Autum from Queen,NY had another baby and wants to go back in with Dr. Miami for a round 2!  Key has been in a relationship for 7 years, had a kid and bought a house with her man but he won't commit. Lay has been with her man for 6 years and both of them have cheated on each other and wants to know if they have a future. Vaughn joins the show and has some questions about the BMI requirements for surgery. Veronica  had a "Mommy Makeover," about 2 years ago but still has a little pooch and wants to know what she can do to get rid of it.
