Hi! I’m Susan Kricun. Welcome to Love From the Inside Out, a podcast for women who are open-minded, self-aware, and driven but tired of pretending they’ve got it all figured out, and quietly wondering to themselves if something’s missing.

I’m a coach and a writer, a first-time wife at 52, and a bonus mom to two really amazing college-aged kids.

But life didn’t always look like this. I grew up in a home full of chaos, navigating emotional turbulence and inherited patterns that had me chasing love and success outside myself.

I spent so many years of my life stuffing my feelings, navigating extreme digestive disorders, and searching for “the one” as if finding someone to love me would solve all my problems.

Boy, was I wrong. Now, I don’t have all the answers but I do know this for sure:

The stories we tell ourselves shape our consciousness and ultimately our lives. And you will only have the capacity to feel the love that you are willing to give to yourself.

This show is for you if you’re tired of chasing something outside yourself and you’re ready to live, think, feel, move, create, and connect from a place that’s rooted in truth not fear, not performing or pleasing, and definitely not someone else’s expectations.

Each week, I’ll share lessons from my own lived experiences like the time standing up for my values in a male-dominated sports world cost me my job, and became the catalyst for everything I’m building today.

You’ll also hear from inspiring guests, experts, and real women—just like you.

Together, we’ll explore what it really means to love from the inside out— through the seven lenses of how we live, think, nourish, move, create, connect, and heal.

It’s soulful. It’s practical. A little bit playful. And always real.
