:01:08):
answers.
It wasn't like, here
now you see, it is.
There's no answer.
I had it was like I was plugged into
something greater. And every time I
had a question, the answer would
just come immediately.
And it was like introduction
to we are tapped into a greater
resource and
we have access to it.
But you have to be in the mind

(01:01:29):
frame.
What would be a better mind?
Freedom from me completely releasing
my attachment to the physical
world. Now, I don't recommend
anybody try this because,
you know, my suicide attempt just
happened to be the best thing that
ever happened to me.
But a lot of people, they don't hit
that, you know, sweet
spot. But meditation will get

(01:01:49):
a lot of people there because
what happened to me then is
something that I teach now.
And of course, I had to immediately
change my
name because I knew it was going to
be fleeting. Everyone told me, you
just had an experience, it's going
to be gone. You're not going to be
happy for the rest of your life.
And I said, You know what?
One day I was like, My name is
happy.

(01:02:09):
And it just stuck.
And then the people that didn't know
me didn't know me and people that
knew me, and it made sense.
And the people didn't know me.
It just assumed that was my name and
I legalized it.
And so my name
is legally happy and
it's been for since
1995.
Or, you know, whenever it was, I
became a citizen because that's when

(01:02:30):
I was free to do it.
But it's been since 1995.
And.
It's my only identity.
So but I love
it. But, you know, when my son died
and I wasn't happy anymore,
I had this, like,
light, this beacon of light that
was my name that pulled
me out of it eventually because I

(01:02:51):
knew I couldn't change my name and I
had to live up to my name.
So I knew I had to work my way
back to happy.
But I got kind of got
lost into other studies because
I studied the Kabbalah for eight
years and all this stuff right
after. And it was not until I
discovered the Law of Attraction
that I realized that what I had
experienced that night was really

(01:03:12):
valid because a lot of the studies
of I teachings
of astrophysics and the Law of
Attraction overlapped greatly
over the stuff that I started
writing when I was 17.
And I knew that if there was
so much overlap, then it was
legitimate, you know, And it
wasn't just me making stuff up, even
though there was so much proof.
Everything that I've experienced

(01:03:33):
because I am a
very logical person, I always
ask for proof after
I never asked for proof before.
Because when you ask for proof,
before you put in the logical mind
first and the logical mind
will block anything from happening,
I have my experiences.
Then I say, Hey, was this real?

(01:03:53):
You know, when my son died and he
was visiting me, I could feel him in
my body. It was this incredible
thing that he would come into my
body. And then I thought,
Am I making this up?
Show me something more, make it more
dramatic.
And then, of course, this crazy
stuff started happening that was so
dramatic that I couldn't
you know, it was beyond like,
things you can make up in your

(01:04:14):
imagination.
So I always ask for proof.
Eventually. I just don't do it in
the beginning because sometimes that
hinders the curiosity process.
So with when you have spiritual
communication, when your son comes
to you, when spirits
come to you in general,
how can someone do that?
Because we spoke on the phone before

(01:04:35):
this conversation briefly,
and you mentioned that you teach
your sons
how to connect with spirits,
how to speak to them
in dreams.
What do you mean and
how can someone do that?
I don't really teach my sons
in the way that you say it.
I kind of say it

(01:04:55):
as if this is how life works.
First of all, my children don't
understand the concept of
the separation of life and death.
For them, it's just one big life.
Sometimes you're alive and sometimes
you're healing and sometimes
you're not. So they've never been
so married to the concept we were
just talking about.
When I die, look for signs.

(01:05:16):
You know, we're talking about this
stuff because I talk about my death
all the time, because I know it's
inevitable in their life.
Hopefully I'm the one that dies
first.
But today we were driving
and one of my sons
asked me why.
Skies number is 1143.
And I said as soon
as I started talking about his.

(01:05:37):
That it was a time he was born.
And that's why 11.3
signifies Sky.
A pathfinder goes by and
a pathfinder is what
he died in a Nissan
Pathfinder. And I said, Well, you
see that car? That's the car that he
died in.
And then, like, the next.
It wasn't like even two seconds

(01:05:58):
after the car, after the license
plate said, Really?
And then and then it
was just funny.
We were just joking about it.
And the license plate after
was five, five, five
something and 555 was the number
we had for my best
friend who died.
So it was like back to back to back
to back.
And I looked at it and I said, hey,

(01:06:19):
look. See that these are signs.
If you don't look for them, you
won't find them.
And he's like, What's your number
going to be when you die?
I said, You decide that it's not
important what you, you know, just
feel it out.
Just know.
The one thing I want you to know is
that when I die, I'm not dead.
And I'm trying to make sure that
you're okay. So make sure that
you're looking out for me or looking

(01:06:39):
for me.
And.
And to them, that's kind of what
they know.
And being with a
prophetic God as their only
father, I'm their only parent.
They, you know, they know that you
can see the future.
You know, it's just it's not part of
their they just know you
wake up down like, honey, I just

(01:07:00):
had a dream when my grandma died in
a dream.
We grieved her together collectively
that day.
I said, Grandma is dying.
And two, before I started
questioning the
the relevance or the importance of
that dream. I was like, honey,
grandma dying in,
you know, two months and
I was crying all night.
And they're like, Why are you crying?

(01:07:21):
I'm like, Is Grandma dying?
But she's not dead.
But I'm like, Honey, you know my
dreams. So they're raised with that.
But for other people that really
do want to connect, really
learning what your first first
of all, what your path of least
resistance is.
There are signs you can see signs
are really easy because in the
beginning you will just
know when something reminds you of

(01:07:42):
someone and then you can just assign
that to that person and then just
keep showing up.
But for me, I am
a clear ascension,
which is I feel things.
And I was not always this way.
I did have a persona, which is
like, you go ten days and you
you are quiet and you meditate for
ten whole days.

(01:08:02):
And I went there and I lasted five
days and I came home and I did it at
home. The persona which I turn off
the lights and put a little blinders
on. And I didn't speak to anyone for
4 or 5 days.
And about three days in, I started
feeling stuff in my body, feeling
energy in my body because that's
my path of least resistance.
I started feeling goosebumps in a
new way, just feeling energy.

(01:08:24):
But it was a feeling thing because
that was my superpower.
And then later, when Sky
died, years later,
like two years later,
the first time I was able to
communicate with him when I was
awake was through my body because
that was my path of least
resistance. So I can't tell people,
Hey, if you're going to feel
somebody's going to feel this

(01:08:45):
incredible sensation
going through your body, because
that's just not how it works for
everybody.
Had I not done the four day pass
and had the meditations and
really fine tuning that I
would have probably not been a
person who could feel the way
that I feel.
So it is you do have to nurture
it and discover The first thing you

(01:09:05):
can do is I have a meditation in the
book where I just have people close
their eyes and have them go through
a field and touch stuff, field
stuff, see stuff here, stuff.
And I always say, you know, whatever
was the loudest and the clearest
and crispest is usually your
first ability.
So if you're someone who can see the
flowers and the red flowers
and just see the sparkle and

(01:09:26):
whatever it is, the texture, most
likely you're more of a clairvoyant.
And for me, I always feel
everything.
So first you got to discover what
your superpowers are.
And once you discover your
superpower, then you have to believe
in something and then try to make
some sort of a connection.
Now, my son would show up, and
I remember the first time

(01:09:47):
he showed up for 20 minutes in my
body and I could just ask
yes or no questions and he would
just buzz more for a yes
question and buzz less
or just disappear?
Kind of.
What do you mean, buzz?
Just you felt like buzz or.
Yeah, imagine, like a goose bump.
That's like a baby.
Goosebumps or a big goosebump.

(01:10:07):
And then imagine a goose bump on
steroids.
Like hardcore.
You know, the hands in your hair.
Stand up.
Imagine if they're like, you
know, like, kind of like hardcore.
So it was kind of like that.
So the goose bump itself lasted
20 minutes.
The feeling of having some energy
inside of you that lasted
about 20 minutes and that's just not

(01:10:29):
really unheard of. I'd never
experienced that before.
But it got to a point where I could
be like, Hey, I'm going to call your
mom right now and see if she has any
questions. And she can you can
buzz. This is so important.
This is probably the biggest
thing I could relay.
When you die, your pure positive
energy.
Your frequency is high
because your body is what the drama

(01:10:50):
of life is. What keeps you down.
When you're grieving, your energy is
low.
So usually the communication
is really difficult because just
like law of attraction or a radio
signal, you need to match that
frequency to be able to communicate.
So the minute you're super sad or
somebody, a dead person, will try to
say hi and they say hi.
You feel their energy, you get sad,

(01:11:11):
you disconnect.
So that happened.
I remember the first time Mother,
my best friend, like entered
my body for the first time.
I was so happy because I could feel
the difference between her energy
and his energy, and I could tell
them apart.
But then I told her after a few
minutes, I said, I'm really sad
because I miss you. I remembered you

(01:11:32):
so. And as soon as I started crying,
it was gone. It was like nothing.
I could feel nothing.
And I even like
yeah, you can get.
So once you open up this doorway
and you believe and you tap in,
you can get so creative.
I wrote a letter to my best friend
saying, Why did you die?
And she gave me a full answer.
The next night she was like, I died

(01:11:53):
because, you know, my my soul's
trajectory with not having children
and being this, I came to do this
and I got sidetracked.
So I had to leave to go back on my
trajectory.
Next night, wrote another note
to my son. Why did you die?
Very clear answer.
I came to put a bunch of money
together and I left to put you on
your path and not

(01:12:14):
me. All of us.
Very clear.
So her answer was 1,000% selfish.
Not in a positive way.
In a very beautiful way.
And his was 100%
selfless in an equally beautiful
way.
So it wasn't like I was getting very
different answers and it was really,
really amazing.
But I played with it.
I toyed with it, I gave it.

(01:12:35):
I talk about, you see how I'm
talking about it right now.
Guess what's going to happen more
tomorrow and the next day?
Because my subconscious wants
to prove to me that I'm worthy of
writing this book.
So because I identify as
this person, it has to keep bringing
me more proof
because it has to keep me balanced.
Otherwise I will have a nervous
breakdown and be depressed and won't

(01:12:56):
want to do any of these interviews.
So but one
time I was just like, I think it was
January following the
following January, after the car
accident, I thought, This is a pile
of crap. I've just been imagining
all this.
I am pretending I'm getting goose
bumping into my son.
I'm having dreams because
I'm a delusional, grieving dad

(01:13:18):
like I because I just wanted
to feel depressed.
And then that night, I woke
up because I was drinking a lot.
Back then, I became a full
fledged alcoholic
and I was drinking a lot.
And then I woke up with two in the
morning because I had to be so bad.
And I get up to go to
the bathroom and I see this figure

(01:13:39):
standing next to my bed
and I'm like, Rachel, Rachel is the
wife, is that you?
And I realized that it was Tricia,
the dead one.
And also, like Tricia, it is you.
And I remember that image just
sounds scary, but it wasn't so.
I know. Don't be scared by this
story. This part.
I see it just come at me
and jump into my body, and

(01:14:00):
all of a sudden my visual field
is all black.
And then it starts coming back like
no TV's no kind of thing.
And the energy that's in
my body is beyond anything
I have experienced to this day.
It was like 1,000,000W
inside a thing that could not handle
that much.
And I thought my hands were just

(01:14:20):
flapping up and down and I was just
vibrating.
And I opened my eyes because my
visual field
was back to normal.
And I look at my hand and everything
is still so inside.
I'm feeling this loving,
amazing energy
that's just beyond anything I've
ever experienced.
Undeniably strong.

(01:14:41):
And and I'm just
smiling because I'm like, Wow,
Tricia, that's you.
Like, that's your energy level.
And this is how low I am now.
I don't know if it was amplified
because I was feeling like crap that
night.
All that was clear was that it was
very, very real
and nothing my imagination could

(01:15:01):
make up.
And I remember sitting with her for
about ten minutes and then
eventually saying, I got to pee
because I had to pee.
That's why I woke up and I
got up and of course everything got
back to normal and I went to pee in,
got her wife and say, Hey, your wife
just jumped in my body.
I know this sounds so weird when
I say it out loud.

(01:15:21):
All this crap sounds so weird, but
it's my life and it sounds
so normal to me.
Would you classify that as a good
temporary possession,
or would you say that that's just
more because she wanted you to
feel her energy or.
It was, let's just say a big hug?
I like that because it wasn't

(01:15:41):
like I wasn't conscious and or
aware.
It was just being filled with love.
It was the most intense love that I
have ever felt in my life.
And their energy is
way stronger than ours.
So she just probably just was like,
Let me give you a little extra.
You know, just let me just give
you. Because I was about to go
on a downward spiral because

(01:16:02):
I was literally and I had to take
care of I was holding people
up because I was the only one who
was getting the messages, who was
receiving all this help.
Everybody else was in full grief
and nobody else had this
help that I had.
So I feel like maybe there
was a bigger desire for me to stay
sane.
And maybe that was the reason why

(01:16:23):
she had to prove that she
existed.
And it was all real because
there was too much there was too
much going on. I mean, my life is
living proof that it was real.
I mean, my twins, one of them has
curly hair, one of her straight
hair, like everything is so dead on.
I even met my twins the morning
before they were born because she
went into premature labor, because I
was always worried I was going to

(01:16:44):
lose my children as children
again.
And I remember I met them at their
high school graduation.
And, you know, one was that less
scholar and more like
mental, and the other one was a
little shit.
I was I was on a skateboard
with long hair.
And of course, I got the same
exact two boys that
I woke up and they said, Your

(01:17:04):
surrogate's in labor in Mexico.
Get your butt over there now.
So I made my way to Mexico,
and he delivered two tiny
babies to me in a single hotel room
when I had a fever.
It was really fun.

Into Your Inner wisdom.
Again, the link is in the show notes

(01:17:24):
of this if you're listening or in
the description of this YouTube
video, if you're watching this on
YouTube.
But happy again,
I know we're running kind of short
on time here, but again, how much
where can people find you
on Instagram and your
website?
If you go to a link to be happy and
sites like all my links are there,
if you go anywhere, you'll find it.

(01:17:45):
But Happy Insights Official is
my account on Instagram
and all my links are linked in
there. My link tree is the best one
because it has everything.
You find the book, you can find the
podcast.
Yeah. So that's where you can find
me. Just go to Happy Insights.
Is there anything else that you
wanted to say today?
There's so many questions that we

(01:18:06):
could talk for hours, but is there
anything else that you wanted to say
today that I didn't ask
or that you just want to say or that
I don't know enough to ask?
The only thing that I would like to
share with people,
and I think this is where
my, you know, as a therapist
or a hypnotherapist or whatever it
kicks in, is that always

(01:18:26):
like, this is my message that I
would like to give. Always remember
that you're not alone and
just ask for help.
And you would be surprised how
many sources,
how many beings, how many energies
are there to help you?
But they can't help unless you ask.
And that goes with your intuition,

(01:18:46):
with your manifestation.
And if you complain about stuff
just makes you know all you're going
to get, like it's going to be
crappy. So just kind of monitor
what you're thinking and feeling and
just make sure that you know that
you're not alone.
Most people that I
work with and I take a lot of people
down. I do this thing called a hypno
activation session, and

(01:19:07):
I take people, they bring me
questions like, You have questions
about yourself, you bring me your
questions, and then I put
you under and we go as deep as
you're willing to go.
You're hypnotizing people.
Yes, but they just go as deep as
their subconscious feels
comfortable letting some people go
to the surface layer of subconscious
and they will go all the way to the
higher self.

(01:19:28):
I take them under and
then I ask them their own questions,
seeking advice, and they give
their own advice to themselves.
I recommend it to everyone
who's open enough to try it
because it's it's life changing.
It's like ayahuasca without the
ayahuasca.
Well, how do you get people into
that? I know we have to get going

(01:19:49):
here, but how do you it's
interesting. How do you get people
into that state of mind?
How do you get them into that
place?
Well, that's just basically having
to explain how hypnosis works.
So hypnosis is is basically
when you're right now, when I'm
talking to you, your conscious mind
is the, you know, the
captain of the ship at the moment.

(01:20:09):
You know, and the
I would like to say that the
subconscious is the crew of the
ship.
So there's a lot happening right
now. But some people I've seen them
talk to frickin aliens and
I talk and date their they
remember their past lives.
There's so many things I've seen
so many cool things.
But the most basic

(01:20:29):
version of it is when people just
tap into their non non
judgmental, doubtful
self and give the answers they've
always known.
And that's. To me, it's more
valuable than seeing aliens.
Well, that is so fascinating and
inspiring.
So happy.
Ali, thank you

(01:20:50):
so much for joining the program
today. Such a pleasure.
And I feel like this conversation
could go on for hours, but thank
you. Back another time.
But thank you so
much.
Yeah. And and the author
of the Intuition Bible How and Why
to tap into your inner wisdom.
We will put links to it below.
But thank you so much.

(01:21:10):
And my God.
Thank you so much for having me.
You have to manifest things.
You have to bring this into fruition
for yourself.
And I believe that we hit the
lottery in different ways.
How do you manifest something into
existence, your dream life?
You have to go and put the energy
out there. What do you really want?
What is it that you really want
to happen? Because what I can tell

(01:21:31):
you as a medium is that 99%
of the things that you worry about
are never going to happen.
So why give them your energy?
There might be a 1% chance
that you're going to make it, just
like with the lottery or the
Powerball or whatever the hell it
is. But heaven doesn't see
the 99% chance that you won't
make it, right?
Heaven sees that 1% chance

(01:21:51):
that you will! You look like you've
seen a ghost!
I, I feel like I
have seen a ghost.
I didn't quite expect this today.
This is really incredible.
